Overall, kind of terrible. Im a little irritated that two of my nails were placed on a little crooked. Kept having to have her adjust it. She kept telling me its because my fingers are crooked which I know but every other nail place has been able to place them so they didnt look crooked.None of them were wearing masks which still annoys me.I guess you get what you pay for. I probably wont be back.

Ive been to this nail salon for years and absolutely love the customer service they provide each time. I usually get my nails done for special occasions here and am always happy with the results and reasonable prices. Overall, a great salon with excellent service.

They were friendly but pushy. Never experienced aggressive selling in a salon before but I’m giving one star since my nail got infected after going here. Not clean at all

This is the worst nail place ever. Not professional not clean and very rude staff. The minute a new customer comes in they rush your service along to help the new customer. When you tell them they did something wrong with your nails they get mad and turn hostile with you including roughly grabbing your fingers Then start talking underneath their breath to other employees about you and they all turn and look your direction.

First time I went to this nail salon and Holly did an amazing job on my nails. It’s been 1.5 years since I have had acrylics and I’m absolutely in love with my new set ♥️🙏🏽

Well first off they do not have a pricing menu anywhere in the store and they wont show you one??? Why??? Cause they change the price all the time depending on what you look like or what you seem to want....secondly they claimed to charge $16 for a regular pedicure and then they wanted to charge me $5 for one design toe?? It was a single star btw??..?? Then I said never mind I just want alternating red white and blue solid color no designs. They said that would be $3 extra dollars. I said why?? They said 3 colors is more. I said more what? Its the same amount of paint if you paint all my toes one color or use three different colors then they all started taking about me in Vietnamese and said its more...try other places that are more honest and actually list their services and prices I was running short on time so I just had to use them. Wont ever come back again I hope that $3 up charge was worth it??

Ive been looking for a new place to get my nails done and saw Anns Nails & Spa thought I give it a try. My regular girl went back to Vietnam. Im going to miss her. Anyway I walked in and everyone was so nice they immediately sat me at a booth and Holly came over she was very nice and did a great job on my nails. I walked out loving them. Will definitely come back. 💅😊

Very disappointed with prices and service. They did a horrible job with acrylic and gel nails. They were all deformed and the round shape looked more square. My nails were not matching in length, some of them were shorter than others. Never coming back here, money in the trash!

I usually love this place but today I got the rude person. She did an ok job but, I want someone that acknowledges my request to shorten my nails with a polite response not a brusk “ok, ok....” . I think I am going to try out a new place. I don’t do well with rude people.

Rlly bad I waited for an hour with an appointment they charge you for every little thing. They are all extremely rude and they all give you rude looks. I will never ever go there again. I stayed there for 4 hours for just a set and they were still rude even dough I waited. They also were going so rough On my nails they made my cuticles bleed a lot.They point u out infront of everyone. I recommend to never come here if I can give 0 stars I would. Do not go there

It’s impossible to know the price of a mani pedi because they add charges as they work on you. If you say no, they argue and say but you need it! They loudly talk in Vietnamese when you say something they don’t like and it’s all very uncomfortable. They don’t give you a relaxing massage of hands, arms, legs like other places. I asked to see their available designs and they said you can look it up on your phone and show me what you want - then I will tell you how much. What the “@&$?! Their colors are old fashioned. I’ll take my money elsewhere.

My 14-year-old daughter asked for a manicure with acrylic nails and at the end the technician said… Oh you want lotion… And squirted the lotion on the palms of her hand and said there you go Rub rub rub. You got to be kidding me

The person who did my nails pushed to hard on my cuticles and made 6 of my fingers bleed when she trimmed them, then proceeded to tell me it was because it had been to long of a time since I last had it done that caused them to bleed. I also went in today and asked for a relatively simple design and was told my finger nails were to small for the design and that I should get ombré instead. I did not get an ombré in the end instead I got a thick, crooked band of French tip that takes up half of my finger nails. Also when I received my massage which lasted 2 minutes she only worked on my left arm. Needless to say I am very disappointed over all for the price of my service.
