5/20 hand a Prom car fully detailed they did a excellent job. I would recommend them hands down,thats why I wanted to take the time to come back and provide a review weeks later to this black ran and owned business. Its been hard for me lately to visit professionally ran businesses from start to finish. The service from start to finish was top notch with communication via text, pricing, follow up, calling to pick up the car, walk through when picking upnto explain service provided to check out. These brothers did an amazing job on my dirty car. I got lazy and let it get dirty. I heard about them on Instagram and collow them so I gave them a shot. They did a really thorough job and I was shocked at how good my car looked. Barely even recognized it. Ill definitely be going back to them!

I am really happy to have Whitehouse here in Maple Heights to care for my ride! There are other car washes in the area, but this is my favorite one! I hope they will be here for a really long time. The work they do is excellent. And the owner is really nice.I am giving 4 stars because I only have one concern about the business. Once while I was there, some of the workers were blasting some really dirty rap music. Profanity was rampant as one song after another was being played, and I did not enjoy that experience at all!Even though this is just a car wash, it is still a business. And as such, the patrons of that business should not have to be subjected to profane and offensive behavior, language, or music. I really want to see Whitehouse stick around for a long time. If the workers choose to listen to that type of music in the privacy of their own vehicle, thats on them. But, to expose customers of your services to offensive, and profane entertainment is unprofessional. My fear is that your clientele will become so limited that you wont be able to stay open. And we will lose the best car wash in the area because of it!Ive been waiting for a place like this to be in our area for a long time. Its finally here! I hope that Whitehouse will make the needed adjustments so as to run a professional establishment that will be patronized by a broad spectrum of patrons for a long time to come.

I no longer live in the city but I have to stop by Whitehouse Auto Detailing to get the magic touch by Cecil and staff when I am in town. My car shined and smelled great my entire visit.
