My AC capacitor went out around Midnight on Sunday. I called Blair AC at 7:30 AM, and they had a technician to me within the hour. They have my business for the future! Dave, the tech, was helpful, professional and nice. He even took time to explain everything to me. Thank you Blair AC!

From start to finish, a class “A” organization. They are prompt, courteous, and do great work. It not often in Florida that I can say that about a service business! You have earned my loyalty - when I have ac issues, you are my first and only call!!

These guys definitely were a breath of fresh air. I was dreading the whole repair process and was prepared to fight off the unnecessary add-ons, but I was pleasantly surprised when this did not happen. These young men were very polite and articulate and came in and did their job quickly and thoroughly.

Out of all the heating and air conditioning options in Orlando, Blair is definitely the best. It is wonderful that small, honest companies such as this one still exist. After gathering quotes from three different companies, we went with Blairs quote as it was the best option for exactly what we needed. Installation was quick and efficient, the whole crew worked all day in the heat and completed the job perfectly. Sabrina in the office was able to answer any other questions we had after the work had been done, she is great. If you are in the Orlando area and are looking for a wonderful AC/Heating company who will do the work correctly at a competitive price, this is definitely the one to use.

Amazing company that is honest and dependable.

I used Blair AC & Heating several times already. The first time for a new AC unit at home that runs like a Lamborghini. Then, many other ones for rental properties I administer that needed the AC fixed. Every time they try their best to make it ASAP. In my case they always made it the same day of the call. They are a family owned business. I know for sure they are honest people. If I could give them 20 stars I would in a heartbeat!!

Great response, great service! Price was very fair and comparable to the same service Ive had in the past (capacitor replacement). Wayne was very nice, knowledgeable, and took care of business. I will definitely make them my first call next time. It feels so great when someone comes to your house, takes care of you, and doesnt try to sell you anything you dont need. I love it!!!

Jason the owner came out in a timely manner and helped solve our issue. We appreciate him. We are no longer able to climb up and replace air filter so we got put on the bi-monthly program.

This company is just wonderful ! They are a small company but they get the job done rightEverybody was very courteous..i had Alfa Dog Air come and do duct work but they did an incomplete job and would not even come back to check....Blair Air fixed it all ! Thank you so much im cool now...

Eric and Benjamin were courteous. They did quality work in the fastest time. The girls at the office were full of good energy and handle my emergency the best way possible. Where as their competition down the street were ice cold when they found out it was not gona be a expensive job... any how they turned a bad situation in to a good memory.

Our AC went out the week between Christmas and New Years--on Saturday. We sort of knew what was wrong, having looked it up in the troubleshooting guide. We called Blair and not only did they have someone there within the hour, their rates were very reasonable. This is a small business still operated by the founder--and his son. They care about their customers, it is evident.When the technician, Kevin, confirmed what the problem was and knew he would have to order the part (a high pressure switch), he bypassed the switch, instructed us on how to use the heat if necessary, performed a cleaning and annual-type check (which was years overdue), and did not bill us anything because the fix was not complete.He left us set up to have both air conditioning and heat, and the thing that really impressed me was his integrity & honesty--he maybe could have tried to sell me some service or parts I didnt need, since I was nervous about overdue preventative maintenance. But he didnt. Instead, he reassured us that the unit is in pretty good shape for its age, and advised us not to put a lot more money into it and to begin planning for replacement.Kevin returned as promised to replace the part, and I was happy to pay the invoice because I know I got a fair deal. Highly recommend Blair!

Great service and professional Technicians. Staff is extremely passionate about there work. Vans were nice, clean and tools were organized. They used lots of digital tools unlike other Air conditioner companies I have used in the past. I would recommend Blair to others.

I called them in the morning, the very SAME DAY they were able to solve my issue. The price was very reasonable. They’re the only ones I will use now. In an industry of price gouging, and unreliability - they set themselves apart as fair, and prompt.

If I could give Blair 100 stars it would not be enough to demonstrate how highly I recommend them. I have used Blair for about 17 years. My first call was on a Saturday after being told by another AC company that I had a leak in my system and it would be $1500 for a leak test. A friend suggested I call Blair. Jay came to my house within a few hours, found the leak in about 10 seconds, told me that he didnt have the part but would go back to the shop and make something. He returned within the hour and the bill was under $300. I have used them ever since and wouldnt even think of calling someone else. This is a good local, family owned company that does good work at a fair price.
