The office manager doesnt do her job correctly. Over max capacity per unit. Drinking outside of units. Leaving trash on stoops. Excessive noise. Maintenance takes 2 weeks, at LEAST, to fix anything. Was promised a parking spot upon move in, have yet to get one. In the past 2 weeks alone Ive talked to at least 10 other tenants that are willing to pay the $950 payment to break the lease.As a current tenant, I do NOT recommend living here.

They need new management at this place. The lady that is there i think her name is Mary is very rude. She doesn’t know how to talk to tenants and is not very friendly. Stuff is broken and no maintenance is there on the property to fix it they said they will be in the next day but in actuality it takes them weeks to even stop by to look what’s not working or broken. Its only the beginning of the month and supposedly they are missing money orders? What is really going on? How does the go missing? It also says the have reserve parking for the tenants but thats a no. Its chaotic they have cars that dont even belong there. I wouldn’t want anyone to rent at this place. I would look somewhere else cause they will probably charge you twice for rent in one month since they keeping the rent money.

You might notice a lot of the good reviewers have Hispanic names. This is not a coincidence. My time there for just under a year was horrible and moving out was worse. I had to report them to the BBB about fines they were falsely accusing me of owing.

These people put me through a personal HELL that I will get into a little later due to circumstances at the moment I’m not allowed to speak on but be advised DO NOT MOVE INTO SUSSEX!!!! I will speak my truth on EVERYTHING very SOON⚡️ Read the reviews they are all True 100% lived here for almost 2 years was never late on rent not once was the perfect tenant AND REGARDLESS well just read the reviews and trust me the Negative ones are all SO TRUE!! And btw they somehow filter out a lot of the negative comments .... SHADY

So many guests.. no parking for actual residents.. ridiculous.. been circling the complex for an hour since I got off of work.. there’s no where at all to park..

This is about the sorriest place I have ever lived at. Mexican lady in the office wont help out after hours problems. Tells me I have to wait until Monday normal hours. But,come rent time they want my money.

Awful place. I moved out after living there for 3 months. I was on a month to month lease. LuckilyThere is no parking and it’s full of cats and mold.When you move .. keep ALL of your paperwork..Give your 30 day notice in writing.. send it certified mail ..make them give you something in writhing saying they inspected the apartment and you gave them the keys.Keep all of that along with your rent receipts and your lease ..They like to come back over a year later and claim that you owe them THOUSANDS of dollars..

New management really taking this place to a more comfortable, CLEANER and safer place to live. Never have to dread going to them with a problem. 3 years now and im the happiest with the place so far, as it is currently.

Me and my newly wed husband moved into apt 101 on June 2 2017. When the lease was signed the apartment manager Juanita listed me as an occupant instead of a lessee I questioned this since we paid for fees of both being on lease and we are married so we begin to have issues my husband is going behind my back telling the manager lies and next thing I know today June 27,2017 Juanita tells me Im off the lease. YESTERDAY the door locks was changed by my husband which it clearly states that ONLY THE APARTMENT PEOPLE ARE ALLOWED TO DO SO. THIS PLACE IS SHADY AND VERY GROSS HUGE ROACHES AND A CROOKED MANAGER

Parking is horrible. the apartments are VERY RUN DOWN: refrigerator doesn’t have any shelves on the door. doors on the pantry and the bathrooms were dangling.there’s barely 4 washing machines available to wash clothes because no one ever wants to fix them.do NOT rent from this place.

We move in June 2015. From day one our A.C. unit has been freezing up. Then the A.C. started leaking all over the floor. I reported this several times and now my is fixed as of 2 days ago. I wouldnt recommend moving out here we received a warning for my 14 yr old son riding his bike out here and practicing his band instrument. Also if you have any children under the age 18 you have to be right there watching them everytime they walk outside your apartment.

Its a great place to live, I know some people have bad experiences but with the new management its great !

I moved in these apartments 07/15. on the VERY FIRST NIGHT my AC didnt work. They bought a window unit that night and promised it would be fixed. The window unit only cooled one room and remind you I rented a 2br 2bath. My kids and I have had issues with the AC since day 1!!!!. On 08/06 after many complaints they moved me to a 1br 1bath because they said the parts to the AC(which they found out had a leak they say.) would be in in a few days. It is now going on 2 weeks and they expect me to pay for a 2br 2bath when my kids and I are cramped up in a 1br. I WARN YOU PLEASE DO NOT MOVE IN THESE APARTMENTS. IT IS A SCAM!!!! AFTER TALKING TO SEVERALS RESIDENTS THEY HAVE GONE THROUGH THE SAME THING THEMSELVES OR KNOW SOME ONE WHO DID. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY. ANYONE WHO READS THIS FREE TO EMAIL ME IF YOU HAVE ANY MORE QUESTIONS.>>>>>. IT GETS IN THE 100s in Texas so you we were hot!!

They have bed bugs and they lie to you and say anything to get you to move in!! The pool is filthy-the apts.& the laundry room

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received from anybody they are rude talk about you behind your back in Spanish acting like they dont know what youre saying and then tell you that you are wrong when you need to come in and ask a question or they just tell you flat out that that didnt happen and no no no it doesnt matter what you think it matters what your customer thinks and if you would like to continue to get rent from somebody and maybe you should treat them with a little more respect and maybe the company should change their freaking management people because these people suck.

I would believe if they don’t have proves because they lost all the information so how do they know you didn’t pay . Report them to credit bureau and that manager that went in to your apartment report he at the police department.

The maintenance there is terrible.when I first moved in I had the maintenance man and the managers word that both of my sinks would be fixed and never did and after two weeks of being there may ac went out and I bugged two maintenance men for three weeks to fix it and it never did and I didnt pay my rent cause of nothing being done and moved out worst place to live I highly recommend never going there cause youll have to pay to fix it yourself the managers and maintenance men will just lie to you if I could Id rate this place negative five stars

The apartments have a privileged location to be close to restaurants, shops and pharmacies and even clinical center, the incredible maintenance service being always aware of the guests, cleaning and the entire property.The apartments have 5 stars because they are spacious with large bathrooms, an equipped kitchen and for the same price all the billes included even have a cable system.For me, living in these apartments is very comfortable and without spending so much.
