The apartment was nice but it wasnt finished when we moved in. I ended up painting some of the doors, replaced the blinds, installed a ceiling fan and lost our deposit because they never give you your deposit back...no matter how clean you make the place. Be sure to take pictures of everything before you move in. The owners dont speak with you except through text at their convenience and the maintenance is touch and go on getting things accomplished and done properly. The dumpster overflows every week and no one cares to keep the place clean except when the lawn guys come. Parking is a nightmare. Overall I appreciated having a roof over my head and running water but I was happy to move out.Also the rent was 800 a month for 2 bedroom.Cant beat the location either.

Nice place, perfect setup for a individual or small family.
