Zen Windows replaced all the windows in our home just in time to see the difference during this extreme cold we’re having right now. The windows took a little longer than expected to arrive because of COVID, but Zen kept us informed along the way. It was also nice that they didn’t ask for a down payment. Easily the best experience I have had with a home-improvement company! No lengthy in-home sales appointment with a pushy salesperson. I went on their website and requested a quote. The owner emailed and called me the same day. I sent some pictures of the windows and door I wanted to replace, we had a few phone calls to talk about our windows & door, and exchanged a few emails with revisions we wanted to make. When it came time for our installation, the crew arrived on time each day, kept our home clean by laying down tarps, and were incredibly efficient. They replaced 14 windows, a door, and all of our trim in just 3 days and the finished product is nothing short of amazing! Our new windows and door have kept our home much warmer this winter!
