Dr. Michelsen and her staff are the best! I worked specifically with Christina for my cleaning and she was super informative, knowledgeable and super friendly. I have quite a few things going on with my teeth, which I knew and was kinda scared to really deal with, but Dr. Michelsen and her staff (Liz, Leslie and Yanely) worked with me and my current situation and made me feel very at ease. You cant go wrong choosing Dr. Michelsen as your dentist!

Came today for a deep cleaning and other procedures. I appreciate the follow up since my first visit and consultation. Leslie is great with communication, she was on top of ensuring I knew my treatment plan and was ready for my appointment. Dr. Michelsen is also thorough in her explanations of the treatment that I need, she is also welcoming and made me feel comfortable . Ed did my deep cleaning today and he let me know what he was doing every step of the way, also very comforting. Overall, everyone at this practice does their job to make sure you are cared for. Great experience and I will definitely be back for all following treatment!

Amazing dentist and office staff! I was welcomed warmly and put at ease immediately. I had an emergency, and they were able to fit me in right way. It took awhile to get fixed up, but they worked tirelessly to get it all done. I was sent home with good instructions for after care and even received a follow up call from Dr. Michelsen to make sure I was dong well. I will use this office for all of my dental needs from now on. Highly recommend!!

Dr. Michelsen is a wonderful dentist. Going to the dentist always makes me anxious but she explained everything she was doing and made sure I was comfortable. Her office staff is simply AWESOME!!! Dr Michelson has the ultimate chair-side manner. Its easy to see that she is intelligent and very knowledgeable about her dentistry, but she is also gentle and considerate of time and my needs as a patient. The staff is efficient, knows and uses modern tools and technology, and prices and insurance acceptance are reasonable. For something that very few people look forward to like a dentist visit, these attributes are about as good as it gets.

This is the first time that I got my teeth cleaned that I didnt have water all over my face. The hygienist was super gentle. Everyone was super nice. Office was busy but efficient. Very clean.

I just recently had oral surgery to remove my wisdomteeth. I must say this place is great.the staff is very friendly, helpful and does a great job. Dr Tran is AWESOME!! he does a great job explaining the procedure as well as executing it. He is a GREAT oral surgeon. The man knows what hes doing. I had very little pain with minimal swelling. He even called the next day to follow up, which i think is an awesome thing to do. Other oral surgeons should learn from this man.

My son had oral surgery to remove his wisdomteeth. As always, the staff is friendly and helpful in scheduling the appointment, greeting you on arrival and making you comfortable. Dr Michelsen is skilled, gentle and caring. She is compassionate and always recommends the best course of treatment. Oral surgeon Dr Tran was exceptional in explaining the procedure, handling the procedure with skill and efficiency, and with instructions for after care. He is also very caring and called the next day to follow up. Whether your dental issues are minor or serious, I highly recommend Michelsen Dental for all your needs. I take my entire family and love their services.

My first visit to Michelsen was fo a crown consult. The telephone and front desk experience was clear and concise and friendly. I had a chance to work with Dawn, the assistant before seeing Dr. Michelsen. Dr. Michelsen is the best. I come all the way from Pasadena every 6 months for my regular checkups with her. Ive been with her as my dentist for over 10 years now and she has helped me with my regular checkups, a couple root canals, a crown, teeth whitening, and a dental implant. Shes got a very warm and friendly staff who always keep the mood light during the procedures. They are always super helpful in making sure Im not paying more than I should and taking advantage of what my insurance offers. Please make a visit to see her, Im sure it will be well worth it.

I had such a great experience at Michelsen Dental! After not going to the dentist for the last 10 years, I was very nervous about my appointment. When I arrived, the staff was super friendly and informative, and made me feel welcome and much less nervous. Dr. Michelsen did my cleaning, and it was the first cleaning I’ve had that didn’t hurt. She’s awesome! I also had a whitening done, and my teeth are noticeably whiter. I will for sure be going back in the future :)

I was a new patient with a molar that had cracked in half. The front office was extremely pleasant and helpful. They asked me to come right over for an evaluation. After determining that I needed a crown, Dr. Michelson asks if I could come back at noon. I was given a copy of all costs so there were no surprises at the end. I was there over two hours. She explained every step and was concerned for my comfort. The crown was made in her office while I was in the office and fits perfectly. This is my new dentist starting today.

This is such a wonderful dental office!! As soon as you walk in the door, you know you will be taken good care of. Dr. Michelsen and her staff did an amazing job fixing my damaged, discolored front tooth and whitening my smile. I really did not think the grey line on my damaged front tooth could be improved . Other dentists said it was probably as good as it could get. However, Dr. Michelsen patiently and expertly worked on it, and she proved them wrong!!!

I will start by saying that I hate going to the Dentist. That being said, I had the BEST dental appointment Ive had to date. Front Desk staff was great and everyone did a great job making sure that I was comfortable. Also, very time efficient compared to other places that I have gone too. Would highly recommend this facility to anyone! Shame I didnt know about it sooner. Dr. Michelsen really cares about her patients, explains what shes doing, gives pointers for better dental health, and makes the time fly by with her excellent demeanor/conversation.

Dr. Michelsen is an awesome dentist! I came to her to get a second opinion on dental work that my original dentist wanted me to do. She thoroughly checked everything and concluded that I did not need all of the work that my original dentist said that I did. Unfortunately I had to have a root canal and get a replacement crown. Fortunately I came across this place that had a CERECK machine and that Dr. Michelson was smooth and did a great job on the crown that I got the same day of the root canal and the new crown to be created and fitted. Whew... how good it feels to eat/drink cold and hot again without pain.The root canal video was more painful than the actual procedure. Imagine that.. I didnt haha.Come here and give some care to your teeth.The staff made it more comfortable with the friendly vibe also inside.Thanks Dr.Michelson! 😉

I would highly recommend Dr Renu Michelsen and her practice to anybody.She is been my daughters and my dentist for at least 5 years now. My daughter and I wont trust anyone else to touch our teeth even in urgent situation anymore. I like that shes pretty conservative in her approach and wont recommend anything unnecessary. I havent experienced more skillful and cautious dentist in my life.Practice is great as well. Very humble and caring staff.

Both my husband and I have had dental issues for most of our lives. We have hopped more dentists that we can count! Our biggest concerns have always been recommending unnecessary services, having staff that felt so impersonal and uninformed about our dental health, and leaving with more issues then what we came in for. When we finally started working with Dr. Michelson, it almost felt a little surreal...she was very warm and welcoming, as were her staff, but more importantly she talked to us about our dental issues not from a financial perspective, but more from a caring individual who wanted to make sure our health was number one. She has always accommodated our needs and requests with the utmost grace! We are still not fans of going to the dentist, but Dr. Michelson makes this experience a lot less unpleasant! Highly recommend for those weary of a bad dentist experience!

Dr Michelsen is a God send for me. She and her staff are amazing. The staff is very warm and friendly and make you feel at home. Dr Michelsen explains everything in detail so you know what to expect. She very compassionate and caring. I had 4 teeth extracted in one setting and I was really nervous, she was amazing and made this experience not as bad as I thought it would be. I will never go to anyone else. It you are afraid of Dentist go to her you will not have any anxiety or be afraid again.

My 7 year old daughter had her permanent teeth beginning to sprout while her baby teeth were still intact and barely wiggling. By the advice of Dr. Michelsen, we went in immediately to get her two bottom teeth pulled. As it turned out, her permanent teeth were not doing their job of pushing up her baby teeth and her baby teeth roots were still intact. It would have probably been months until her baby teeth were wiggly enough to pull at home. Dr. Michelsen was very informative with the both of us as to why her teeth needed to be pulled. My daughter was nervous but after sitting in the chair and watching a favorite program her nerves were calmed. Dr. Michelsen was gentle and so sweet. Everything was taken care of promptly and my daughter walked out very happy and proud to have her first teeth out! Thank you Dr. Michelsen for your advice and getting us in so quickly! You are the best!!
