Ever since I started at this Dentist office, after a few years of not going to a dentist, I really like them. The front office people are really nice. I was even impressed that the front desk remembered my name as I walked through the front door after 5 months of not being there and only twice before this appointment. The staff is caring, the Dentist I have which I can not remember his name is nice and talks me through the procedure that is going to happen. I can take care of my teeth care in one or two visits until the next visit. The technician that cleaned my teeth answered my questions and the Dentist did the same thing which was nice. I really like this Dentist office.

Even though I am in a pretty hopeless and defeating Dental Situation, I loved my experience at Artistic Smiles. Super friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and informative staff and doctors. Covid Safety regulations were excellent, and it feels very safe and clean in the office. The facility itself was also very cutting edge, modern, and beautiful as far as dentist offices go!

I was in incredible pain it was unbearable and without me being a member or having insurance they took me right away on a Sunday morning nonetheless!! The process to check in was fast and easy. Do you have a great price of accommodations. And the team was friendly. They easily conveniences me as a walk in needing a root canal and fillings. Turned my day around!!! I recommend to anyone!!!

Sadly, I hadnt been to the dentist in almost a decade. Recently I had a tooth partially break and in recent days began to experience great paid. I was able to go from waking up with no dentist and pain, to being able to make an appointment and have a full cleaning and root canal by the evening. This will be the beginning of a long and regular relationship and great oral health.

This was my first experience at Artistic Smiles since moving and needing to find a new dentist. Ive never disliked going to the dentist, but my experience with my previous dentist made me cautious.I felt completely at ease with the staff at Artistic Smiles. They took the time to listen to my questions and explained everything patiently and thoughtfully (definitely different than the last place).The precautions being taken during covid make me feel even better! I wholeheartedly recommend Artistic Smiles Dentistry. The entire staff is amazing, friendly, and kind. I have received the most gentle cleaning and even other kinds of work than I have ever had before. They make it fun to go to the dentist! You can choose from a variety of TV programs to keep you occupied while your mouth is open, and I sort of got hooked on the cooking channel from being in there for a couple of crowns and a bridge. :) They have great senses of humor and work with the patient in every aspect. Her office manager Donna Di Pasqua is the kindest most sweetest person I have ever met that, as soon as I arrive (usually 10 minutes early) I am greeted and, walked into the cleaning room where one of their great hygienists are ready to the cleaning started. I went to Artistic Smiles for an emergency visit on Sat to re-attach my crown. They were very informative and provided options that I could choose from with inexpensive pricing, since unfortunately they did not take my insurance. Overall I was very happy with their service and quality.

I am writing to recommend Artistic Smiles Dentistry. Just yesterday I had my first experience as a patient there and it was truly wonderful. I had a broken/hurt tooth that needed to be fixed right away, so I called Artistic Smiles to see when they could fit me in. They were able to have me come in yesterday right away, and they were able to take X-rays, a 360 degree scan of my mouth, do a root canal on the tooth and put in a crown all in one visit. Dr. Kenneth Khoo did a wonderful job- him and his assistant Stephanie were constantly making sure I was comfortable and keeping me informed of the process. Today I am pain free with a beautiful white crown in my mouth. I have already scheduled my next appointment with them. Thanks Artistic Smiles!

I was never a person that liked going to the dentist. I came upon Artistic Smiles through a referral from my niece. My mouth was a DISASTER! After about 2 years I am just about finished with a brand new beautiful smile and my THANKS go to Dr. Kim, Joel, Amy, Donna, Maria, Shay, and of course Bruce, my tough, but gentle hygienist that has helped me to take care of my teeth, and the rest of the staff. They make me feel so good about going to the dentist, they are warm, gentle, and extremely thoughtful about my comfort level and my overall well being. I remember one of the first times (and there were many) and I wanted to scream with how many times they asked me if I was okay. I understand why now because of their level of professionalism, dedication, and integrity to make even the dentist a positive experience. The staff knows me pretty well now and my level of pain tolerance. However the security I feel every time I go and sit in that chair and hear Dr. Kim say, Christine, are you okay? is music to my ears and my mouth of course!

I really could have not picked a better dentistry. As i arrived the two ladies in the front greeted me very well so friendly. So helpful. As I went in the girls in the back every single one of the them we so nice as well sweet. Were constantly keeping an eye on me to see how I was doing under the anesthesia. Now the doctor. She was amazing! She honestly was amazing, so attentive I was there for a very extensive treatment I was there from 8:30 to around 3pm and she was there giving it her all even though I think i was a little bit annoying since i kept pausing some times and asking a lot of questions haha. But they answered them all and heard me out. Really. I recommend this place hands down and will tell friends and family! :) so professional, clean, nice, inside and out. Staff, doctors, everyone. I wish I could give like 10! Stars lol.

Alway polite, great environment, and when I ask questions, I get clear information on how I can improve my dental health. They also have a cool X-ray that can do a 3D image of your skull. Wasnt necessary for me but so cool!

Had such a great experience here today i went in with my daughter because she had bad tooth ache and other dentists kept re scheduling her for a specialist. Went recently and kept telling them it was hurting so they numbed me and now its been awhile since I went and it still feels numb, dont recommend also one of the drs had their license put on probation for negligence for almost 5 years, so your research first, most reviews are either paid or fake look at how many other reviews the person has done before believing the review. Just wanted to warn everybody that they are not trustworthy and likely pay for reviews.Update after over a week:Still havent herd back from them after the review I guess they just dont care. They have had ample opportunity to respond to my review, shows how much they care about their patents.

I tried this place after having dishonesty at Pacifica dental in HB. The customer service is hands down some of the best of come into contact with. From the front desk to the hygienist and then the magical hands and care of Dr Chean. Thte prices are resonable and the office hrs are very good. 7 days a week . You cant beat that. I didnt feel like I was being price gouged and crowns are made in house.

Ive had several dentists over the years. My experience at Artistic Smiles is with Dr. Khoo.THE GOOD NEWS: Hands down the best dental experience Ive had. The staff is friendly, helpful, and professional, the care seems to be very, very good (Im not a dentist, but everything they did turned out exactly as they said it would, and Im very satisfied with the results). The facility is top-notch inside, despite the store-front appearance from the outside. Dr. Khoo is equally friendly, personable, professional, and has no qualms whatsoever about explaining the entire procedure.THE BAD NEWS: You pay for what you get. Theyre rather expensive for any given procedure. They do have good no-interest financing plans, and I was able to take advantage of that. But in this economy, dialing back on the prices would not only help their patients, but also make it easier for patients like me to recommend them without any reservation at all. The ONLY reason I give them a 2 instead of a very emphatic 3 is the pricing.

Been going here 20 years. They always go beyond the call of duty. I moved away from socal a couple years ago. I havent been able to find a dentist where I moved to. Recently I came back to visit and I went directly from the airport to the dentist. They actually opened an hour early to accommodate my schedule. Not many would do that. I actually went thru 7 dentists before I found artistic smiles & I am so thankful I found them - I have been with artistic smiles for about 10 yrs now - maybe more - time flies by LOL.......customer service is top notch.....they never miss a beat with customer service....they will do everything possible to make u feel comfortable & at home :) yes I did say at home - u actually feel like home when u are there - they treat u like family & I actually dont mind going to the dentist now :) I have very bad dental anxiety & they are excellent in handling my dental anxiety.........like I said if I could give them more than 5 stars I would :)their office staff is the best !!! the doctors are the best !!!
