Decided to take my car for it’s routine maintenance. Haven’t taken it since the pandemic started, I know it’s been that long. Was greeted by Alex, he’s been my go to guy at Crown Lexus for a long time. Alex has always been a friendly and attentive person. I have never felt pressured into an unnecessary service. He provides me with several options if need be. Staff is always friendly and professional. My car is running real smooth now, thanks Tech department.
Another terrible experience here. First I got to my appointment 5 minutes early and no one even approached my car for the the first 10 minutes. Finally someone came to get me and when we went inside they seemed annoyed that all I wanted was an oil change and NO other services. I also told them that I didn’t need a car wash because I know that typically adds time. Anyways when I asked how long it would be she was even more annoyed and stated “everyone always asks that” and that it would be over an hour… anyways 2 HOURS LATER I finally get a text saying my vehicle was done. I went to pay and pick up my car from the valet and when I got into it, it had all their plastic and trash all over it. In times past they remove it prior to giving the car back… in summary, this was not my first negative experience here. It’s just there isn’t another dealership close by. I just have a hard time wrapping my head around the fact that with an APPOINTMENT, it takes 2 hours to do what jiffy lube can do 20 min.
I went in for diagnostic service on my 2000 RX300 and was greeted by Michael Figueroa. He handled the entire transaction in a friendly and professional manner. I particularly appreciated the time that he took to explain each diagnosis. I then received a detailed link of the estimated repairs that specified each item listed with the cost, what was most critical and even some videos for review. Because of the honest and personalized service experience I am now trusting Crown Lexus Sales to assist me with my long awaited and well deserved upgrade.
Mike Figueroa was a very courteous and professional employee who helped me with my regular maintenance requirements for my Lexus NX300h. He makes me feel a valued customer by attending to my needs. I was not able to take my car to a Lexus dealer for a previous maintenance. In spite of this, Mike offered the 10,000 as a complimentary service. That saved me $190! The car was ready at the time they told me. The check out process was easy and very efficient. Overall, I have a very positive experience with Crown Lexus as a first time customer. I will definitely come back for future service.
I have been bringing my cars to this dealership since 2015 and have always had excellent service. This time was no different except that my service advisor, Francis, provided exceptional service in the way he communicated the progress of my service and even washed my car himself because of the late hour in which I picked up my car and few service folks around at that time. He had promised me a car wash and didnt want to disappoint! Crown Lexus is the best. Wouldnt go anywhere else.
I needed the obtain the second key for my new Lexus as it wasnt available at the time of purchase. Once again the service at Crown Lexus was exceptional! Hence I made an appointment with Helen, the service writer. Helen met me on the temporary service drive filled out the necessary paperwork and had the additional key made. One of my tire sensors light came on while on a business trip to San Diego. I took my 2021 NX to Crown Lexus, since that’s where I originally purchased the vehicle. They treated me with respect and courtesy from the moment I pulled into the service driveway all the way until the car was fixed and washed. I definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a Lexus or have their current Lexus serviced here. They are all wonderful people!!!
I had to wait 30 min. before anyone even came to assist me. I was told I could not have a loaner car because my service would only take 2 hours, which did not make me happy. Then, after waiting 2 hours for my car to be serviced, I was directed to my car and told someone would be there shortly with my key. After waiting 15 min. I asked someone who was walking through the parking lot, if he could find out why I hadnt gotten my key yet. He said hed go find out. Finally, after waiting another 15 min. someone came and brought me my key. He said no one had labeled it, so they couldnt find it. My car was sent through the car wash, but it certainly wasnt very clean. I expect better next time I come in for a service. I didnt feel like a valued customer.

The service part went very well and my advisor Chris was top notch. I know they are upgrading the waiting area but I was surprised they no longer offer any extras to the customers. I was looking to get tires soon but I will not be back until these items are resolved.I know it is a small thing but that is what made you stand out above the others, I easily could get an oil change for $30 elsewhere but it was all about experience that you now lack.
Ali in service was very nice and the sales lady (sorry don’t know her name) and him were able to communicate and get my Car in to have the outside and inside detailed package that should’ve been done when we bought the car. They were able to accommodate and got it done in a timely manner with the 1st maintenance service.Thank you both, since it’s to hard to have anything done on a weekday for me. I greatly appreciated it!
I always have a wonderful experience with Christian Santos and Crown Lexus. Theres many dealerships and repair shops way closer to me where I can service my vehicle, but I prefer to make the drive to Crown. Christian is easy to contact, trustworthy, and reliable. Tony, Alex and Mike in service are always great to see as well as Michelle G in sales. Theres no where else I would take my Lexus to!

Despite temporary facilities (due to construction) found the experience very efficient and very friendly.The prices weren’t too bad and I was able to use the loaner car for the afternoon.Car was cleaned and ready for me in a few hours. They did not try to add any additional items that were recommended (if needed).

I have done business with Crown Lexus since 1990; the first owner Ray Ethridge was my neighbor. I went for an oil and filter change and have no complaints.

Chris is absolutely amazing!He assured that all of my concerns were taken care of.As a female I am always uneasy in going in there and getting ripped off because I don’t know about cars.Chris has been nothing but genuine and transparent when I go in for my services and concerns. I do not recommend Crown Lexus service. I had an appointment at 10am this morning . I waited more than 20 minutes and still not able to check in. There were a few cars behind me but got checked in before me. After I asked the rep who walked around and he told me he would let the agent know. Finally after 30 minutes, I could get checked in. I had used to take Crown service since 2016 and always gave me 10% discount since I have had AAA membership. I still had receipts. However, this time the agent told me that only Longo service gives 10% discount for AAA membership. I was really upset that the agent lied to my face when he said that he didn’t see any discount from my previous services there. After I had been a loyal customer with Crown Lexus since 2016, and it was how I was treated this morning 9/03/2021. So I left and telling myself that I will never go back to Crown Lexus again.

Service is always great but after they washed my vehicle it looked terrible. I had to ask service rep to have my vehicle rewashed!!! They left water spots on my vehicle and the windows had streaks all over them. I had to take my car to a car wash so they could was my car properly.
Everything was great! The wait wasnt long, the process to check in and get a loaner car was quick and easy.
Ali Shekeb helped me thru out the whole process and explained all the details that I needed to know. Highly recommended.

8/26/19 never mind don’t even waste your time here! They messed up my paperwork and haven’t been able to sign it again because me and the co signers schedules is opposite and now I have to return my car. Should’ve gone to Honda

Ive deducted a star because 3 hours for an oil change is just too long to wait. Yeah, its a dealer so the price is outrageous but they do good work and I have recourse if they screw up. And of course they always want to upsell, which I decline. Now that the car is 5 years old, Im done with the dealer except for warranty work which I fortunately havent needed.
The tremporary lounge is adaquate.

Todays visit was my first time to Crown Lexus customer service was exceptional professional respectfu. My advisors name was Helen from the start she made me very comfortable and listened to everything I had to say. All keep you guys posted on the conclusion of my vehicles service, so far from this point I would definitely recommend Crown Lexus.

No one washed the car period . It is 20 times more dirtier than I left over there . I know you are on freeway and construction is going on even my inside has layers of dirt inside in dash . No one went over what the did either . Lot of finishing action missing
Crown Lexus is always my go to place for service on my car and major reason why I converted my lease into a buy, but on Wednesday afternoon the Service Advisor Alejendro really let me down. I came in for a routine check, had some concerns regarding my brakes which was taken care of and then when it was just about time for me to leave, I get absolutely NO notice that my car was ready for pick up. The only notice I received was that my car was being washed and nothing else after that statement was made. So I literally sat there for another hour waiting for my Service Advisor Alejandro to let me know that everything was good and that the brakes were fine. The entire process took about 4 hours which was completely unacceptable. I found out that my car was actually sitting and waiting to be claimed by me, by going to the cashier window and inquiring about my car. When I asked the older cashier lady she seemed a bit dumbfounded and clueless. Finally she called to see where Alejandro was and he was at lunch...and guess where the paperwork to my car was, filed away already. I was like WOW, Ive never experienced such poor customer service from Crown before, which is why Im writing this review. Ive stayed with Crown Lexus because of your excellent customer service in the past and I always feel comfortable bringing my car in for service. This experience though will make me think twice about the next time I need my car serviced. Please have a conversation with Alejandro about respecting the customers time, because no one should have to inquire about the status of their car, that is the responsibility of the Service Advisor, to be the go between for the customer and the Lexus service mechanics. Kudos to the service mechanics because my car runs smoothly and my brakes work perfectly.

Dropped off my IS-250 today to Repair code: P2714 Pressure Control Solenoid D Performance or Stuck OFF.I made an appointment a week ago in order to have a loaner car while I wait. There pretty backed up so I would recommend make an Appointment if you need a loaner car, especially if your repair takes a few days.Today is Friday and they said my car should be ready by Tuesday.I have much to say about the service I received today and how I came to the decision to even go forward with this repair. The service advisor and management I spoke with were not too confident in the outcome of this repair. Their recommendation was to replace my whole transmission which would cost 6 to 7 times the amount I spent today. From Managements point of view in regards to this repair and I quote: 90% who do not get the transmission replaced will return to the dealer with the engine light on and/or have other issuesI came into today with no engine light on or VSC light on.To be continued....Review is not complete...

Great service, i was not planning on waiting for my car I was hoping to get a loaner however there was none available, I hope Lexus does better with the availability of loaner cars . However the car was done ASAP and I was great full for the prompt service.
Even with the construction going on, their service department still manages to give service that pops. Tino (Faustino) is awesome and is the model of a great employee that cares.
I am very satisfied with the service, but the attention I received from ALY SHEKEB was very professional and very helpful, thank you very much.
