Great Customer Service. The best work ive ever had. Hannah is great. Im new to town and they are wonderful.

This is my go to place for regular mani and pedis. However yesterday was my LAST TIME. My pedicure was AWFUL. She cut my big toe really badly on both sides of the nail. She made me bleed. When I told the manager and asked if she could help intervene as the girl was hurting me, she did nothing and gave me 10% off. That wasnt what I was looking for. This picture is one day later, its throbbing and hard to walk now. I came in with no issues yesterday, just looking for a deluxe pedicure that I get every few weeks. $70 later and this is what I walk out with. Im extremely disappointed and now in pain and worried about an infection.

Very positive experience here!! I love the way my nails turned out and Lee did a beautiful job. Service was excellent and relaxing and it was all at a great price. Will definitely be coming back again!

The price is great. $22 for a basic pedicure. The woman who attended me did a nice job on the polish and the massage was firm, exactly what I needed.

I read so many complaints, but let me tell you people it’s not as they say. Thi did my pedicure and she was careful and diligent. Hannah did my manicure and what people feel as rough is just cultural, they care about you well being and everything is sterile and one use. I am coming back for more is for sure.

The staff asked me to sit a wait 30 minutes beyond my appointment time and blamed their current customers for the delay for being too demanding. Blaming your customers right in front of them is unprofessional and staff should be able to take responsibility for double booking or accepting walk-ins when they dont actually have the time. Since this salon has been behind in appointment times the last three visits and unreliable, I will not be returning to this establishment.

I dont usually like the massage part of a pedicure because nail salons usually just go through the motions, but Tina really put in effort and skill into her craft. I will absolutley be coming back! I moved to Orange, CA in February and have been searching for a good nail salon. I tried at least 10 different salons but I finally found THE ONE! The owners are very sweet and aim to please their customers. It feels good to be at a place where you really feel that they care about you and your experience. The salon is very clean as well. Try them out, you will not be disappointed!

I made an appointment well I am still waiting and it’s forty minutes after and I am sitting down in the chair was told 5 minutes twice but it has been more than five minutes. I will be walking out with wet feet if they don’t get to me in the next five minutes. I made the appointment at that time because usually they do have you wait max 15minutes and I would have time to get back to work but now i might not even have time to grab lunch. I was looking forward to my pedicure... so disappointed. And when asked how much longer they don’t give you a time.

All the technicians there are amazing! I am so happy I found this wonderful place. I have been going there for 6 months now and they are the friendliest group. They all do such a wonderful job.

Needing a change of manicure shaped and decided to choose here. Theyre very sweet and delicate to chat to. They had a wide range of colors and played good music. I dont worry about the price here.

Im surprised at the negative responses on here... I have been coming here for months without a complaint... Every time I have come to this nail salon they are more than accommodating an very courteous. I have yet to have an issue with the service in any aspect. 5 thumbs up!!

They were very courteous, fast, and efficient. Yet still plenty of pampering, all at a great price! I went in to get a manicure and pedicure and they did them simultaneously which is not typical for most salons. And the prices are great, 2 services for the price youd typically pay for one at fancy high priced salons.

The one thing i wouldnt recommend getting done here is acrylic nails. The girl doing mine didnt take the time to detail and my acrylics look like i got them done one week ago rather than a day ago. While she was filing down my nails, she decided to file my cuticles as well and actually ended up cutting me multiple times, while i was bleeding, but trying to cover it up. i didnt see any sanitization of any tools they were using, nor did they get a new nail file to file my nails. it was an extremely painful experience! i wanted longer nails but was told to have them a cm longer it was going to cost me a lot more money, which wasnt clarified with me when i called in. She also filed the side of my nails and under them after i had already gotten them painted, leaving drill/file marks on my nails, and chipping the color. completely missed part of my nails, i had glue all over my hands and had to take it off myself. if i wanted press on nails, i wouldve gone to cvs. not worth the money.

Ive been coming here for about 8 years. Tammy is very kind & responsive. Sometimes I just feel like zoning out & she picks up on that, limiting conversation. I get their upgraded pedicure with extra massage, mask & paraffin. Totally worth the extra $$. I actually showed up with a tan on my legs once & she was careful to warn that the scrub might take off my tan or cause peeling. The manager Hannah is always good to me, too.

I told the woman two times that the color she was putting on my nails was a red shade rather than a mauve shade .She told me the color would change once it dried .I kept telling her the color was not The same as the color palette .I told him I was not happy, they wanted to give me a discount on my next visit. I told him I was not going to be returning and to give me a discount .They ended up giving me a $5 discount, but were very RUDE to me as I walked away.

Both my mom and I are regulars here for 4+ years. Staff is friendly and accommodating. I trust them with my nails and waxes. Give respect and get respect! They recently added more deluxe bundle packages with new car products.

Tammy was friendly (1star added for her). Cynthia was ok, until after I paid & tipped. Then she became very rude, blaming me when SHE ran my wet nail against her towel & insisting I keep moving closer. Hello...get off your lazy bum and walk to my other side!! I couldnt reach to where she wanted me positioned. I used to come here years ago, regularly, but things have changed a lot since. I dont plan on coming again.

Horrible experience ever! Dont waist your $ they are rude and have NO customer service. I had an appointment to do my nails & pedi and I had to wait over an hour for me to find out that they didnt have time to do anything after all. Hanna the manager is the worst, she was cleaning the whole time and never acknowledged me. I had to be the one to continue asking what was going on after they first told me to keep waiting. I waisted time & gas.. Never going again worst customer service, verry unprofessional!

Do not go to this nail place, I went and showed Kelly a picture of what I wanted, i didnt get anything close to what I wanted. I told her thats not what I asked for she just said Mmmmhmm . So rude and then asked for a Tip ummm no Heffa ! Dont waste your money they are rude and dont listen to what you want.

Worst place ever!!! Dont waste your money..during a manicure the lady made 7out of 10 fingers bleed while cutting the cuticle . I left with my cuticles throbbing and sore. Then the start talking in their language (which is very rude) who knows what they were saying about what the manicurist did to me. On top of that I was there for 2 1/2 hours for manicure gel and pedicure . Wish I would have recorded them talking to ask my Vietnamese friend. And in regards to the orther post stating respect and be respect.. Im not sure how can the customer disrespect them in any way unless we talk in a different language in front of them which I wish I went with a friend to vent to about how I just wanted to go off on them and run out the door .

Employees are very disrespectful to customers. I was showing a picture of the type of color I was looking for, and one of the girls look at me and yield at me. They keep switching places,si I ended up with the most rude disrespectful lady Ive ever known. I will not recommend this place to anybody that is looking for a great place to stay for along time. My nails look disgusting. Defently will never go back!!

Do not get eyelash extensions ! The glue was all over my eye lid and I cried after they told me thats how its suppose to look. I got an infection and had to go somewhere and paid 35 dollars and get them off they said that this place did a really bad job and I should no longer go there. Worst experience of my life.

BEWARE! Worse nail salon in Orange County. Liars and Deceptive! There was only one licensed manicurist. The other 7 girls were all working under her license. I filed a Complaint with the Board of Cosmotoloy and Barbering for unlicensed manicurist, dirty bathrooms and sterilizations of tools. I got a fungal infection under 6 of the 10 nails, a week later. The Board sent out a team to investigate my complaints/ allegations. They were shut down for about a month bringing the store up to State compliance.. The owner was fined thousands of dollars. he paid the fine, sold the salon, changed their name slightly and Re-open as if they were a new company and continued doing business as nothing if happened. Heres what they did to me 2 days before my daughter wedding.I went into the salon before I made an appt to asked if they did ALL Gel Nails not just polish but the entire nail is sculpted out of gel. Many manicurist arent trained to do them, its a separate technique completely different from arcylics. I am allergic to the acrilyc powder so I have to get silk wraps or all gel nails. This place saidYES they did them. I went back after work and I was tired after being on my feet most of my 12 hour shift, I am a Nurse. I asked for a pedicure too. I sat in the massage chair and it was turned on. I put my feet into the warm water I was relaxing. The nail lady Kathy came over we discussed what I wanted. Standard pink and white all gel nail with clear coat gel polish and French manicure on my toes. As I relaxed in the massage chair, I fell asleep for what I thought was only 5 mins. But was really 30 mins and when I awoke I was furious. My nails looked like ski slopes. The tip was turned up and the center of the nail was flat. The gel was still soft and she was trying to file the tips down. When I saw how she was applying the gel to the other hand, I knew she had no idea what she was doing. She was brushing the gel on like it was polish. I stopped her right then and asked her how long she has been doing gel nails, she said many times something wrong with the gel, it wont get hard. I said you cant apply the gel like its acrylic, you have to cure each nail under the UV light. By this point I was already screwed. She said she had done everything possible to make the nail get hard before she mixed some acrylic powder into the gel hoping It would setup, what it did was to make the gel run. It took her an hour to correct it the best she could. Then to top it off I was told to pay $75. $25 for the pedicure and $50 for the nails, I paid the the $25 and left. I contacted the State Board on Monday and filed the complaint after I returned home from the wedding in LA. Very deceptive place.

Bad service dont know what theyre doing,3 persons took care of my pedicure and still toe nail got infected..my toe nail was bleeding and really painful, 3 days later return cause it was still hurting and they just put alcohol and said I was okay, I said no I didnt come for you to put alcohol, check my nail you probably left a piece of nail so sure enough there was a piece of nail left thats why it got infected, they need to be more careful with their service.

Hate it!!!!!! I went for eyelash extension and I ended up with no lash. I dont know what kind of glue it was but its definitely not for eyelash.Never Again!!!!
