Pyramid replaced all of my siding and all of the eternal wood on my home. They also installed gutters and gutter shields. The crew was on time every day and did a great job of completing this project and cleaning up afterwards. Ambrose & Anthony were great to work with. Ambrose returned after the job was completed and went over my house from end to end. He found a few minor things that he wanted corrected and brought the crew back one afternoon to finish to his satisfaction. The last day of this installation of siding was the Friday we had the hard rains and high winds that uprooted trees everywhere in Omaha. Ambrose noted that rain was coming and got his gutter crew to arrive by 3:15PM that Friday to get gutters on my home. They worked until 9:15PM that night but finished the job. This saved my basement as the hard rains we had would surely have created flooding. I have had Pyramid replace a roof for me before and I was pleased with this work. I continue to be pleased with this massive siding job that was just finished. I would clearly recommend Pyramid for your home maintenance needs as they do good work and do what they say they will do for a fair price.

I had called pyramid to have some shingle on the back of my house that have blown off. And when the salesmen Joe Shanks came out he also. Took photos and looked into the attic and went over and beyond and realized one of my exhaust vents was not hooked up and they gave me a very good deal on the repair for the shingles and just hooked up my vent for free, and the repair guy Cole was very professional and did a Awesome job and helped answer some additional questions I had about some things, they took care of me and just said to call them when I actually need a whole new roof. And I surely will ! Would recommend to friends and family ! Great people and job overall

II have used Pyramid for several projects. They installed fascia wrap and vinyl soffit. They are great to work with. Communicated through the whole process. Install team was professional and very accommodating.

It was a great experience using Pyramid. Courteous, professional, attentive, and they also handled the subs for my gutter and window trim installs as well. It made things easy and smooth from my end. The roof install went very well and now I have neighbors and friends constantly paying me compliments (and giving envious looks) on the new roof. Ben did a great job managing the project.

EDITED: THEY NEVER PULLED A PERMIT! Worst experience ever...pictures are worth a thousand words(these are just a few). PLEASE SEE PHOTOS...the damage that they did and will not repair unless I pay them first (not sure they will repair or the quality of the repair if they get paid) and the undenialable horrible quality of the the work. Two holes through the roof into the interior ceiling from intoxicated workers. Just look at the pictures they tell it all. Advertisements on the radio and tv are paid advertisements-keep that in mind when you are looking for a professional roofer that stands behind the quality of their work! Total re roof and gutter!!!! The roofers caused more damage to my home than the hail.

The estimator was great to work with- bid was much better than a couple others were, selections and options were well-explained.Work crew arrived on time, were friendly and professional. They kept the messes to a minimum and did a very good job cleaning up.Very minor ding- the constant tapping while they nailed things up caused some knick-knacks on shelving on or near the walls to walk. A few things fell off. It might help to warn clients of the possibility.I would have no problem recommending them to anyone who asks.

Hail damaged our roof in May 2019. Contacted Pyramid and Joe Shanks was assigned as Project Manager for our repairs to the roof. He was a delight to work with as he explained the whole process we would go through normally. Unfortunately for us, this was not a normal repair as the entire roofs sheathing had to be replaced. He explained what would be happening and the extra cost, and worked with the insurance company to get the job completed. It was a pleasure to work with such a knowledgeable and professional person. He made certain everything was done correctly.The help we received from the entire Pyramid staff was absolutely great, and we thank them all. The roofers themselves did a great job on the roof, and cleaned up after themselves terrifically. I have received a number of complements on the look of the roof from my neighbors. A Pyramid Roofing representative came to my house to give me an estimate for cedar shake tear-off and composite roof replacement. Came on Thursday and said I would get an estimate the next day. Never heard from the guy again. Got estimates from three other roofers and ended-up going with Meridian Roofing Solutions. I recommend you do the same!

Roof and gutters needed replacement due to recent (5/28/19) hail damage. PM Chip quickly responded and worked well with insurance company. Work scheduled within 2 weeks; and, completed in one day. Construction Crew very professional and efficient. Follow up for minor repairs quickly completed. Quality work, fast service at reasonable price. Pyramid is great company to work with. It took me longer than it should have to get around to this, but better late than never. This winter we had a huge issue with water on our second floor ceiling. So much so that we thought we had a roof leak or something. I called Pyramid back in January and they sent two guys out to take a look and see what we needed to do.They climbed up in our attic, crawled through the blown in insulation, and found that our issue wasnt a roof leak, but an improperly ventilated attic from our builder. We had no soffit vents on the front of our home, and the baffling on the back side of our home was completely blocked by batt insulation at practically every location. They provided me with a report and didnt charge me anything for their inspection. All that they asked was that when it came time to replace our roof that we give them a call. I am truly appreciative and impressed with their customer service.

He even met my insurance adjuster at my house to help point out damage. He made replacing my roof an easy process and the work looks great. I had a great experience with Pyramid and the PM Scott. He spent a lot of time explaining what I needed, what they were going to do and didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need. The cost was good and they replaced my roof in record time. I will continue to recommend them, they were great!

Ben McClelland from Pyramid (Omaha) spent over an hour getting a detailed inspection for us. He wrote up a very comprehensive bid. Though Pyramid wasnt the cheapest, neither were they the most expensive of the bids we received. But, I appreciated the fact that they spent way more time examining our roof than anyone else. And, their reputation of being the best roofers in Omaha carried a lot of weight with us. Their crew arrived at 7:00am and were finished by 7:00pm. The crew was respectful of our property and did an extremely thorough clean-up at the end of the job. Ben made follow-up calls and a couple inspection visits to make sure we were happy with the job. Pyramids communication with us throughout the process impressed us. Time will tell on how well the roof stands up to time and weather, but I feel confident that our money was well spent and that our home is secure for many decades to come. Highly recommended.

Roof seems okay & the crew was nice but my garden was almost completely destroyed (after asking them 3x to please be careful & being told each time they would) and there are cigarette butts in the yard (no smokers here). They also left a stack of supplies behind but Ill call & have them come pick it up.

Pyramid roofing is always our trusted roofer and number one choice. they get the work done in a timely manner and also what needed to be done! Ben is our favorite manager to work with!

Had a contractor come out to assess the hail damage and spent a total of 5 minutes on the roof to say I didnt have any damage. He didnt look at any siding, windows, gutters, down spouts, deck, etc. He did not go into any detail stating why he didnt think we had hail damage, maybe he didnt know what he was looking at, but I received a second opinion and it came back that I have significant hail damage (pictures and documents to prove it). I would not recommend Pyramid Roofing.

Id advise you to look anywhere else besides Pyramid if you need roofing work. After a hail storm smashed up our roof, I called Pyramid. Every day or two for next couple weeks, their salesman called and e-mailed me asking when we could sign a contract. After meeting with him and hearing a very well rehearsed and too good to be true sales pitch, we signed a contract and handed over a large check. I asked when the roof would be done and the sales guy said wed hear from someone in a couple days and wed be scheduled and done in two weeks. Our check was cashed two days later, but we never heard from the sales guy or anyone in their scheduling or insurance offices ever again. We called repeatedly and were told, Well have someone call you tomorrow. Six weeks later, we were told that they couldnt get shingles. They signed more contracts than they could handle, knowing they couldnt get supplies or crews to do the work. I brought that point up to one of their upper management and they didnt do anything other than state, Thats just how it is. By that point it was mid-October and we asked them to cancel the contract or be held in breech. They did and we had the roof replaced in less than two weeks by a much more competent roofer.

From start to finish Ben has been with me all the way. He has guided me through the insurance process and made sure that everything is taken care of. The delivery, workers, etc. has been smooth and the quality is fantastic!

I would definitely recommend Pyramid Roofing. They were professional, courteous and friendly in all their dealings with me, as well as helping me with the insurance part of it. Requested service in the fall but had to wait until Spring because of bad weather, but no matter, they called back and had roof, gutters, siding,windows screens and deck replaced or repaired before the end of March.

Pyramid replaced my roof a few years ago. And I have been remiss in not leaving a review sooner. Not only did they do a wonderful job they took what could have been a problematic situation and responded to it with the highest level of honesty and integrity that I’ve ever experienced. In any sales agreement, one has to have the fear removed and the trust instilled in a sales relationship.Given the May 2019 SW Omaha hailstorm, I knew there were many local companies to work with and I know the insurance carrier had their company to work with. I did the proper thing and had the insurance recommended company come out and conduct a roof inspection and estimate was also provided. The rep started saying he would place a sign in the yard and this would be equal to our deductible. I thought to myself really, knowing how high our deductible was. I let him do his thing after all he was representing the insurance carrier. I wasnt extremely confident in this person and his company, and he was the owner!Then, I had Joe Shanks from Pyramid Roofing come over and he never talked deductible, he did his audit as well and wanted to sit down and talk about why Pyramid Roofing is the #1 Choice of Omaha. He reviewed the materials, staff, pre-work and post work followup. When he provided his estimate he worked with our insurance carrier to ensure every aspect of the roof was reviewed with the insurance adjuster, nothing went unchecked. The work crew was very organized and cleaned up everything, all nails in the yard and the driveway and walkway and the flower beds as well. Nothing was left in the yard. The next day Joe came by to ensure everything was completed and that we were thoroughly satisfied. Joe even wanted to say that if there was any concerns or issues to call him and he will have it resolved immediately.Roofing companies come and go, just as the storms come and go, but Pyramid Roofing answered the call and backed up the reason why they are Omahas Number 1 Roofing company. Ben took away all our worries .pyramid does great work in 2 very hot days .They protected our landscaping .They have the latest in equiptment .clean up was done by entire crew walking perimeter of yard looking for debris and sweeping yard with 2 different magnetic devices picking up nails .They also cleaned all gutters .Ben stayed on top of everything start to finish . We called pyramid roofing (along with a few other roofing companies) to help us take care of our roof after the late May hail storm. From the moment we contacted them they were nothing but helpful, professional, and incredibly fast. We had a baby coming and when we expressed the need to our project manager, Dan, to have the project complete before the baby arrived, there was no hesitation. The crew that came out was incredibly efficient and had the job done within a day!Dan did a fantastic job of being our advocate with our insurance company-got the entire project, including code updates, easily covered for us. We originally started with another company and they barely showed up for the estimates and definitely did not provide any assistance with our insurance.Very happy with the results!

We cannot say enough good about Pyramid Roofing! Nick came out the same morning we called, even after a big storm with lots of wind (85+ mph). He gave us an estimate for the full job and a price for a temporary patch while supplies and scheduling took place. I did ask for expediency to resolve the problem because of more storms in the forecast. He called later in the early afternoon and said they could do the repair today - the same day of our call! My wife and I were thrilled. I thought he meant the temporary repair, but later found out that Cole would be completing the full job the same day! Talk about service! In less than 24 hours after the damage occurred, it was completely fixed and you can not tell that anything at all had happened. The replaced shingles totally matched my existing shingles! They even took care of items they saw that had the potential for more problems. This is a first class company that will get our recommendations at every turn! I called to ask a few questions about roofing work that was completed by Pyramid Roofing before we closed on our house. The person I spoke to was extremely rude and defensive. He was very unprofessional and even hung up on me and then would not return my call. Not great customer service at all!

Jose and Antonio did a great job on our new roof! They had to rebuild the wood supporting some areas that our builder neglected. They were polite and spoke very clear English so I could understand every step they were taking to give us the best possible job. We could tell they enjoyed the work they do. Sent out supervisor Ricco to inspect the finished work for our approval.

I had a leak in my roof and I contacted Pyramid Roofing based on the excellent ratings. I called and was told that a roofing contractor would call and set up a time to inspect my house shortly. I waited a week and was not called back, so I called again and was told that I would be contacted shortly. I waited 2 more days and received no response. I then called a third time (mind you my roof had leaked two more times since my initial call) and I got an appointment time set up for the roofer to come out and inspect my roof. However, the roofer never showed! It was on a Saturday and I called Pyramid and left a voice message and was never called back. I basically wasted 2 weeks waiting for them to come and look at my roof while it was leaking. I called another company and the contractor was at my house the next day. Pyramid may do good work, but if you cant get them to service your house when you have a problem, it doesnt matter how good of work they do.

It took over a week to just get a quote, had to call a couple of times to make sure they were coming out. Then it took 3 days to do a 45 minute job with a couple more calls to make sure they were coming to finish the job. Other than that they did do good work.

Service after the sale! Thanks to Pyramid for repairing my roof due to a very determined raccoon that did quite a number on my roof. This is not something that is covered with the warranty but Pyramid came out right away and repaired it for me at no cost as a curtesy for my business. Several of my family members used Pyramid as well and they were extremely happy with their work and follow through. Do to there encouraging work ethic I am happy to recommend them to anyone in need of there roofing services done at a fair price.

They do great work but their communication is very poor. I waited months to get a full new roof and siding repair work done. No one ever called to update me or anything. The workers just showed up one morning. I cant complain about the work because they did a great job.But as a military member traveling out of the country often I wanted good communication so my wife wouldnt have to worry about this. They failed me in that aspect. I never knew what was being done on when. Was told several times when the siding would be done and then the guy never showed. Hell be there this week. No show. Hell be there Friday. No show. He should be there Monday. Shows up. Doesnt finish the job. Leaves and doesnt tell me when hes coming back. Comes back two days later and finishes after I had to call and ask what was going on.Still waiting on my new gutters after signing a contract three months ago.Edit: Updating this review to One Star. It is the middle of December now. They only completed my work last week and now my gutters are leaking. Ive had to call them, literally, every three days through the month of November to get my siding repairs finished. You would think they would be more urgent in getting my work done right and timely since I havent paid them yet.

**originally did an amazong job, had some warrenty issues due to defective product from Plygem (manufactuer) when it got hit out sun melted lots of the siding. The warrenty process to get a team out to repair it all was very lengthy but this company is very very busy so its understandable. i had a home appraisel coming up and siding looked very old even tough i had work just done a year before due to the elements.update*** Ambrosios team was sent out and made everything right, these guys are amazing. They replaced all the bad melted siding from last years summer and made sure it was properly fitted and repaired/replaced. Very happy with my experince with this team. Office was originally slow at responding, but did make a good effort to contact me to get scheduled. Had pyramid replace roof in 2007 after hail storm, complete replacement. Did a very great job.Just had them do another complete replacement after tornado damage in Lincoln.completely different. No one spoke English! Tried to tell them to cover ALL the plants around the as last time. Didnt happen till my wife asked 3xs for more tarps. Plants damaged. Never happened till I called Joe and he made phone calls. Had to have translater come to house. Very POOR to zero understanding of home owners needs.

My apologies in advance for the length of this review. Suffice it to say that I can’t recommend them.I contracted with Pyramid in 2017 for roof replacement on my 1920s two story home, which has a rather complex combination of mild and steep pitches across a number of hips and valleys, gables, and a flat section above a three season porch. The representative from Pyramid who made the initial assessment and estimate made a good impression with his professional attitude and command of knowledge of roofing methods.After the roof was replaced, the first flag for me was the discovery of damage to a power vent in the roof that had been in working order prior to roof replacement. It had to be removed during the old roof tear-off phase and the shroud structure was apparently bent by the crew in the removal process. I made this discovery when I went into the attic to plug it back in after it was reinstalled, and quickly determined the fan blades wouldnt spin freely in the housing. I contacted Pyramid to report the problem, and the supervisor who had been overseeing the shingle crew came out promptly to inspect the damage. He told me that I could bend the housing back into shape and that it should work just fine, and if not Pyramid would replace the unit at no cost. I took him at his word and didnt take immediate action to repair it, as daytime temperatures had dropped low enough that the attic wasnt heating up to levels that would cause the thermostatic switch to turn on the fan.Fast forward to the third week of June of this year (2018), when I walked into my guest room and noticed water damage on my ceiling and floor.I called Pyramid to alert them to the situation and was told the Warranty Department would be notified. I then sent written notification of the event as required in the contract. Days went by and I had no call-back from Pyramid. Five days later a Pyramid employee came out to make an assessment. He determined that the leak was not coming from the newly replaced shingles, but from the roof on the dormer, which had NOT been replaced. I asked him why it hadnt been replaced last fall when the rest of the roof had been completed, and he didnt have an answer as to why, but showed me a photo of an area on the dormer that was clearly damaged, with rusty screw heads protruding from the roof media.Prior to the arrival of the employee performing the inspection above, I had attempted to repair the damaged power vent but due to its structure I could not get enough of the housing bent back into place to free the fan blades. I also pointed this out to the employee and he said he would make a note of it. (He also shared with me that the supervisor who last fall had told me I could repair the vent was no longer with Pyramid.)Three days after the inspection by Pyramid I was called by someone at Pyramid, and the call included my original salesman on speaker. I was provided with a vague apology for the oversight and an outline of procedure for repairing the dormer roof and replacing the damaged power vent unit. I was given a verbal estimate for the repairs, which was going to cost about $1500, but was discounted down to $800 (essentially free materials and vent unit) for labor.The repairs were performed and everything seems to be fine to date.No effort of repair or monetary compensation for the interior damage was ever offered by Pyramid, presumably per the language in the contract (Guarantee).I can only conclude that the shingle and flat roof crews did their work well, but a lack of effective communication/supervision between the shingle crew, the salesman, and job supervisor resulted in a failure to ensure that the existing power vent was to be reinstalled without damage, and that the entire job was completed, which resulted in the power vent damage, the leak, and subsequent interior damage from the old dormer roof that was never initially replaced.If you choose to do business with Pyramid, make sure they get everything done right the first time. It is ultimately less expensive for everyone involved.

The salesman was patient and informative. He guided me through the whole process: he completed my insurance claim, helped me pick out a color, and ensured that the job looked great and the property was left neat and tidy. I highly recommend this company.

Update:We have been working with Pyramid to address our issues with the roof and all have been resolved. Mike Mills, the sales manager, was responsive and helpful to get the problems with the roof worked out.We started out in love with our new roof. Unfortunately, we’ve had seemingly nothing but trouble with Pyramid roofing since. We discovered a leak in our newly replaced roof after only 6 months. This stemmed from the wrong flashing being used on the edges of the roof. They said they’d be out the next day to take a look. To their credit, they were on time, friendly and owned up to the problem. They told us, due to the high volume of hail claims, that it would be 2 weeks before they could come and complete the warranty repair. I gave them two weeks before I called the warranty person who had come out to look at the problem. I didn’t get any response. After another week of calling with no response, I went into the office to speak with someone about our work order. I spoke with a sales manager; he called one of his crew members and said that they would be out later that week to complete the repair. We got through the entire week and no one came by. I spoke with the manager again and it was determined that there was a further issue that was complicating the repair. I understood and gave them time. I met again with the sales manager after another week to discuss the status of the repair. I thought we had agreed on how they would proceed and that it would be done before winter.After multiple calls and voicemails, I have not heard any response or estimate of when our repair will be completed. We’ve had a work order open for two months with no resolution. We will now be lucky to have the repair done before the spring.I want to give a better review to Pyramid because more often than not the staff have been friendly and accommodating. Overall, though, I am just disappointed.

Doug assisted me with initial negotiations with Insurance company and followed up with all contractor details. Ended up with a great looking roof that enhances our home. Thanks to all at Pyramid.

The whole process was amazing. They made this so easy for us. We really appreciate all the hard work. Always available for questions, went above and beyond to help us out and I even got a lesson on patching a roof!

The quote Pyramid Roofing gave me was reasonable and comparable to other quotes that I received. Due to the hail storm that came through my area they were not able to start right away but they got the job completed in a reasonable amount of time. I did have a few minor issues with the installation but they came back and addressed all my concerns until I was 100% satisfied. Its been my experience that customer service after the sale is what a business should be judged on when evaluating customer service. I will be using this company in the future.

I had two jobs done by Pyramid, one a roof and gutters, and the other a smaller roof repair. Both jobs were done expertly and in a timely fashion.Joe was responsive and very professional. The office staff were also great to deal with.Pyramid will definitely get any future work when needed.

Great job of putting a roof on my house, quality work, timely work, we love the roof. They told me the dumpster would show up at 0630 and it did. They told me the workers would show at 0730 and they did. Great work, polite workers and supervisors dropping by to check on it all. We had a minor leak during all the rain as the roof was not completed, I called late on a Sunday afternoon and in about twenty minutes I had four workers at my house, solved the problem. Talk about customer service all the way, after the roof was finished another supervisor came and inspected the final product. Highly recommend this company.

Great company but they need to work on their communication with the people that hired them. They just show up and dont let anyone know their there.

Pyramid roofing was a great company to work with. They did so much more than simply replace my roof, they also lined up the drywall repair people, painters gutter company and the list goes on. I would highly recommend Pyramid contractors to all. They assigned a personal liaison to me from their staff (Doug) he was great! it was nice to get the same person to work with when i had questions (and i had lots!) early or late he was always either there or back to me soon. Had a leak in my garage so I called Pyramid Roofing. Nick came over and looked at it and discovered it was being caused by a backup from my gutters and some nails that were not nailed down properly. He fixed the problem and was very professional. I know without a doubt that if I need a new roof or any type of roofing needs again I will definitely call Pyramid Roofing. The service could not have been better. I would rate them a 10 out of 10.

We have nothing but nice things to say about salesman, Kevin. Roof was done mid December, waiting our turn. So far things are good. Kevin turned out to be the go-to guy and he helped out every time. Or course, we didnt like the cost having replaced prior roof 4 yrs ago. It is what it is! Thanks for the courteous service.

Work was fine but their customer service was pathetic. Among the worst I have ever seen. The salesman would not communicate with me at all even though he lied to my wife about talking with me several times a week. We would try calling to get an estimate date on doing the work and no one would ever call us back. They must use contractors for their phones like they do their labor. Not happy.

Blair Wyrick was our contact person and everything from the estimate to working with the (unnecessarily complicated) insurance company for payment was handled well overall. We were subject to a long waiting period because of supplies not being available. Not a huge deal as we were not in a hurry, but it made me wonder why it took so long to get supplies when other roofs were being replaced in my neighborhood every day. Once the job was started everything went as expected. And I found fewer nails left on my property than the last time the roof was replaced. So that was a plus.

Worked with Mike for the second time on reroofing our home. Hes good to work with always available to answer questions and solve problems.

I have to mention how impressed I am with this company. As I mentioned to them, their truck leaked hydraulic fluid on my drive way, and no more than fifteen minutes after I had mentioned it to Doug he had someone clean it up it was very nice of them because anyone else wouldve had us clean it.

Was really hopeful after reading the reviews online. But sadly Ill never know how to truly rate them because they never sent me a quote. The gentleman who came out to look at my gutters was really friendly, and he even brought back another person for a better look at some custom work theyd have to do on our garage. So I was expecting to see something soon.....but never got an email, call or otherwise with any estimate. Would have appreciated an explanation, even if they didnt want the business.UPDATE (same week of the review): The gentleman who came out to check out my gutters did call back and apologized for not following up. I appreciate that call and still hope they can send over a competitive bid for our gutters as we need them!

Ask what crew is doing your roof. Ours appeared to have one to seven roofers depending on the day Took six days, we are still finding nails and roofing material. Trash was left in the yard, even using our trashcan. Part of the roof was left with no shingles in a large patch for couple of days. Ok, but not the greatest.

Did very good work at a competitive price. Cody really knew his business.
