Literally love my nails! This place never disappoints me. The techs are really good at what they do. I get the UV nails and they last over a month-the color does not chip! I wash my hands constantly at work and the color is like perfect.

I came here after reading great reviews and got a powder gel set. After less than a week two nails broke completely off, one broke in half, and 2 were lifting at the cuticle. I went back and asked them to please fix them. I was told only the ones visibly broken would be fixed and to “stop pressing on the nails because of course they’ll fall off if you press too hard.” I’ve had nails many times and I know they shouldn’t break this easy. One broke from simply slipping my sneakers on. For $70 I’ll take my money elsewhere.

Every time I’ve gone the quality of my mani pedis is always fabulous. They have great options to extend your pedicures and rarely run late at all. Highly recommend!

I just recently moved to Milford and have been looking for a good nail salon. I had an amazing experience at Black Swan. The man who was working at the counter called to confirm my appointment ahead of time. He also recommended a gel color to me that I LOVED. Regular pedi and gel mani was done in one hour with wonderful results. The man who works at the counter (not sure if he is the owner) checks your nails when you pay to make sure you are satisfied. They also give you a drink and massage included in the service. I was honestly so impressed and will definitely make this my go-to nail salon.

This was my first time coming to Black Swan, but it came highly recommended and I can see why! Efficient, lovely staff, a wide variety of gel polishes to choose from, and beautiful handiwork. The salon was clean and arranged for social distancing.I was offered a complimentary neck message and (non-alcoholic) drink, which was very much appreciated after spending the day at the mall. Kimball did a fantastic job on my nails! With all of the above, the price was MORE than reasonable. Bring cash or use the ATM in store. I highly recommend to any and all!

I really like this place and it was my first time coming but the lady who did my nails must have been new. She took over 2hrs just to do a manicure and pedicure with gel polish and 4 simple heart designs. Even my daughter who had the same thing done but with regular polish and rhinestones was done 30 minutes before me. I wasnt completely satisfied and she knew I wasnt so she didnt charge me for all of the designs because she knew she could have done better. 2 days later I had to go back because the top coat was starting to peel. For me to have gotten the most expensive pedicure I still had rough patches and dead skin on my feet. Im willing to try them again but I will go to another nail tech instead

I love going to this salon because of the quality of the work. The gel manicures and spa pedicures are amazing. However, the male owner is completely unprofessional and can literally ruin your experience. He grunts, complains about customers, yells inside the salon and makes sure everyone knows he’s having a bad day. I honestly am shifting salons because it’s become seemingly impossible to enjoy going there for pedicures due to the lack of professionalism.

Was recommended to this nail salon by a friend. Came in with my sister to receive a pedicure and we both received an amazing job! However, the guy who runs the salon/checks you out was rude. Everything is about the money. They charged my sister tax for using a gift certificate that was bought THROUGH them!! They try to pressure you to do more services but if you don’t, they will try and get the money else where. I will not return here because they just want your money. Never again.

This nail salon does it all- gel, gel powder, tips, design. I’m SO happy I discovered this place. They are super clean and sanitary, with plexiglass between each customer and nail tech, the prices are unbeatable.They offer so many different colors and designs — totally updated salon, unlike the other salons in the area! I recommend trying here you won’t regret it.

I decided to try this salon after a disappointing experience elsewhere. Everyone here was so friendly and they take sanitizing very seriously. They offered me a drink and a neck massage while getting my manicure, which was amazing. They did a fantastic job, and I will definitely be going back.

I got a gel manicure on Sunday, and on Wednesday 2 of my nails chipped pretty badly. When I called today to ask if I could come in for a polish change, I was told they couldnt accommodate me. This is disappointing as I am leaving for vacation tomorrow (hence why I got my nails done). I wont be returning.

Clean facility, very accommodating to schedules, and everyone is talented and friendly. Great deals as well.

My new favorite nail salon!! Ive had 3 different nail technicians and each time its been 100% perfect. Today Jeffrey did a full set with gel and design and I am obsessed! Definitely going to be a regular!

I went to black swan yesterday for a dip powder French manicure. The manicure has already cracked today. After paying $50 and tip I am very disappointed. Will not return and do not recommend.

First time for friend and I, if you want peace and relaxation, this is not the place. Very busy pace, yelling from worker to worker.In and out, rush, rush, rush!Owner takes all tips to pass to workers, I thought that was a little odd.

Made an appointment this morning ( Mother’s Day) for my self, daughter, and granddaughter for 3:00. I wanted earlier, but was asked if I could take 3:00, and so I agreed. When I walked into the salon, at 2:50, I was met with a very frazzled man, who kept telling me, just one minute, just one minute. Then another party of three walked in, said they had a 3:00, and then I was told they were running late, could I come back! Really??? There were plenty of seats, and I couldn’t believe I was being turned away! I had an appointment ! Happy Mother’s Day to me and my daughter, granddaughter! I will never go here again!! Poor management!!

I usually never get my nails done at the same place more than once but I will be returning to Black Swan. I got my nails done over a month ago with just basic gel polish and a design and they still look like I just got them done. No scratches, no chips and it’s just now starting to crack. I am more than satisfied with the quality of my nails. Do yourself a favor and go!

I got a powder dip manicure on Sept 28th. Its now Oct 23rd and it still looks great. No chips or anything. This place is really good.

Like a typical gel place, but they are pricey...for hand gel refill and toe gel color I paid close to $100 with tax. Plus the owner asks me to tip more on top of the $7 I did. But Jeffrey the guy who did my hands was really good.

Very clean salon. I got a full set of gels with gel polish. They came out beautifully and the attention to detail was amazing. There was also great communication. I have had gels in the past and knew my nails would get hot under the uv light, but he did tell me this would happen. For someone new to gels, that is a helpful bit of information. I will be returning.

Would not go again....paid $25 for spa pedicure with callus remover which is an extra $10. Their version of that is scrubbing with a tool that has no effect on calluses. The woman that was assigned to me appeared to not know what i was asking for when doing the callus remover aspect of the pedicure. I liked the various massages done which included a hot stone massage. I liked the massaging chairs also. But overall service, i would not return for additional services again. I paid the $25 due not wanting to create a scene with a salon full of customers, but i did NOT pay for the callus remover because that service was not done. I ended up going with my technician locates near my place of residence that took very care of my feet and FIXED this atrocosity of what this salon calls a spa pedicure.

If I could rate This nail salon a zero star salon, I would. I came to this salon earlier today with a few friends, for a relaxing day and to have some fun. Our appointment was for 11:30 and one of my friends didn’t start until 12:45, this was absolutely outrageous, and the salon wasn’t even busy. I kindly told one of the workers that my friend had been waiting for a while and we needed to leave soon,At this moment, at least three workers started screaming at each other which made the situation worse. My nails were done in about 10 minutes which was way too quickly and there are bubbles all over my nails. Also my friends cuticles were pushed back so far and cut off to the point where they bled. My other friend had only one coat of nail polish and you can see completely through it. Also, Another friend had three coats of nail polish which is very kind of the worker because two coats would’ve been too a bit too see through. The worker got up for a second and the owner walked over and started to finish the last nail, my friend kindly said to him, “do you mind doing three coats because that’s what the other ones have,” this was just to have it all match the other nails. The owner runs over to the woman who was doing her nails and started screaming at her, with this anger he continued to let it out by squeezing my friends hand. Also as we were leaving the owner asked for more tips because he said we didn’t give enough which was completely outrageous.We will never come back to the salon again!

I used to swear by this place for their pedicures, but today was horrible ! It was very clear the girl who was told to do it didnt want to be bothered & when i told her just a basic pedicure, she wasnt happy about it. She rushed through it, didnt cut my nails down enough nor file straight, barely filed/scrubbed the callus area, barely massaged & rushed me out of the chair to go dry. Didnt say have a good night or thank you either. If not for the massage i got while drying, and the drink i got to choose, i would say it was a total waste. Unfortunately i might have to find a new place to go...

I had a dip powder gel manicure and Seema did a fantastic job. They include a paraffin treatment with the manicure.

Went here about a month after they first opened, my mother and I got both gel sets and pedicures. The work that they did was great but as I was leaving they accused me of not tipping the gentleman who did my nails and asked me to tip him again. I’m a waitress myself I understand that people rely on tips so I would never not tip.

Very clean and bright salon. Advise making appts as they can get busy! Been coming here since Sept and I love my nail technician Kiki, he does a great job. Precise and detailed, make sure you have enough time as my gel fills take over an hour!

This place is very nice. It is clean and the services are above average. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is due to horrible customer service by Vicky Liu. She was very rude and impatient during my pedicure and manicure and displayed such a negative attitude that my whole experience was ruined. I had been to Black Swan once prior and did not experience such negative energy at all. I would recommend any other esthetician here except for Vicky.

Dirty, rude, chaotic, and unpleasant would be the best way to explain this spa.Also, DONT get the massage unless you bring your own hair tie because he uses the same claw clip person to person without cleaning it or even wiping it off.They are very rough on your nails and cuticals. I left there with cuts all over from over filing and picking. The staff is rude and often a little agressive with moving my fingers where they need to be. The manager is very rude. The tools often do not seem very clean.Ive been there three times trying to like it. Just isnt worth it. Theres MUCH better places in the area.

We scheduled an appointment and they took us as soon as we walked in. The prices were reasonable, and we received an excellent free 10-minute chair massage (though you must tip the masseuse). The only downside is that their pricing isnt listed online, which I like to check before going to a nail place or spa.

They always give excellent service. The message is amazing and everyone is so nice.

I was really disappointed to see unclean tools used for manicure. Set looked rusty, dusty and definitely not sanitized. I feel bad bc the women who were there seemed like they were hardworking and nice but for the price, not the quality I would expect. Won’t be going back.

Really like th place but the girl I had today could of cared less about doing my feet!!! I felt like she could of cared less to be there. I was in and out in no time cause she was so quick. I will go back but I won’t go to her again

Great new spot on Boston post road. Attentive service. Was offered a glass of wine, which happily accepted. There is a special until 1 pm - get $5 off mani/pedi ( normally $35 ) or a spa pedicure. Pedi area is sectioned off with a wall, which gives it more privacy. They also have a rewards membership, where you get 2% of your total put back onto a rewards card, and once you reach a certain amount - you can use it towards a service.

Absolutely love this place!!! Excellent job on my gel mani/pedi and to top it off free wine and 10min massage!!! 😩 Never leaving this place

I always make sure to book an appointment before going as it’s 25 minutes away from me and I don’t have time to wait. The last two times I went they made me wait 10 minutes before telling me that they wouldn’t be able to fit me in if I didn’t wait half an hour! I will not be going back!!!
