The work is here act as if theyre paying for the rental assistance their selfs. They are very very rude. My daughter was placing an apartment at Alexander homes in Orange Texas where the rats had taken over the roaches are so bad you cant even sit your food on the counter. She has little children and she had nowhere to go at the time I didnt have a place to call home to allow her to stay with me. So she was forced to accept this apartment. If she didnt accept the apartment she would end up homeless with her kids. We brought the newborn baby home over there and the rat attacked the baby trying to get his milk. Im not talking about a mouse Im talking about a humongous nutria rat

Housing authority really cant say enough about housing authority they your golden egg when I first got my voucher in the mail after being on the waiting list I new I found the golden egg, & it was time to start a affordable home to live in til I became a home owner they where there for my kids & me, I had my voucher in Port Arthur tx & they would sent a check for to help with a bill doing my struggles of having to buy school clothes & supply I had great support to keep my kids warm and sheltered

Not well ran, and very unprofessional as well as unorganized. Needs a new team throughout the entire building!! The majority are thiefs and will do whatever possible to get money
