I don’t know what happened to this place they used to be so good the service is bad they don’t even like to be corrected I told him it was bothering me and hurt my finger obviously indeed I got three fungus in my hands

I used to love Natura nail salon but not after my last 2 experiences. The last two times I went I had the same nail technician, I don’t know her name but she always wears a gold diamond teddy bear necklace. The first time I went and I wanted to get my acrylics taken off she grabbed a metro card and started prying the card in between my natural nail and acrylic nail without trying to soak the nails off first. It hurt so badly. Then after soaking the acrylics and when they didn’t come off she started using the drill to drill them down to my natural nail. She drilled too far and into my natural nail. My nails were paper thin and they hurt. Then when filing the surface of my nails she filed my skin by accident and cut me and I started bleeding. The second time I went I had her too. I was getting my gel manicure off and again she just started using the drill way too aggressively on my natural nails. She drilled too far down and she also cut me again. I used to love this place. And some of the nail technicians are so nice. But I just can’t risk getting the same nail technician that I got the past two times. She is way too aggressive. And she did a terrible job shaping my nails. They were filed inwards and then square at the end. They looked weird and the pointer finger nail on my left hand was a different length than the pointer finger on my right hand.

Loved the service and the value! Cant wait to go back again.

The staff is rude and the work is really subpar, rushed and sloppy. They are unable to apply the gel nail polish without it being bulky and the nail filing was horrible! All they care about here is receiving an undeserved tip. I will not return to this salon. Do yourself a favor and support another nail salon.

Absolutely horrific. I paid $55 plus $10 tip which I shouldn’t have done. I shouldn’t even have paid for the service I received. The man who did my dip powder manicure was extremely rough to the point my eyes were watering. He was aggressively hitting my skin with the machine to remove my previous polish instead of my nail. 5 of my nails have deep cuts in them and were bleeding and he didn’t even clean it out. Not only that but the shape of my nails are terrible and so is the polish job. I will never be returning again.

Clumpy nails! Usually when I go to this place they do a very good job, and that is why I did not give them one star. I must have gotten a new tech today because she did a very poor job. She even cut underneath the nail bed of my left thumb!! The way this tech put the gel on so my nail was incorrect. She put the gel on very THICK and it became bumpy on the nailbed. When you put gel on a nail you’re supposed to use a thin layer and make it smooth. That is with the man who works here does on my nail, but it’s too bad everyone wants him to do their nails. Now I see why. Instead she made my nails clumpy. Also she did not file my nails the same. Some are straight, some are wavy, but I even have a pinky that is filed at an angle??! I was not happy with the work and I did not want to leave the nail technician a tip. I don’t know why I feel bad for her and let her keep $1, but I really should not have tipped!!

Not even 24 hrs after getting my acrylics done, one of my nails were gummy and then eventually broke off. The painting job was not good at all.

I really enjoy their pedicures. Great nail shaping and cuticle work. I felt safe with the precautions theyve implemented for the pandemic. They also fo amazing gel work and designs.

Great sanitation, wide variety of pedicure spa options, knowledgeable technicians, and sanitary one use implement packs. Highly recommended especially in this time of covid.

First time coming here and my last- why? Well don’t tell me I can book an appointment and when I arrive at my appointment time tell me that I have to wait another hour. And no it wasn’t because they were short staffed it was because they take people as they walk in who don’t have an appointment. Really bad business I’d say. I am a mother of two so I book appointments because I am on a timed scheduled (obviously). So don’t tell me that I can book an appointment if you’re not going to take me at my appointment time and make me wait an hour more. Ridiculous! Also owner was very rude. Good luck if you come here.

Great nail salon. George is fantastic and has been my go-to for quite some time now. He is experienced and skilled with acrylics. It DOES get busy and they DO sometimes give you an overly optimistic wait time, but I am very satisfied with Georges work and will keep coming back for my acrylics fills here as long as I live in the area.

Came in because another salon down the road messed up a full set.They were extremely helpful here and were able to fix the issue easily and added much better designs. Very happy with their customer service.

Loved it I was recommended by a family friend to come here and get a pedicure. I got gel with the pomegranate spa!!! Will be going back again!!

I think their service is usually great. I would have given them 5 stars, however, my last visit I had was terrible.An inexperienced tech I have not seen before did my gel manicure. She seemed lost. She also had long nails that kept digging into my fingers. I had to keep snatching my hands away. She did not know to use the dehydrator and I had to tell her myself. On top of that she did my nails poorly.If I did not like the place I would not return. Hoping that was just a fluke and I will not encounter that tech again. If I do, I will not accept the service and I will find another place.

It was a nice and clean area. Was welcomed upon entrance. Just felt when it came to doing my nails I was a little rushed, had to tell technician to get the edges or my nails or that she missed a spot. The massage was good and everyone was nice. Wanted to give a 3.5.

My friend and I came here based on the Yelp reviews and I’ve come back four times since. I absolutely love it! They do a great job every time no matter which technician, the location is clean and bright (good relaxing music), and very affordable prices. Bonus: they have the most gel colors I’ve ever seen at any nail salon. I plan to continue to getting my manicures and pedicures there.

I absolutely love going here. The only thing is they are big on people not showing for their appt time. So if you have an appt I suggest showing up 3-5 minutes before that.

My friend and I came to this nail salon unsure of what to expect. We had to wait a bit as they were quite busy, but they were very communicative and open to both of our needs. We both got a mani pedi as they had a 20% off special and got great service, sanitized products were used and they had a great selection of colors. They were patient and kind and both employees did a fantastic job. Will definitely return.

Such a good experience for the price! I got a mani-pedi here a couple of times, and now it’s going to be my regular place. Great color selection, they take their time, and give you the full experience. I leave feeling relaxed and refreshed.

Busy Sunday early afternoon 12:30pm when we first pulled in we noticed the parking lot packed. Immediately I could understand why, there was a 20 percent off sign in the front. When I walked in I was the only African American face in the nail salon I was told it would be a 20 minute wait. Which ended up actually being more like 45min. What I wanted. Gel pedicure and gel tip refill. My first read flag was the person who seemed to be in charge a younger male. Although I seen the sign for pedicure price as being $20 he told me it was $40 for me okay double the price. It wasn’t long before I realized why the price would be higher for me it was because of the color of my skin the nail salon was filled with Caucasian faces and they prefer it stay that way I immediately felt uncomfortable to my surprise 20 minutes later another African American face appears she is given the same wait time he told me 20 minutes before.. but it still not my turn so I wait next the young men calls the other African American girl in my place. I tell him I was next he asks me if I am sure nearly 3 times. I guess we all look alike to him. And obviously aren’t honest people.Minority on Minority racism is despicable. It’s okay I will not return..Although the pedicure given to me by the tech was actually really good which makes me sad that they give African Americans an unwanted eye. Update: 1 hour later—So I decided to contact the nail salon after leaving and cooling off a bit I spoke with the manager George and I explained to him my experience. I told him I posted a negative review of his business on google and he was actually the one that made me feel uncomfortable and unwanted in the store . He said he doesn’t care about my google review and he didn’t even know what google was. I told him about how his business is searchable on google and is generally treated like a marketing tool, I told him he should respond to my negative review and it explain himself and his behavior. He again told me he didn’t care about my google review or google for that matter ....Sheeeesh maybe the owner will.

This place is great. You can get regular or organic nail polish. The staff is wonderful. It is clean, friendly, and reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

When I first starting going there the service was great, but now they are always rushing to make the next dollar and the attitudes are not friendly at all.

I have been to many salons and this one is the best!

The massage chair didn’t work and didn’t offer another one despite all other chairs being available. Cut two fingers with super aggressive and fast cuticle trimming. Terrible and very short (less than a minute hand and foot massage). Not returning and I am generally easy to please.

I just had acrylic nails done this morning by a wonderful technician named Yung. He took his time and did a very professional job. They look beautiful and absolutely natural! I had a pedicure a couple of weeks ago here also, and it looks like it was just done. The owner and workers are very friendly and the facility is very clean. I would recommend this salon for its high quality product and professionalism. I have been to many nail salons and Natura Nails is by far the best in the area!
