The most convenient, quiet, and comfortable place I have ever lived. I can walk to the gym, pharmacy, grocery store, and two fast food places in 5 minutes. The 55 freeway is minutes away as well as two gas stations and a auto repair shop. The pool and two fully equipped laundromat stations are great!! The management staff are super friendly and always helpful. No major issues in 5 years!

I have lived here for over three years and have enjoyed peace, security and comfort. I am grateful for the beautiful grounds which provide a calming return home from a busy day at work. The management and staff have been friendly, helpful and courteous and are efficient and quick in correspondence regarding repairs, upgrades, etc. I highly recommend Orangewood Villa Apts for your new place of residence. Love this Apartment Complex! Lived here for 6 straight years. Moved only BC we needed a third bedroom. Management staff was always diligent and friendly, as well as an on site- friendly and very knowledgeable Maintenece crew .One time I ran over fresh paint ( from another persons accident) and it was splashed up onto the side of my car and under neath. The maintenance crew helped me immediately to get it all off my car! When they didn’t have to.The landscaping is all over the complex and is beautiful and always well kept! So many trees!!Gated, and Situated at the end of a cold a sac it is quite!! Perfect for someone wanting something away.And it is so close to the 55 frwy, the 22frwy. The historic town of Orange, and walking distance to many business- a Skate Ring, Starbucks, gas stations, CVS, Grocery Outlet, Subway, lots of taquerias, a breakfast place named Authurs.Definitely check this place out!! Don’t miss out!!I miss this place everyday.

Weve been renting here since May 2018 (~7 months), and we love it here.Some quick notes:- Its a super quiet neighborhood- Its right next to the freeway (easy travel), and theres no freeway noise (due to large buildings being between the apartment complex and the freeway)- Its a short walk to the Grocery Outlet Bargain Mart, our new favorite (super cheap) grocery store- There is a ton of room for storage (you get a detached garage with additional overhead storage, and there are multiple large closets in the unit)- Its very inexpensive for what you get (safety, cleanliness, convenience, quietness, nice stores nearby, etc.)- The building management is professional and responsive- We love living here

Ive been living here with my new wife for a few months and we xouldnt be happier! Excellent management and a very quit complex. Everyone is so nice!

Ive been here since September and I do have to say that (for the most part) this is a nice establishment.Overall the other residents seem nice enough, it is often quiet here, and it is in a nice location.The only issue I have right now is that when something comes up for repair or replacement, depending on the job, it seems like they struggle to resolve it.The most recent issue is my dishwasher. It often (but not always) leaves a strange white film on some of the dishes, including silverware. They seem to feign concern, but then keep pushing off getting a new one, having us re-perform basic cleaning methods for the dishwasher, which have proven futile. I would think it simple enough to keep appliances that come with the apartment functioning in a normal manner. The age of the dishwasher even prevents us from trying simple things like rise aid (Jet Dry), since it has no space for it.I dont know if it is pressure from the owning company to not spend money or what, but it seems crazy how long we have been trying to have clean dishes.Again, overall, this place is nice enough, and I dont regret moving here, I just wish simple matters like this werent made so problematic.
