Wonderful and beautiful quiet place to live,also friendly Neighbors

I lived at these apartments a while back and thought it was a nice enough place to recommend to a girlfriend who is a recently widowed single mother of two. I now regret recommending this place given all the issues she has had in the past year. It is clearly not the place it used to be. 1st, while the apartments are roomy with large patios, they are now overpriced for the very limited amenities offered and awful management/services. For the price, one can get a brand new apartment with luxury amenities and central air and heat at one of the new apartment buildings nearby. This community is not only outdated with lacking amenities, but the service is also pretty bad.2nd, they still have fully carpeted (white carpet) units and they do not offer at least an annual carpet cleaning. If you want laminate flooring, the rent is must higher.3rd, the units do not have central air or heat. They have fireplaces in the livingroom, but that does not help heat up the bedrooms. They also have very old wall heater units, but they are so dirty it causes major allergies (due to smell of burning built up dust) if you turn them on - maintenance does not clean them. Moreover, there is only 1 air conditioning wall unit in the livingroom, so during the summer months the rest of the apartment (bedrooms, baths) gets pretty hot.4th, rent includes only 1 parking space in a shared enclosed garage. You have to pay an extra 50 or more (monthly) for a second (outdoor) parking spot. Moreover, if you have issues with your neighbor who shares your garage (like them parking into your spot so that you cannot park in your own garage), management does nothing about it.5th, maintenance response is non-existent during pandemic - they literally tell you they cannot send anyone to fix things during pandemic - even if you have no hot water!In sum, paying over 2500 for a two bedroom at this community is just not worth it. You can get much, much more for the same price nearby.

The management within this property is impossible to deal with. This site does not have a designated property manager. There is a manager who oversees Foxborough but works as an on-site manager at a sister location. The communication is poorly handled as texts,calls, and emails are not returned. If you do get ahold of a human you will be told that they will call you back with the answer or resolution to the problem, but never once have they followed through. I have to reach out more times than I can count to get a resolution. The maintenance guy is the best thing about the property. He is very friendly and prompt. The apartments themselves are very old and rarely are things fixed properly- I dont blame the maintenance man Im sure he is just working within the means the facility gives him. The community is quiet and relatively safe. While the location is not bad, I wouldnt recommend living here given the poor management.

Disappointing to live here and DO NOT recommend. The lack of care by property management and maintenance is apparent.Our unit wreaks of cigarettes and included cig buds in our front “yard” upon move in. You will see trash overflow daily, reference my pictures. The gate is constantly broken and other gates are constantly propped open so basically no security. The price is ridiculous and likely this place would not pass an inspection as everything is ancient. Don’t get me started with the mouse and feral cat problems due to trash.

DO. NOT. MOVE. HERE!!!BEWARE!!!!My friend lives here and he just cant wait to move!! They rented the unit he gave the down for ended up in a different apartment that has CRACKS ON THE CEILINGS!! ELECTRICAL DAMAGES AND BROKEN PLUMBING!! when the maintenance guy called francisco came to see he blamed the whole thing on my friend and was super rude and HOMOPHOBIC towards him to the point he had to kick the maintenance out of the apt. The mistreatment is so severe a lawyer is being sought !!! AVOID MOVING HERE!!! the damages to the apartments are SEVERE, exposed cables outside the units, you can even listen the electricity from them!!! Worst maintenance and after formal complaint nothing happens. DO NOT MOVE HERE

Was initially drawn due to nice layout/floor plan but once lease was signed...heavy staff turnover, major parking issues, although gated (front call box hasnt worked for years) not all gates lock/parking gates dont always work properly, youre on your own when it comes to after hours emergencies and constant large rent increases: starting rent approximately $1,535.00 and upon 3rd year lease renewal option $2,300.00...thank you for showing me I could buy a house, instead & I did!!! : )

Really nice apartment. I never had a pest problem like other reviews say but having a front patio you can expect insects from time to time. Nothing that can’t be fix quickly though. My apartment faces the street which makes it feel more like a house and it’s really nice with a relatively spacious front patio. My only complain is that some neighbors are noisy and won’t pick after their dogs but otherwise is a very nice and peaceful place to live at. I came here from Windsor apartments and it’s much nicer in Foxborough and cheaper too. John is very accommodating and any time I put on a service request they’d come quickly to fix the problem.The apartment itself it’s nice with a fireplace and beautiful floors. The heating system could be better but otherwise I don’t have any complains.

This property is old and falling apart. The property has a roach problem. If you want to breathe fresh air dont live here. There are tons of smokers and the smoke comes into our apt from outside or through the walls if they smoke inside. You are forced to breathe second hand smoke on a daily basis. The managers only last a few months. Yearly large rent increases. If you have a complaint they ignore you until you give up.

Horribly run property with no management on site. Pool doesnt get cleaned during summer, gym equipment was replaced with new equipment and hasnt worked in 6 months. B.S. run around from their office with no real solution or help.

We need an on-site manager! Please do not ignore our request any more! We pay a lot of money to you in order to live here.

We are not updated with fire protectantscwe can burn . Fixing some of the apartment homes, they are with out fire alarms new batterries required. Door handles stuck wouldnt be able to get out.

Roaches, bad plumbing, doors stick really bad, horrible parking, no steady manager on site- high turn over, water damaged door jams, no security, windows are original theft and vandalism parking inside and out... for what we are paying, it’s a HUGE ripoff. Can’t wait to get out.

This place is an absolute dump. My family and I had rented a unit here #6A we went to measure for furniture before moving in and absolutely shocked on what we saw. There was a hole in the popcorn ceiling behind the front door from an obvious roof leak that they just filled in with cocking, the was dirt and dust on the guest closet that was poorly painted over, washer dryer looked like it was dug out of the dumpster, hall bath vanity door was water damaged and bubbling out water damage under the vanity, both bathroom mirrors were water damaged at the bottom. When we asked Maintenance Francisco when they were going to fix these items he said they went it was an older apartment and deal with it. We then talked to the assistant manager Cory who also pretty much said to fix it ourselves or deal with it. They called the dump remodeled and it clearly is not! Save your self $2300 a month and rent somewhere else

Big space, lovely patios. Property management policies a bit dorm like but not terrible.

Family, collage students, singles, clean and quiet. Manager on site as well as maintenance man.

The gym is replaced with broken facilities. NO MANAGER. NO RESPOND TO REQUEST. SECOND SMOKE OR WEEDS SMOKE. It seems the managerial is giving up this place.

I don’t recommend this place they don’t put attention if the apartment has an emergency like a linking sink for a week and they don’t have a manager that can help so no this place it’s not good

If you want a dread feeling of coming back home, if you love to HATE THE PLACE you live, if hell is your idea of happiness then this is the place for you

Structural damage, electrical damages to the point of being serious hazards, plumbing issues 24/7, water damage in the bathrooms, old appliances and to top it all a maintenance person called Francisco who either blames the damages on you or tells you they fix them already and deal with it!

This place sucks, even though there spacious the plumbing is bad, when you use the dryer the whole apartment gets hot cause theres no ventilation for the dryer, the fridge is always making noise it sounds like a rundown car and the place is infested with roaches.
