Toured many apartments in Irvine before meeting with Brian, Natalie & Robin @ Cameo Apartments. Brian greatly assisted with locating the apartment for my needs and application submission process. Natalie & Robin - courteous, accommodating and professional.

Cameo is by far my most favorite place Ive called home yet! Ive lived in quite a few different apartments and none compare. From the beautiful modern apartments to the lush, relaxing pool area and all of the other amenities Cameo has to offer it is by far the best! We also have a beautiful rooftop lounge, with a sunset view that my friends and I spend a good amount of time on! The property also has host some really fun community events which is a bonus for sure! Wine Wednesday and Tacos and Tequila were two of my fav events! I definitely recommend Cameo if youre looking for a fun, beautiful, modern complex with resort like living.

Cameo is a great place to call home. Jazmin and Brian have made the whole process of applying moving in smooth and simple. Awesome customer service. The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. The workout rooms are open 24//7 are rarely crowded and the pool area is lovely. Plenty of areas just to hang out and relax through the complex. Must see property. Ask for either of them if you plan on viewing the property.

Found this place on accident and fell in love with the community and amenities. Everyone is friendly and the rooftop lounge + pool is just so nice. Communication with the leasing office is a hit or miss - they take days sometimes to get an email reply. Also - if you are needing an extra parking spot it WILL take forever. We’ve been waiting 2 months for an additional spot and apparently the list hasn’t moved while the garage is still 50% full.. Overall it’s quiet here but you will get the occasional cars blasting their music in the garage. Leasing staff has been nice so far. You can’t really hear the other units around you except for some footsteps above you. Brian showed me around and he’s a great dude and answered all my questions. Overall pretty satisfied here.

Be careful. They will take your $250 deposit, entice you to an amazing offer and due to their incompetence fail to mention certain stipulations, deny you and keep your $250. It’s a nice place for sure but you will not be dealing with people worthy of their wages. It’s all you can get in California these days, rent carefully.

Remember those fun adventures you would have as a kid? Lucky you! Youre in the right place! They have all these amenities aka non-boring-places that are open (and some hidden) for everyone to enjoy. My favorite is the Ping-Pong Table .The people working there are also friendly and helpful. They will answer every question and help you. Thanks Brian N

DO NOT RECOMMEND! PRICE YOU PAY IS NOT WORTH IT! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO LIVE! You know when the 5-star reviews are fake when all the other stars are 1-stars and nothing in between. Because the real reviews are the 1-stars and the only way companies like Cameo Apartments can offset their terrible star review is to put fake 5-star reviews. I cannot wait until the lease is up. Management has no idea what theyre doing besides trying to get in whoever and however many tenants they can fill the building with by talking up the facility and area when its actually complete opposite of what they deliver and whats expected. You spend so much more time and money for the hassles and inconveniences. Listen to the real reviews - 1-STAR!

We love Cameo!! Everything from the beginning of the leasing process by now has been literally awesome. We moved into this fabulous apartment complex at the end of December, and I should say that I have never seen a better customer relationship elsewhere! Everyone in the leasing office is so helpful, especially Natalie, she is super professional and really cares about your interest and preferences. She makes the application & move-in process so smooth for you and carefully address any questions or concerns you may have.I am so happy to be living in this luxury apartment complex with a great location. It is located super close to the Shopping Centers, Freeways, Santiago Park, Mother’s Market and so much else! The apartment has everything we were looking for plus more. This complex makes me feel too safe inside. Youll meet new technological systems by entering this apartment which makes everything so convenient for you and your guests. My apartment and the amenities are wonderful, complex itself is pretty clean and has a unique look!There is a parcel storage room just next to the main lobby, which keeps your packages safe with a well-design system, a yummy juice bar, a huge fitness center, a pet spa facility, spin & yoga studios and so much more... I didnt even yet mention the gorgeous Rooftop Lounge!!We are so happy to be part of this beautiful community!

Went on a tour here and absolutely loved it! I am sold! I fell in love with the amenities and the staff was super friendly. Micaela showed me around the property and she answered all my annoying questions. LOL Brian was super friendly and greeted me at the door with a cup of joe. Now thats what I call going the extra mile! 10/10. Will apply here!

It was honestly one of the best and fast experiences I ever had, Brian has helped us with this move and was extremely patient and informative of everything going on . He showed us around, even introduced us to the neighbors and they were also super friendly, I can’t say enough about what a great and phenomenal guy Brian really is, I recommend him for anyone that wants to move into the Cameo .

You have a rodent issue that you need solving before families can move in get it together

Where to begin...this place is awesome besides it being an ideal location for us ( close to the freeway for me and close to work for the boyfriend) along with being so close to shops and very central to just about everything. The help we received from Brian from start to finish was exceptional!! (being it was our first time applying for an apartment) we appreciate the time he took to check on us even after we signed the lease! Also want to say a big thank you to Charles for helping behind the scenes to get our apartment ready in such a short time. Everyone made us feel very welcomed!!

I have been a resident in Cameo for about two weeks now. When I was looking at apartments, I got in touch with Brian Nguyen who was my leasing agent. I was living on the east coast so I could not see the apartment beforehand. Brian made the process super easy, and even did a virtual tour of my apartment for me! Brian was great during the process of signing the lease and figuring out details, and has continued to support me from the day I moved into the building with anything I needed. The building itself is beautiful with plenty of amenities as shown on their website! The apartment was spotless when I came in and they have been super accommodating to any of my needs. A great building to live in, and if you call in, definitely ask for Brian!

SCAM ! Be careful with a Asian guy called Brain. He comes off very friendly and nice and then scams you. Him & the Manager Wendy (the lady with Curly hair) offered me a price BEFORE I agreed to lease with them. Once I signed they changed the rent priced. Gave me the free month so they think I can forget. Then when it’s time to pay rent again they higher the price I go speak with them about the problem. They acted very stupid and clueless like they didn’t remember then they tried to play with my head like if I was crazy and didn’t know what I was talking about.This is JENNIFER btw

Only cool people live here

For being a luxury apartment they should be able to return deposits without any problems but it has taken over a month for them to return my deposit to me! Not professional for such a fancy luxury apartment community

Was living in Irvine before, and moved to Cameo by accidentlly seeing it on the Internet, which is believed to be a great decision right now.The whole apartment is totally new, and if I remember correctly, was buit up last Nov. So, basically, if you come to live here, you would literally be the first person living in this beautiful property, which is great! Since its new, you could feel how modern it is with every entry access build into your smartphone and watches, so you dont need any physical things in your pocket. Besides, the amenity is great, and they are open for residents only.Management team, as for now, is friendly and responsive. Especiallg a huge thanks to Brian who helped me choose the right unit and with every necessary paper work. Hes efficient and trying to help you as best as he could.The unit itself is amazing, and you never know what it means by amazing until you actually come here and physicially feel and appreciate it.Thats it for now, and will have an updated one when living for a while

They are beautiful but expensive apartments with the worst service that they offer based on lies, they discriminate against people, the maintenance employees do not want to repair their apartments because of the covid19 and thieves enter to steal easily with supposedly there is too much security
