Amazing! They came out the same day I called to replace our water heater that was leaking. So professional and nice. Good cost as well.

I called on a Sunday after my husband had some difficulty with reconnecting a supply line with a minor leak. I just gave birth and wanted the toilet running ASAP so we called in and was told there was an $88 after hour charge then service and labor. Okay no worries, the supply line shouldn’t be that much. The technician arrives and before looking at/discussing the issue, I was told there would be a $211 service charge on top of the $88. So this must be a flat fee. I believe this should have been discussed on the phone prior to setting the appointment. We would have tried a little harder to remedy the leak for that price. The technician was nice and obviously repaired it very quickly. Just wish I would have been told about both the charges prior instead of describing one as “labor and parts.”

Shannon showed up on time and performed maintenance and solved a minor problem. He was a great communicator and walked us through our new houses A/c system I will use them in the future and would highly recommend Rainaldi Home services. Amazing I was able to talk to Dale who is management about the maintenance call and was put right through to him to discuss possible upgrades to the system.

We recently had our water heater replaced by Brad and he was very professional, polite, and thorough. It was not an easy job due to the heater’s location and Brad was amazing! The woman who made the appointment for us (Naomi I think?) was just as courteous and very sweet. After the install Brad was kind enough to attend to another issue we were experiencing which unfortunately was under house only accessible by our very small crawl space. Without hesitation he got in, came face to face with some nasty conditions, all with a smile on his face.We will call Rainaldi from now on for any home services needed because of their superior customer service and quality. Jose was fantastic! He came out and diagnosed our failing water heater. He returned with a replacement water heater and also updated the piping/connections while explaining to us exactly what he was doing and how everything worked so that we will know in case of an emergency. He was also extremely personable and professional. We would trust and recommend his service to anyone in the Central Florida area. A+ 10/10

We have used Rainaldi three times in the past few years. They are always responsive and fix our plumbing issues. For the first service call, Jose Arroyo was our technician. He did such an outstanding job on our first call that we always request him. Rainaldi is the place to go for any plumbing requirements. They always inspect the job and tell you a fee to complete the job before they start. Jose repaired a leaking pipe that was on the residence side at our water main a few days ago. As you can see from the picture, the water main was under water. It started raining while he was fixing the issue and had to stop. We told him he could come back the next day since being without water for one day was not a problem. He did not want us to be without water so he waited in his van for over an hour until the rain stopped and completed the job for the agreed upon price. That is the kind of customer service you just do not see anymore. Rainaldi will always be our plumbing specialist.

Rainaldi called ahead, Hunter (the tech) arrived on time. He was professional and personable. He was willing to explain exactly what he was doing and kept me posted on what he found. He even invited me to look over his shoulder while he was working. The quoted price seemed fair compared to some other companies I checked. He explained my options for any follow-on work that might be needed. (I have an old cast iron drain) Great job!

I called on Sunday at 5 am requesting an emergency service (plumbing). The lady, very polite, whose attending told me to wait a call. Yes, I received it, on Monday morning. I cant tell if theyre good on what they do, but if you have an emergency, better call to other company.

We all ready had wall ion on behind shower to let him see what’s going on he took one more piece from top out & close the tab & remove shower because shower was leak after he asking $212 give me $10 discount. When he was leaving he asking for tip, I never heard anything like this when campany service people come home if I give that’s different story but they never ask anything like this, he said I told him that I give tips I refuse & he was extremely upset & mumbling & leave from my door i stop hime & give him after $10 when that he give in my invoice discount. Very un professional people didn’t like if they ask if I give happily that different but it was literally force to me to give him

We had a terrible plumbing problem and my brother Alberto contacted Rinaldi for my mother and I. I have been very impressed with the excellent service from each and every one of the wonderful men that came to work on our problem. I had a full house repipe after finding a leak. The initial consultation was informative and they acknowledged my concerns. They were professional and honest. They said they would send a crew who would be there about 6 hours. The three person crew came in and did an amazing job, but were finished even before the 6 hour mark! Each time I or my wife had a question about the process, they were quick to answer and were extremely helpful. I highly recommend this company to anyone who has issues with their plumbing. They were reasonably priced and professional. Plus, they offer a warranty as a guarantee! You cannot beat this service!

I have used Rainaldi for years because of their responsiveness, professionalism, and quality work. However, this time when they quoted me a price of $1600+ for labor to replace an air handler blower motor that had failed in an AC unit (still under warranty) that I purchased from them, that was beyond ridiculous. Instead, after conducting some basic research on what a reasonable estimate should be, I found another local company that did the entire job for $305. Imagine charging what amounted to $800/hour for AC work —Rainaldi should be ashamed.

I liked that I could make an appointment online. When the day came for my appointment the Plumber called to tell me he was about 45 minutes away. I also got a text with the same information. He found the problem in just a couple of minutes and explained what it was, the proposed solution and the total cost of the repair. Work was done quickly and it was all very neat and clean. I have used Rainaldi for years and have never been disappointed.

Jesse was great he went over everything with me did a great job of repairing a leak in my wall and cleaned up afterwards. Also got me in touch with water damage control who came out right after him to assess what needed to be done. Plumbing repair is never cheap but I thought the price was pretty reasonable for what had to be done and I would definitely use him and Rinaldi again!

They answered the phone with a person and scheduled a visit for the next day. They emailed me advising their tech, Nick, was enroute and provided his photo. Nick arrived promptly and was courteous and professional the entire time. Our job had issues rough-in measurements that previous plumbers said would need drywall and floor alterations. But Nick was able to figure out how to install the five toilets possibly saving our marriage. Not cheap but really a case of you get what you pay for. Would definitely recommend.

They responded to our need on the weekend when most others were closed and they even followed up the next day (Sunday) to make sure we were satisfied and had no problems. We recommend them and will use them again

Shannon performed my A/C maintenance for the first time. I was impressed with his knowledge level and ability to explain the problems in terms simple enough fo me to comprehend. We discussed my options and defined a plan for resolving the issues. I appreciated how he was honest and forthright with me. Meanwhile he performed the necessary maintenance efficiently. They replaced our 10 yr old HVAC system after reviewing with us regarding our old unit. Jason was the most honest and knowledgeable tech who came out to look into why it wasnt cooling. After much discussion we decided replacement might be the best. Jason provided us with an estimate that was under what our previous AC company had quoted and the Rainaldi equipment recommended was all American made. The team had a job end early and were able to work us in quickly. Danny came and installed the new unit explaining all the nice fixes to the way the old one was installed and made sure we inspected all his work. What a refreshing way to do business. They handled everything from permits to inspection schedule. We would highly recommend them. We thought so much about them we went ahead and signed up for their yr maintenance plan. Saved about 5k over our old companies quote.

I made an appointment and the tech was supposed to arrive before noon. I hadnt heard anything by noon, so I called the office and talked to Teresa. She initially gave me some song and dance about labor issues. She got with the dispatcher and told me that the tech would be here within the hour. I said I wasnt very happy that I hadnt even gotten a phone call. She didnt seem concerned about my time at all and proceeded to tell me that they had people that morning that didnt have water. Still not sure why I didnt get a phone call. An hour and 45 minutes later she called me back and told me that the technician had been trying to call me but that he was having trouble with his phone. She said he was at the address and was I coming over there or she could give me his number and I could call him to explain what I needed. I walked out the front door while I was talking to her and there was no technician to be seen anywhere. Not sure where he was, but it certainly wasnt at my address. How many excuses can you come up with for one appointment? After all that, I told her I would no longer need their services. She acted like she could have cared less. Not sure how a company can trip over the bar when its laying on the ground.

I had called another business for a second estimate but Rainaldi called and convinced me they were the better choice. Once they got to the house the two installers worked all day only to tell me towards the end that our breakers werent functioning and we needed to call in an electrician. It was Friday 5pm. Fast forward three days later and we still dont have the job completed, not to mention the need to replace drywall and paint the scratches in the hallway. One week without AC, and two days of missing work to be home and make sure the installation is completed.Not happy at all but Ill be generous and give the company one star.

The service call started off rough. It might be because we called on Saturday night and got the answering service for the business and the request for service was never properly relayed. But after calling and speaking with someone at the business it was all smooth sailing from there. I was told the service tech would call me in the next hour when they were 30 minutes away. This happened as promised and the technician was on time. Hunter was very professional and friendly. He took the time to understand the issues and address my concerns. We went over the cost before starting and because I made an appointment online, I was able to save $25 off the service. Supreme. Once the cost was agreed upon, they got right to work. After awhile the clog was cleared. The whole experience was stress free and pleasant. If I ever have any plumbing issues Rainaldi Home services will be my first call.

All stars to customer service and the man they sent to fix our dispenser. There was a really long wait time for them to send a plumber to our place even though we asked for 10:30, but once he was here, he was patient and did a good job fixing. Pricing is a bit steep however.

Devon came out and appeared to have cleared the toilet drain. He flushed 5 times and I was happy. He insisted on flushing ten times and on the sixth flush the clog reappeared. He tried another snake then ended up removing the toilet to get a larger machine to the clog.I could not be happier with his professionalism and thoroughness in being sure it was done right the first time.

We had a very bad odor in a guest bathroom of our brand new home. The warrantee department of MI Homes would not help us, so I called your company. The plumbers reseated the toilet and the the stink is gone! We are very, very happy! Thank you so much for the professional work and positive experience.

Called to service system bc it was not cooling properly. System stopped working again after 3 months. After which I called original installer. They came out and advised coils needed cleaning & system needed servicing. Advised just recently had that done. They stated and showed me that the system was so dirty that it would take years to accumulate that much dirt & dust. Lost a client for a lifetime.

I called because of the high rate reviews well maybe they are good with other service but they are the worst at HVAC. They told me that because it was after 3:00pm I was getting charge for the emergency diagnostic I agree because is fair. $167.00 so that this guy came in first without a mask and second with attitude and being hurry. He went upstairs and went back down pretty much He just did nothing. My husband ask him about switching out thermostat to our old one because the one we have is a wireless one from a security company y dont want that anymore ...anyway He says that doing that is more than $200... What??? Then after 15 minutes he gave me an estimate of more than 3000.00 just to clean because of clogging. Really?!? I pay the 167 and then dump vinegar and voila!! I had a past problem with my unit and called another company they charge me 110 with labor and the tech even suggested something to avoid high cost but the one from this company has the worst Customer service ever!!!! Stay away from them and call someone else.

Bad service technician, couldnt unplug AC drain pipe leak and wouldnt do anything other than vacuum the pipe which wouldnt unplug the stoppage. Next guy I called from Serviceone had to go into unit to replace a plugged pipe. He got me running and tuned up the unit for a fair price. Rainaldi couldnt or wouldnt get it done. The Rainaldi guy said he was a supervisor but that is hard to believe. Update: Office called about this review and agreed that I should not have to pay the service fee for the repair visit and has refunded that $79. Thanks for rectifying that issue.

Nick, came to my home and repaired an outdoor spigot that was leaking. He had bust a hole in the exterior wall and remove the old spigot and replace it with a new one. The hole was of minimal size and patched expertly. He was very efficient and kind to my 3 year old grandson who watched his every move. Thanks Nick for being so professional. We were very pleased with the service from Rainaldi. They presented five different options for water heater replacement. The service technician Jessie was super knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He replaced our unit same day. I highly recommend them!

The service Tech was extremely professional and knowledgeable. My A/C was fixed in less than 30 minutes.

While they do respond quickly and only $39 for a service call, they will try to up sell you on very expensive fixes. They wanted over $2000 to bust a whole in the adjoining bedroom wall and replace a shower valve or $200 to put a cap on the faucet pipe as a temporary fix to the leaking tub faucet. We paid the $39 trip charge and went to Home Depot to purchase a new tub faucet for $18 and the problem was fixed.

They DID NOT return my 24 on call, call. They lost a 5000 dollar job to one if their competitors who is a Much Better company. I Highly do not recommend them.
