Nice and safe place to stay! The staff is very quick to respond and address all concerns and questions professionally. I did have roaches in my apartment but the staff has pest control frequently to take care of that.

Scam do not move in they fix nothing they wont take care of roaches they charge you for months after you move out charge you for everything they possibly can moved out after 2 months of the bs nastiness now have to pay 2100$ ..ITS A SCAM.

Its a good apartment complex! Nice office staff nice maintenance staff. I like my apartment and my neighbors. If you are looking for an apartment you should come check them out.

Would highly recommend This apartment. The community is very nice and pleasant. The manager is Amy Sterling she is nice and will help with what ever issues you have Amy goes above and beyond and truly cares for her tenants.

I wish I could split my review in half, with about 1 or 2 stars for the duration of the 6 month period we started here and could not be any more ready to leave. In the first 6 months management was TERRIBLE, my husband and I felt singled out on a daily basis (fined $25 for taking muddy shoes off outside!) Like 5 minutes after we got home... We stayed just to finish school in the district. New management took over right when we were looking elsewhere and changed our minds and actually moved us into a larger apartment for a longer lease. My 5 star review is for this apartment complex under new management with Amy!!! About 1-2 stars at best for our whole experience the first 6 months!!! Honestly a lot of “unnecessary”rudeness before, and the new management is much more professional and pleasant at the same time. Amy did a great job of assuring us that we would have a much better experience this time and she was so pleasant to deal with as well. Great job Amy, for turning this place around!! 👍🏻

I have lived here a few months now and I am very happy in my apartment. My neighbors are very friendly and they say they love living there as well. The manager and maintenance crew are always very courteous and helpful. I had a few issues when I first moved in, but they were all handled really quickly and respectfully. The manager is always nice on the phone and when I go into the office. I would recommend this place for families or even singles like me.

Unfair charges when moving out. Really awful ROACH and MICE problem. Quiet neighborhood answers Maintence requests quickly.

I love my new apartment! It is very clean and cozy! The community is very friendly and quiet. The office manager is a very friendly and sweet lady! Our maintenance man came to my apartment to finish a work order and went above and beyond to meet our repair needs! I would recommend this complex to anyone with a family.

For all my construction hands, please do not get involved with this money hungry, cockroach infested place. They will not stop charging you with boggus rates. Even after you try to leave the correct way they will find ways to keep your deposit and make sure you pay lots more. They make it seem like its newly remodeled but everything is poorly done.

Though the complex is right off of I-10, it is very peaceful. Apartment staff are always courteous to the residents, and do everything in their power to accommodate what is needed for your stay to be as pleasurable as possible. The communication between residents and staff is clear and understanding. I especially enjoy how youre able to receive and send text messages for times when I am unable to communicate over the phone. My only dislike is that there are only 2 dumpsters in the entire complex, and they are both placed at the entrances of the complex, which in turn, somewhat puts a disadvantage to the residents that reside in the back of the complex. Other than the one disadvantage, Terrace Vine is a great place to reside.

The apartments are great the community as well neighbors are nice. Its cozy and safe....would really recommend this place to family and friends. My son and I love it here.

My kids wake up with new bites EVERYDAY big roaches and many little ones, very unprofessional and rude when it comes to the color of your skin . Do not recommend.

They Steal money! They charge high rates, Charge roommate fees cause the more people you have the more water you use. Dont even work for them! They are unprofessional. Even tell renters business on social media.. if i could give a zero I would! Plus THEY DO HAVE ROACHES!!!

YOU WILL HAVE TO GET THE BBB AND THE ATTORNEY GENERAL INVOLVED TO RESOLVE AS I AM DOING NOW!IN RESPONSE TO THEIR REPLY, YES I DID APPLY AND GIVE A DEPOSIT. THEIR APPLICATION CLEARLY STATES THAT IF YOU ARE NOT NOTIFIED OF APPROVAL OR DECLINE IN 7 DAYS, YOU ARE CONSIDERED DECLINED AND YOUR DEPOSIT IS REFUNDED. AFTER 7 DAYS, I REACHED OUT AND REQUESTED MY DEPOSIT BE REFUNDED DUE TO NOT BEING APPROVED AND HAVING TO TURN DOWN A JOB OFFER I HAD DUE TO THEIR LACK OF COMMUNICATION. IF YOU ARE GOING TO TELL A STORY, MAKE SURE ITS TRUE AND NOT A LIE. YOU GUYS ARE A JOKE!

Easy move in process and the inside seems to all be new. One week after moving in I got all new appliances and light fixtures as promised by site management.

Great place to live, manager is nice and fast on placing orders for things that is needed.

Moved in with cockroaches and mice. Filthy apartment upon move in, not cleaned prior to my lease. I fulfilled my 3 month lease with rent paid each month as agreed. Management did not care about the filth or the pests. I requested to move out the day after lease started and was told I would have to pay reletting fee of 1000.00. Stay far away from this place, especially if coming without looking first as I did. I have pictures I will post

Do NOT let their website fool you! The complex is extremely sketchy, stray cats everywhere and the apartment was infested with roaches. Apartment was extremely nasty and in need of repair. Thankfully we found a more suitable complex nearby. I wouldnt even give it a 1 STAR however could not post a review without selecting one. STAY AWAY from this place.

I know this place is under new management since early 2016 and is doing a better job at responding to tenants needs. Its not priced as a five-star place so youre never going to get five-star service and amenities.

Ok first they made me pay Risk Fee of $300 dollars to live there, I needed a place I agreed. Second the AC only cooled the house to 80 degrees I asked them to come fix it, they told me, snidly, to get a fan. I had to supplement with a window unit which ran the electricity bill up. Lastly, we got flooded, we cleaned everything out threw it all away because it was ruined, but we forgot some stuff in the fridge. So I was homeless staying at a friend of the familys house and not only did they keep the $250 deposit they say I owe them $75 for cleaning the fridge. This is how the new owners treat a single dad raising my 4 and 5 year old on my own. Thats how they treat a young family devastated by a hurricane. DO NOT rent here they will screw you out of money to cover their lost revenue. RENTER BEWARE!

They charge over 800 for a one bedroom. With laminate flooring nothing is updated. Sure you have a dish washer but your sink is from 1980. The windows do not close/seal Everytime they powerwashng outside send water in my door and windows. Kitchen window doesnt even lock. 6 months later. They still havent put handles on my closet door. Now theyve changed the payment company online. So when you pay your rent you get charged an extra 30$ on top of outrageous rent. Theres Roaches. Ontopof 800+ rent the apartments are not gated. They even went so far as to sent a text saying that kids could no longer write on sidewalks with chalk. Bc of the damages it causes(are they off their rocker??!!) Side walk chalk ? Causes damage to the property ? Ive never seen any side walk chalk and I walk my dog in the apartments all the time. Theres also roaches. One dumpster for the entire complex at the front of the complex. The maintenance men have came inside to fix althings and left my door unlocked twice....the list goes on an on. These apartments look great on the surface. But basically they slapped some paint on and changed the interior doors to give you the appearance that things have been updated. Nothing has has been updated. Remodeled. None of it.... Tubs. Toilets. Sinks. Sink fixtures. Windows. Front doors. Nothing is updated for these sky high rent prices. Dont fall for it. Youll be stuck in a lease like me. Wishing I could move.

One star because of the way the owners respond to ex tenants (nasty). Implying that someone’s house is filthy... we do not need to know every little detail of every review that’s not five star. And no, I’ve never lived here. I’m just apartment hunting.
