The owner and staff I find to be very honest, which is not the usual now a days. They discussed with us the cost of the service before preforming to make sure we were authorizing them to continue.

Brought in a car for pre-purchase inspection from nearby dealer. Eric did intake and explained the process thoroughly beforehand. Once the inspection was completed Eric proceeded to explain everything/results in great detail and in very understandable terms. This allowed me to make a more comfortable decision on my purchase. Since the process would take 1 hr+ we tried to Uber out to get back to our car but Ubers system was having issues. When I asked Stephany, at front desk, she right away offered us a ride herself. Great customer service, honest, fair price and very reliable service. I may make this my go-to- mechanic for my new car purchase. I would highly recommend this rare find of a mechanic shop.

Lupes is the only service to date I actively feel loyalty about using. I wouldnt dream of taking my vehicle anywhere else. Eric is consistently punctual, informative, and infaliably friendly. Im a total mechanical illiterate, but every time my car has needed repairs of any sort Eric has thoroughly explained my problem and even made use of visual aids to illustrate the issue in greater depth without my even asking him to elaborate. Yet, somehow, despite my obvious lack of knowledge and even my occasional misstep on maintaining my vehicle, Im never made to feel uneducated or foolish while having my visit explained to me- really remarkable that this tone is so consistent and responsible. When Im asked to come in to pick up my vehicle, Im assured that as long as it takes me to walk over to the office, theyll wait for. Even when I had only seen them once, these guys helped me out when I lost my wallet: a good samaritan found their card inside it and called them, after which they promptly rang me and passed along her information- without them Id have never even have realised it was gone for hours to come. Every single time I interact with these folks they go above and beyond to make me feel like a truly valued customer and show they legitimately understand both the deepest intricacies of their position and my perspective as a total layman. I dont have to worry if Im overpaying or if my repairs will fail on me, I know Im getting what I paid for. If youre considering choosing a regular mechanic, save yourself the headache and the wallet cramps and dash over as soon as you can. I cant sing their praises highly enough with anyone I speak about them to! Thank you, Lupes team!

Another good experience! Thanks Eric!Went in for a wobble in the suspension. They diagnosed it and resolved the problem (pitman/idler arm and gearbox). They also found the alternator wasn’t charging, changed that the oil, leveled the front end, and aligned it. Everything was done for a reasonable price and in good time. I showed up with my car on a tow truck on a friday afternoon without an appointment and was made to feel welcome. Eric and I discussed an honest timeline, the potential problems and associated costs, stuck to that timeline and i was very pleased overall. moreover, they gave me a list of things to look out for to get ahead of potential future problems. overall i felt valued as a customer, felt like i was being dealt with honestly, and quickly. got my car back when they said i would, the whole time with a smile, i think, i couldnt tell because everyone had masks on. i will be back for sure, but hopefully not soon!

They where the best place to take you car. The checked everything for me and I was just going in for an oil change. I and left with more knowledge about my car then I had in the 6 months of owning the vehicle. I chose this location because of the great reviews and they certainly delivered. I didn’t mind driving a little out of the way and will definitely be back for other repairs. They were very honest and ethical which is difficult to find in an auto shop. The manager was able to take his time and explain the issue with my car in a way that’s easy to comprehend. He had already given me an estimate on the work I would need and there were no hidden fees. It was exactly as he had mentioned. The wait time was reasonable and they’re waiting area is very presentable. Highly recommend it, even if you gotta drive 20 minutes out. :)

This place was a breath of fresh air lol. I am super skeptical about mechanics and auto repair shops because they always try to oversale you and suggest things you dont need, but this place did not try that with me. They had my vehicle all day and stayed in contact with me about every little detail with my car, they even sent me videos via text to give me a visual if what they were seeing in my car. They gave me suggestions, but they were so honest in whether or not it was a NOW kind of fix and when I got there Eric showed me the old defective parts of my car that they took out. They were so patient with me. I tell you, this place is the best and I suggest everyone comes here for whatever car needs. Oh! And also the woman who works front desk (Im sorry I didnt get your name) shes so kind, from the initial phone down to the face to face encounter, her energy was 100%. Thanks guys!

During my 20yr Army career I moved to a new town every 4 years. Each time I arrive in a new city I look for 3 things: 1)a good barber, 2) a good bbq spot, 3) a good mechanic. The 1st 2 I find with ease but every time I needed auto repair I would be nervous and cautious. When I took my car to Lupes and met Eric all of that changed. Eric took time to explain to me why my car was performing the way it was. He described the mechanics of the problem and the course of action to fix it. When I picked it up my problem was fixed and I wasnt given a high pressure sales pitch to fix the next thing. I reccomend Lupes to my sister and she got the same level of service and was just as satisfied as I. Excellent service! Took in a car that I was potentially going to buy from a private seller to get checked out. Erik took it for a test drive with me then did a thorough inspection. He took his time explaining what what he thought was going on, gave me useful instructions and even topped off the oil for free. Love the family environment and can tell that these are great people. The service here at Lupes Auto Center is unbeatable! My check engine light gave a code I was unfamiliar with and Lupes was able to resolve it and more! They communicated with me every step of the way as I waited in their lounge. They took great care with my MBZ and even showed me a video of the process they went through to detect a failed hose that appeared under the newer hoses. After the car was repaired they showed me the old parts that were removed and pictures of one other area they fixed with my approval. As a European car owner it is difficult to find a repair shop that is above board and fair priced. Thank you to everyone who wrote reviews previously because you helped me find and have my car serviced at Lupes this week! My car is running great so far and in the future if I need car repairs, I will definitely go back to Lupes Auto Center. I found Erics garage to be well organized, and the work done there to be excellent. Eric, himself, is also available to make suggestions to improve your vehicles maintenance. The work done there was replacing my broken motor mounts and rear transmission mount on my Chevy S10 pickup. Very friendly place!

I went in for an Oil change for a 2018 Honda Civic and they were quick, the nice lady at the front desk (I didn’t get her name) was very generous as well and very helpfull. So far they have taken great care of me and they stay in touch the whole time explaining what was going on why and how. Making sure I was aware of the price before anything being done. In all making sure it wasnt over priced all fair and on the level. Friendly also, really personable.

I had an orange engine light that needed attention. I was called and told what the problem was— they could have said nothing, taken cared of the problem and charged me. Instead, I was told that the problem should be covered by the dealership, to take it there and save some money. I was very impressed with their honesty, especially due to having such a terrible experience with a prior auto repair shop. A good and honest auto repair shop is hard to find. I have found the BEST. I will be a loyal customer and definitely tell my friends.
