Great place to rent from. I always have a great experience with them. The only problem was it took too long for them to deliver my furniture. They rescheduled my delivery 3 times had my hopes up so high for delivery but kept changing the dates. Other than that. They are great! Very nice quality of furniture!!

So we bought a king size bed from Babcock less than 2 years ago. Within a year the headboard broke and they replaced it. Unfortunately its been less than a year since then and this headboard has also broken. They wont do anything about it. Total waste of money. If I could give them a lower review I would. Buyer beware!

We purchased a washer dryer set from these people. No we’re not idiots but when you call these people they sure think you are.We have a washer that works but not a dryer. Yes the set is brand new.I have called these people twice now to get in here and fix the problem.Seems as though we are getting a run a run around. One person says one thing the other says something else. Now they want to throw it back at GE.We’re so not happy and will never purchase from these people again.BEWARE TO ALL BUYERS. Go buy at Home Depot or Lowe’s.

I went in the gulfport store, which I had visited about 4 times within a two week time period and on my last trip I decided to buy. I was at checkout to purchase a washer and dryer as well as a bed. Went through the whole process of financing and printed paperwork with Tiffany,(which by the way, is one of the best workers in the store) Tiffany asked her co worker or assistant manager to help her with taking a hold off the bed ( which looked like he had just got put on while I was in the store) in the computer, he continues by telling her No, because he has it on hold for purchase, but was right there through the whole process of us getting paperwork ready for this purchase, and once she stated the bed was on sale, it was no longer available. So my total was a little over 2,000.00, not to mention I was purchasing a dining table set with cash of over 700.00 but because this worker/ assistant manager has a single bed on hold, which was probably about 600.00, right then they lost a sale and profit, and Im guessing he didnt care because he or the manager never offered an apology or even looked up from the computer and Tiffany was so sad, almost in tears, and because of this I refused to even continue with the process of the sale, not only was treated without courtesy in an unprofessional manner but so was she. I never knew employees could purchase an item and hold up sales at the very place they work while on the clock. This seemed to be the normal actions and environment for Tiffany and the sad thing is, a lot of African americans are in and out of that store all day long. This was also shared when i called the 1-800 number but no one has called today and this happened yesterday. I will be communicating with others about this whole ordeal.

Everyone I talked to was very professional courteous but I’ve had a few issues with the furniture but I was able to get it repaired in a timely manner. The mattress collection is probably the best I’ve ever had.

I shopped many stores before finding Badcock today looking for living room furniture. Walked into Badcock was greeted immediately, then walked the floor without sales pressure and found exactly what I wanted.

I picked my bed up today...had someone to put it together...and of course there is no screws...called the 1st time spoke with Tiffany who said she was going to look to see if it some screws I can come pick up today...Tiffany hung up on me...call back Spoke with Nikki who had me on hold for 25 mins...call back to ask to speak to a manager Nikki claim she thought she clicked back on...to inform me that they are searching the warehouse for the screws to be delivered 1st thing in the morning....highly up set at this point...every poor customer service at the Gulfport location from Tiffany and Nikki.

We moved to the coast this past summer. I have some work to do to house, but waiting until after holidays. I knew I wanted a bigger dining table and thought I would wait. Was going to Big Lots and saw Badcock Furniture next door. What the heck! Found the perfect set and Nino was so helpful. My new dining set will be delivered next week!

Me and my husband decided we wanted to get a bigger kitchen table for our growing family. We called a couple different stores to see what was out there and badcock wasthe last store we called as we had gotten a flyer in the mail from them and thought the pieces they were selling were beautiful! So thankful we called because Ryan was so helpful and responded to us in a way that made us feel comfortable to do business with them! The service was above and beyond! Jake gave me choices in colors I wanted, but didnt know I could even get in sofas. He was so professional in matching me up with the exact rug I needed and then a GREAT deal on one of the many really nice mattresses they carry! I didnt feel pressured to hurry up and decide or to even make a purchase at all. Im very happy that I did!! Please take the time to check out the many. many deals and variety of furniture, electronics and appliances as well as art and accessories this store has to offer. Chuck is a very nice sales rep!! We loved the atmosphere and the warmed welcoming to the store and Vee was great, there was no pressure from her she let us look around, and she stayed close by when we had questions and she took down what We liked called us back with the price and I liked the fact that y’all only went through one credit company. Previously, I had put a worse review. However, due to them discounting the service due to their error, and the fact that I really like the furniture, I made the review better. My suggestion, better communication with not only your customers, but also your delivery service workers.

They replaced a complete sectional that fell apart soon after warranty expired. I couldnt believe they would do this but they did. Andrew at the store was most helpful and professional. I will continue to shop their just for this reason.

Horrible experience! Bought a bed for my daughter a week or 2 before Thanksgiving for family that was coming in town. First off had to tell the sales person after asking if bed was the whole frame and head board on sale and he said he thought just the head board so I was like well could you go find out for sure because I am interested in getting it. He finds out yes it’s the whole bed so I buy it ask if everything that is supposed to come with the bed is there and he says yes. Get home and have no bolts so I call them and they don’t have the bolts they will have to order them after calling 2 or three days in a row bc I need a bed for company coming in town. So they said we have to order them and 3 times the guy tells me don’t call us we will call you when they come it well it is January 17, 2019 and still no call. Worst experience in management and sales ever and do not recommend this place.

The most poorly made furniture at rrdiculous prices. They will ruin your credit. I bought a bed and dresser. That didnt include the bed. Only a wooden frame for $1500. In less than 6 months the bed broke. I told them to take it back. I was told in order to not get a poor mark on my credit I had to give them a chance to fix it. So I brought them the bed rails along with a payment and they gave me new rails. I was trying to purchase a home at the time. The very next day the mortgage company called saying that I had to pay off Badcock in order to get financed. They reported me to the credit bureau right after I made a payment.

I will not shop again with this business! I ordered a bedroom suite and they told me it would be here on a Saturday. My bed didnt arrive, but bits and pieces of the suite did! I then received a call the next week saying the bed I ordered was discontinued! How is the bed discontinued when its on display in your store!! Never again will I shop with these people again! I wouldnt advise anyone else neither!!!!

I bought a sectional from Badcock at the end of June. And they delivered it the first week of July, which I was totally okay with. After the guys brought it in, I had them to just sit it in the middle of the living room cause I wasnt ready to have it set up yet. Cause I was in a cast and my help hadnt arrived. So I signed off on it and the delivery guys left. And no sooner than they had left I noticed a small tear on one of the coushins. I called the delivery guy and the store right away. And they both assured me that they would replace it with no problem. That was on the right side. Then later I noticed that when I sat on the left side of the couch it made a popping noise. I called the store and Val said that when the guys come out to bring out the replacement for the right side. They will look at the left side as well. Well, when the guys came out, some how or another the left side was on the truck instead of the right. We told them what had happened to the left side. Oh and by the way we tried to fix the left side ourselves. And we told them that. Well they called the store manager. Told him what had happened along with what we had did. And they exchanged it for us anyway with no problems. And reorderd the right side. Now we have both pieces in perfect condition! Thanks to the people at Badcock . And caring for their customers satisfaction! I will definitely be doing business with you in the future!

Terrible quality in furniture! Bought a couch and tables and the couch starting falling apart about a year or so after I bought it and the tables were supposed to be solid wood and turned out to be pressed wood. Quality Control said that the sofa couch was normal wear and tare. Half the springs to the bed of the couch had broke off and we had only used the bed maybe 3 times. The couch cushions were shredded from them having to be constantly pushed back into place, since the glued on velcro to hold them in place, came off in the first few weeks. I do no recommend this company at all!
