I am very happy I made the switch to this office. Dr. Licauco was very informative, thorough and overall very pleasant. The front desk staff and all other staff were also lovely. I am looking forward to working on my treatment plan with them. They did not recommend or charge anything extra. I have experienced dentists that have been scammers and untrustworthy, so it is nice to find an office I can trust :)

Although I’m spending a good amount for dental work. I know you pay what you get for. They have worked with scheduling me in and trying to help with getting me approved for care credit since they do accept this payment method for those who financially can’t pay up front or don’t have the insurance to cover! I most definitely would recommend for the quality of work they do and just overall experience. I’ve gotten root canals done, cavities, cleanings, broken tooth work. They made me feel very comfortable and if I ever felt that something hurt they were quick to numb me. Very appreciated of the girls in the office. Do yourself a favor and get a dental check up!

Dr. Licauco is a very knowledgeable dentist. She knows everything about dentistry. She is very gentle treating you and does not hurt you. And they work with your insurance and very reasonable. The dental office is very clean and all the staff are very friendly.

Dr. Licauco is amazing very caring and welcoming I have had my braces on for 8 months and I am more than happy with how my smile is looking! The staff is also very friendly and quick with changing my bands :)

Dr. Licauco and her staff are very attentive and accommodating. I was in Orange county for a short visit from San Francisco, when I had a tooth crack from eating almonds. Dr. Licauco was able to fit me in to her schedule and fix my tooth the same day.

I have been going to Dr. Ceciel for years now, close to a decade. One particular specialty that stands out is her high level of care (and craftsmanship) that she performs. I’m not typically fond of dental work, so when I heard I may (key word “may”) need a root canal, I was pretty concerned. Dr. Ceciel was extremely patient and forthcoming on what may or may not had to be done. She examined my teeth and the tooth in question. Her expertise saved my need for a root canal and worked around the initial problem with my tooth. It’s been over 7 years since that day and continue to have a strong bond and nonsensitive tooth.In short, Dr. Ceciel is AMAZING!Providing you with a least amount of pain experience as possible. Ask my family, they all have gone to her and continue to go to her for care.Her staff is pretty amazing too, friendly and courteous. I love her office too. Doesn’t feel like a density office, very warm and homelike experience

Absolutely the best dentist I have had my whole life. Trust me. I’m at least 30 now :)I met Dr. Licauco when I needed another root canal. She was attentive and extremely skilled. Most general practitioners refer patients out at this point. But Dr. Licauco made sure I was comfortable and informed every step of the way.Many dentists now employ a small army of techs to do cleanings. But Dr. Licauco makes it a point to do the cleanings herself. When I asked her about it, she told me that doing the cleanings herself allowed her to get to know her patients personally.10/10 would recommend to everyone I know. She’s not just a great dentist but a great human being.

My husband, our two kids and I have been patients at Orange Park Smile Studio for more than 10 years now. Our experiences with Dr. Licauco and her staff have always been great. Dr. Licaucos skills and knowledge in the field make you feel confident that youre in good hands. They make you feel welcome and always try to accomodate your schedule. They always take the time to answer your questions or concerns. I could go on and on, but 10 years and going should be proof that theyre doing something good!

I had appointment today at 10:30, for me and my daughter. I explain thatci have eye exam for my daughter at 13:30. Dentist assistsnt took x- ray at 11:15. Doctor saw me about 11:30 she said i might need bite addjustment, then she left the room. My dayghter still waiting outside. The doctor working on another two different patient. Dental assistant came and said she know i have another appointment and the doctor running later i have to wait another 30 minute . I ask i she can do cleaning for my daughter only but still i will not make it to the another eye exam.so i left. Dr never appologize for the delay. I did not feel welcome in that place.
