Anthony Medina was excellent, I sent my wife and son up there to get my son vehicle service before he goes to college. Anthony was very informative of the services we need at this time according to the mileage on the vehicle, he did not try to take advantage of my wife and son. My biggest fear is sending my wife to the dealership to get any of are vehicles worked on, I believe most sales person take advantage of women, I can honestly say thats not Anthony. 5 stars for Jason Torres. Took time out of his busy day to take care of my car. Answered all of my questions and made sure that I felt satisfied with the service. I have had some problems with the 2019 Honda Civic I bought from this location, but Jason is the reason for the 5 stars. If Jason was not here, this would easily be a 3 star.
I hardly write reviews but this dealership is bad news. I get they have a job and ways to sell, but there’s ways to not be shady about it.They lied to me about things will be okay if I trade in my car even though the insurance was still working out the details of my rear end accident.Secondly, they wanted to inspect my vehicle, which is fine. But I didn’t appreciate that they kept my keys through out the whole negotiation process. When I wanted to leave, they returned my keys along with my vehicle registration. I was shocked to see my registration because I didn’t give them consent to get ANYTHING out of my car. They should of honestly asked for my registration instead of just taking it out without my knowledge of them doing that and finding out until the end.Super shady! Be careful and don’t stay hostage to their shady tactics.

There’s actually a Honda dealership 1 mile away from my house and I called them first but they couldn’t get me in for an oil change until August 6 and it was July 26 so that’s ridiculous. I called this place and they got me in within an hour. Amazing customer service and they were quick! Ken was awesome, would definitely go back to this place!

My very tenacious dog chewed up various parts around the fuel tank and hoses to get to a squirrel. I had originally thought it was just the fuel vapor return line turns out, it was more and It was an expensive repair. I was at my whits end when Derek, Assistant Service Manager, suggested to see if insurance would cover it. My policy covered it, he expedited the parts and I was back on the road in less then 3 days.Many Thanks to him and the Mechanic who did rhe work, as I am a commuter from Palmdale to work in Ontario and NEED my Honda!!The dog is not in the dog house, but I am keeping a closer eye on her when she is outside, should another squirrel come ino the property.

Honest, pleasant service advisor, he didnt try to convince me to fix something that didnt need fixing. When I stated that I would have my own mechanic flush my transmission, I was greeted with a pleasant thank you and told me to make sure I give a bulletin code to him, as it is a common problem with my care.
I always get excellent service and support from Anthony when i take my vehicle to Penske Honda Ontario. He follows up keeps me informed and vehicle in and out in good time. This is the third vehicle i have purchased and anthony has taken care of the last 2. Nothing is too much trouble. Excellent service.
John Ham (sales manager) and Frank Gomez were exceptional in helping locate and deliver the specific car I needed. Despite a wide shortage of vehicles, John went out of his way to get the car and offer a great deal. I was sold a lemon. The car is now not working and I’m stranded. Nobody has contacted myself or my husband in days. And we’ve been trying to contact the general manager. The service manager said he’s not allowed to touch my car cause it’s not a Honda. So you can sell me the car but you can’t fix it? This is YOUR problem!!! I’ve only made 2 payments on this car. The car is getting towed to a shop today and once I get the bill you’ll be reimbursing me not only for that but you’ll also be reimbursing me for the ubers back and forth. And if you don’t then I’ll have a lawyer reach out to you. I’m stuck over 60 miles from my home. I highly suggest someone calls me as fast as possible.
Dave Tribble is the best service consultant. I’ve been going here since 2014 & have had mixed experiences with different consultants, but Dave by far always goes above & beyond. He takes his time to explain things to you & gives you a diagnostic of the vehicle. He doesn’t pressure you or try to take advantage of you. Thank you so much Dave :)
The service coordinators are always extremely professional. Many times they make me aware of coupons that save me money which I was not aware of. I had an appointment today for an oil change & tire rotation. I scheduled it yesterday and was told the latest appointment time was 3:30 pm. I was hoping for 4pm so that I didn’t have to take time off of work. I arrived at 3:21 pm and was checked in rather quickly by a valet. I was told to wait for a service rep to come get me. Well fast forward 50 minutes to 4:10ish I still hadn’t been helped so I went inside. A service advisor had me wait for manager Noe who was absolutely awful and rude. I was more irritated that I took time off of work to get there before 4 like they asked yet after 4 I still hadn’t been helped. While I was waiting to talk to Noe, still no one had gone to my car. He said that they were busy and could have turned away my appointment because of how busy they were… so making it seem like he was doing me a favor honoring my appointment. Considering he’s in charge of service, his customer service was terrible. He told me I could complain on Yelp so here I am reviewing on Google too. I also called Honda Corporate to document my complaint & they advised me Penske is independently owned and operated so I would have to contact their general manager. I called and left a voicemail for Kris and am still waiting for a call back. Why schedule appointments if they can’t be followed? This isn’t even the first issue I’ve had there. Multiple times they forgot to reset my oil light and it turns on a week later making me have to return out of my way to get it fixed. Another time right after service they triggered my tire pressure light and had me return to get rid of it. Another incident was a few years ago after an oil change where they told me they forgot to tighten something so my car was leaking oil for a few days. I think I’m finally done giving this location my business.

Penske Honda Ontario is really great. I really loved how they treated me they treated as a friend not a guess. I love this place also because they tell you what I need and tell me when it will be done. The best part is that when Anthony Medina told me what time icy car was gonna be done it was super accurate. I was surprised but I definitely loved how nice the people are I’m definitely telling people about this place.
My service advisor Fred gave me all the coupon discounts he could for my cars recent checkup, and he was very friendly & personable. Made it that much easier. Ive been going to Penske for 20 years (bought my car there, as well) and with your solid customer service I am fully incentivized to stay.
I had a fantastic experience working with Kris, Gregorio, and the rest of the Penske team. Seamless delivery, Gregorio walked through all the different car features with me once it arrived, and the car has been running smooth as can be so far.
Ive been taking my car here for years to get serviced and also have a bit of major work done. They always have the best customer service and the mechanics always do great work. The pricing is amazingly affordable. Most recently Mr. Wilson hooked us up for a timing job we needed done and saved us a bunch of money. And we also buy parts from them as well when we are doing our own maintenance. The people in the parts department (especially Mr. Lopez) are beyond amazing as well. I highly recommend this establishment. If I ever am able to purchase a new car I would choose to buy it from them since their sales team are always first to greet us when we arrive and always so polite and helpful.
Came into the service department with a dead battery and was happily informed by Advisor Ken, that my car would be covered under warranty and I didn’t have to pay a cent! Process was very fast and had my car quickly in my possession again. Thank you Penske Honda!

Dave Trible was very nice, the greetings were friendly, and my car was readywhen he said. He went over all service reports with me. He told me I needed tires...there was a tire quote attached.I never had service like that from any Honda service dept. He is a great asset to your business.
The service advisors are friendly and courteous. My only complaint is the time waiting for servicing to be done. The waiting time to have my car returned has always been over two hours.
I went in for one car in specific & to say they did everything to deliver would be an understatement. Service writer was very personable and nice to work with.but the repair technician performing safety recall to replace fuel pump was disappointing. had to return to the dealer the later the same day to fix fuel sensor that was not reconnected properly when fuel pump was replaced earlier in the day.
Ive been here before and would have rated some experiences at 3 stars. But today was awesome. They called me and said there was a recall and they needed to keep my car for two more days but thats my only mode of transportation!!! When I told them that and that I would have to call around to friends to lend me their cars, they said they would try to finish my car same day and the did! I am so appreciative because I work everyday and need my car.

The salesman (Bernie Duran) was ok but, he had no information on pricing. That told me I would be in for a bitting war over the vehicle I was interested in. Once inside the sales office, another guy takes over (dont remember his name) but, he was hardible with his pricing tactics. He try to really bully me making inaccurate statements. I didnt care for him at all. The waiting to process after I purchased the car was much to long and they didnt offer anything to drink or eat. The dealership seemed to be short handed and made no effort to show hospitality, that didnt sit well with me. If I was not buying the car for my son, I would have went somewhere else to spend my money.I came already finances and I knew what I wanted. I came there at night when they were closed to look at the car I wanted to purchase. The dealership was OK but, during this time and age, it is all about hospitality are you take your business elsewhere! Over all experience was a C plus at best! I just felt like the guy felt superior to me as if I was stupid and didnt know what I was talking about. I have purchased over 10 new cars so I do have some understand how it works.

I always said when I got another car, I would be going back to Penske Honda in Ontario and I did. This trip was a reminder of how much I love their service. Awesome experience! I made an appointment for a recall on my car. When I arrived, they helped me right away. They told me it would take about 4-5 hours but it took only 3 hours. They also gave a complimentary car wash. Wasn’t the best wash but can’t complain!

Overall it was good, i had an appointment at 7am for a flat tire. Left at 8:30. They forgot to wash my car, i was in a hurry so didnt say anything and just drove off. Otherwise perfet score.

I got to the service gates at Penske Honda Ontario right before they opened. They opened right on time and took me right away. They were very professional and friendly. Anthony Medina was the gentleman who took care of me and my car. He was so nice and made sure I understood the whole process. They took care of my car quickly and got me on my way. Service is always good. I just wish they would give more priority to people with appointments. I had an appointment right when they opened and it took just as long as other times that I’ve been without an appointment. I’m pretty sure an oil change doesn’t take a full hour and a half to complete.

I had a great experience with this place. Alex was my salesperson and he was very kind, patient and very knowledgeable with all of his cars. He made sure to teach me all about the different features the cars had and didn’t seem bother when I asked a lot of questions. Let me start by saying this dealership and Luis took their time and finding the perfect car for my mom I was more than happy when they offered me a tremendous deal as well as a really low interest rate. From walking in and speaking with the receptionist to the test drive and last signing documents they made the process super simple I would definitely recommend this dealership and next time I’m in the market for a new vehicle I will definitely be calling them first.
The whole experience was wonderful!! We have not purchased a new car since 2013, due to we hate dealing with the whole process that comes to purchasing a new car~ From the sales to the financing was a great experience and unbelievably fast.
I would give a NO stars if an option. I took my car in for service and for a knocking noise coming from the steering column. And the RUDE service manager heard it and said there was nothing he could do. The issue continues. Definitely didnt appreciate his negative attitude. Nor the fact I was brushed off and sent away. Highly disappointed.

I walked in a couple months ago to see how I would fit into a car. I was pleasantly surprised at how friendly the staff was! I have had bad experiences with dealers and was determined to buy through a third party this time around. However, Alexis was super friendly and not pushy which ultimately helped me make the decision to buy with them. Upon test driving a Mazda CX-5 I feel in love with it and decided to try going through the process here! I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car!
I had an old Honda Odyssey with some issues, but I wasnt too sure. Derek here ran through all the likely problems (including a manufacturer airbag recall which was nice) and then got the tests done to figure out the issues. We went through the potential problems and which ones were actually important to fix and what to watch out for. Everything was very convenient and reliable.
David was so helpful and gave me discount. He had the car searched for any problems and fixed my AC and breaks. He has a wonderful energy and very honest and positive person. I had an amazing experience.

I had call other dealer closed to my house on the 5th they could not take my car inn for service untill the 19th for a service i need it my car by the 20th and i was told that could of take up to two days to be done, i decided to call Penske Honda on the 9th make an appoinment for the next day my car was done the next day by before 11 am i receive a call from Gia letting me know that my car was ready she was very proffesional good communication i will return for my next service, keep up the good work...thanks
This past Memorial Day weekend I came here to trade in my car for a 2021 Honda Civic Hatchback Sport and let me tell you that I never had such a great experience purchasing a car until I came here all thanks to Nima (sales) and Vanessa (appraiser). They are both knowledgeable and very informative. Nima listened to what I wanted and was never was pushy or aggressive like Ive experienced in the past at other dealerships. They were both absolutely wonderful and managed to give me the best deal and appraisal for my car. I drove off with my new car that I absolutely love! And I couldnt be any happier. We went to buy an Accord yesterday and the price online and sticker on the car was $32 k .After we were seated and we told them how much we want our payment to be, a guy with the name of Héctor Ramos came with some ridiculous numbers of 38k plus and asking for 15k down payment, because he said they already added more stuff to the car (that we never asked for) So I think what they want to do is kick us out of the dealer by inflating the numbers.I bought at least 10 new cars in the past in other places and this is the worse experience I ever had......GOOD FOR THEM THAT THEY DO NOT NEED EVERYONE’S BUSINESS RIGHT NOW. If you’re a person who is looking to negotiate a price, don’t come here.
