I got stuck and had to have my truck serviced by a different group this past week. I took my car here, had a few issues and have had to bring it back a couple of times, but the workers and owner have been so kind and willing to work with me and help fix the problems I have had, they are definitely a good company and you can trust that theyll make sure to get you taken care of.

Very knowledgeable. While they were taking care of my van I was able to get advice for looking at a new vehicle.

These guys were super fair and honest. They probably charged me less than I cost them. My AC broke on my minivan, and they put new freon in, plus dye, to figure out where the leak was. When they found the leak immediately and I decided to not fix it (the car was on its last leg anyway), they didnt charge me for the freon or the dye, and they rounded way down on their labor, too. Definitely straight-shooters. (Cherry on the cake: they had wireless in their lobby, so I was able to work productively while I waited.)

I have never been so impressed with the customer service at any business let alone a Automotive shop but Absolute Automotive is simply the best! I needed a trans rebuild and a few other items and they were awesome about keeping me posted on the status of my truck, recommendations on what would be best, the knowledge they have is unbeatable. They got my truck back to me a week earlier that they initially said which was huge for me! These guys are incredible. They were super knowledgeable about my car and its needs. They educated me on what was needed without being condescending or taking advantage of me. Im glad to have found a good and trustworthy mechanic for my vehicles.

Luke and crew are a stand up bunch of guys. We took our diesel truck in before we bought it and they did a very thorough inspection...for FREE...which let us know what condition the truck was in mechanically and what services would be needed in the near future. Given the sheer volume of work they do and their passion for diesels, they are very knowledgeable and know how to explain things in laymans terms. The truck was fun to drive to start with, but after a minor tune its a dream to tow with. Id recommend these guys to anyone looking for great quality work at a fair price.

Great mechanics. Honest work. I do much of my own work (or try to). This always takes longer and frequently costs more, but I feel like I get smarter. On several occasions I have had Absolute look at things I could not fix. They generally find the issue and fix it at a fair (not inflated and not unrealistically low) price. On occasion, they have also not been able to find the problem - nor could the dealer or anyone else - it eventually just went away. However, they would not let me pay them for their time. They said, We didnt fix anything. They impress me as honest, capable people running a high-quality business. They have earned my trust and respect.

Poor Intro in making one feel comfortable they arent out to screw you. I was interested in one of their cars off ksl. I asked if they still had it available and if they do is there a chance to get a car fax. They said they have the car and I could get a car fax from them for 50 dollars.The absurd part of that is anyone can by a car fax for any vehicle for 39 bucks. You can buy 3 for 59 bucks or 6 for 99 bucks.Many dealers supply car faxes as a courtesy but some dont. You would figure if this dealer doesnt supply car faxes as a courtesy they wouldnt try and price gouge their potential customers into buying one. Poor intro there Austin who said prices are put there by His Boss, whoever that may be.I left you two stars instead of 1 because maybe there is hope for you all still, as you seem to have some good reviews. Hope I can get the sour taste out of my mouth and move on with some trust. Potential buyer beware....

So I bought a duramax for a great price from absolute it ran great but had engine problems after a couple months. i took it back and they said it was the injector cups that they done before I bought it. They were very honest and didnt try to take advantage of me and gave me a full warranty of their work. They was all very nice and did a great job fast. I highly recommend them!! I havent been happier with any type of company

These guys do awesome work on GM instrument clusters. Weve had them repair several over the years and we were warned that the last one had some water damage. Sure enough it didnt work, and they were quick to refund our money and help us acquire a replacement.

Ive taken my car here a few times for an oil change. They do a great job and the complimentary trip check is awesome. I can trust when they tell me something needs to be fixed or when I just need to keep an eye on it or anything like that. They also do a quick inspection if youre thinking about buying a car which is useful since I only know the basics. I highly recommend them to friends and family.

I have Absolute Auto take care of all my vehicles. I completely trust their honesty and their abilities. If you dont trust your mechanic, you should give them a shot! And dont use the quick, cheap oil change places. They are cheap for a reason.

Weve been using this company for about 2 years now & have never had a bad experience! All of our repairs were completed in a timely manner & the prices have always been fair. I love that they give you a detailed list of recommended work & what those costs will be. I hate being pushed by mechanics to get things repaired that are not necessary. You wont get that here!

I took my truck to Absolute on the recommendation of my brother. Since then I have not taken it to any other shop. Their service is top notch and they are quick to get the job done correctly. They rebuilt the transmission in my truck and I havent had any problems with it since, not to mention it cost less then the any of the quotes I had received from other shops. I take all of my vehicles to these mechanics because they really know their stuff. They are friendly and easy to work with. I will continue taking my cars to Absolute and I would highly recommend them to anyone for any type of car trouble.

I hate to see these guys get any busier than they are. But I have to say they are among the best and most honest mechanic shops in utah county..

It took two weeks before it was returned. I sent it in because the speedometer was broken. It was returned with the odometer completely inoperative. The cost was over $ 66.I went to a wrecking yard and found a good one for $ 35. I will not make that mistake again, Or refer service.

Ive taken my car here multiple times from Safety & Emissions to random mechanical issues. They have been honest with me every time about what I actually NEED.They also had a loaner car that I could take until my car was fixed. I wouldnt hesitate to go back.

EXTREMELY slow turnaround on cluster board repairs, rude customer service.According to the website they offer a 1 to 3 day turnaround from the time they receive the board. This was definitely misleading.Heres what our experience looked like.2/17/2013 - we send them a request for a UPS shipping label to mail them our cluster board.2/18/2013 - we receive the shipping label and mail the package that same day.2/26/13 - They receive the board. We receive a phone call from a pretty rude female telling us we need to replace the entire board or they wont even look at our cluster board for several days because of their inspection process. We refuse to replace the whole board as we only have issues with two gauges. I cant help but feel like our cluster board was held hostage because we refused to upgrade our order to a full replacement. Also this special wait due to the inspection period was NEVER mentioned on the website. We sent out our board with the understanding that it would take them 3 days to fix it and get it back to us.3/4/2013 - We finally receive a phone call from a man who seemed like a nice guy on the phone. He, again, tries to tell us to replace everything because its a good idea. We again refuse. After the call, we receive an invoice from this person asking us to pay them for the repair. We pay the invoice that same day via PayPal.3/18/2013 - two weeks later our board arrives via UPS.It took a whole month from the time we sent them the board to the time we received the board back. So much for a 3-day turnaround time! We didnt even get a 2-week turnaround time!I have no problem waiting for things to ship back and forth, but their website is definitely misleading regarding how long their repair of a cluster board takes. Would not do business with them again and would not recommend them to others based on that issue alone.

They took great care of my car and didnt try to replace things that didnt need to be replaced.

Really great ppl working there. My truck had issues with the parking lights not working. I came here in less then 10mins they fixed the problem! It was a blown fuse. To top this off, they didnt even charge me for it! Love there service. I highly recommend them to anyone who is having electrical problems. THANK YOU ABSOLUTE AUTO!!

Honest and fair!

I would recommend these guys over anyone. They have fixed several of my problems from my injectors to my dash, to my tranny on my diesel. They gave me a great price for all my Problems and i would for sure use them again.

We brought our truck in to Luke after taking it to two other shops and getting two different claims of what was wrong with it, the second being that the whole engine needed replaced and it would be a very costlyrics repair. Luke said he wanted to work with our truck and identify what was really going on with it before we committed to it being the engine as it didnt quite add up. After running tests and working thorugh it all, he found the problem and saved us thousands of dollars from what another shop was trying to charge. Not only was he awesome to help us with our truck he worked it into a busy schedule and handled my testy temper over having mechanical issues. Luke, Russ and thier shop have made loyal customers out of us! I would highly recommend calling them!
