As a car guy, I pretty much dont let anyone touch my vehicles. I enjoy taking care of them, but time is finite and I am very pleased with the full interior and exterior detail package I purchased. With the coupon it is an incredible value. I talked my office mate into buying 2 and my neighbor is thinking about it.Great work and Ill keep trying to send business your way.Warning: Expect to leave your car there for 6 hours or so. Having done all the same work they do before, its not a crazy amount of time.

Took my very dirty car to Minute Carwash for detailing. 3 hours later my car was spotless thanks to the very hard working people there! Thanks so much! I love it!

Paid for a full detail. Barley cools like they did anything. . The i side had dirt as if they they didnt even use a vacuum. They had a line of cars behind and seemed like they were rushing. Unacceptable. Waste of 30.00. 3/ended up having to take it somewhere else

They dont clean your windows. You cant even pay extra to have them clean your windows. Unless you want to do a full interior detail for $80. Ive never been to a car wash that doesnt clean your windows.

Complete waste of money. I purchased the special and still had crushed up leaves on the carpet. Also had visible dust on the dash and my rims of the tires still had grime on them. I was not satisfied with the service I received.

This is the only place I go to get my car detailed. It says Newburgh, you have to remember that there are (2) in Newburgh. I go to the on on RT 9W. They are the best.

Great car wash! Job usually well done with thought and consideration. For days when service is rushed, if not satisfied your feedback is always appreciated. Management will address any problem or issue but you have to tell them. Robinson avenue location has the best customer service. Love minute car wash!

Long term Cornwall resident! I heard through the grapevine that Nicole; Mrs. B. left the minute wash. I’m guessing she sold it and it’s under new ownership, very sad to hear. The young cashiers are nice but not as friendly or knowledgeable as Nicole. Hopefully the new owners will show their faces and build the same personable relationship Nicole built with us. I believe in supporting local, family owned businesses. But I expect quality, the quality isn’t the same having young people run a business without management. Maybe the owners will take this advice in advance. My vehicle didn’t come out clean, the atmosphere seemed more of a hang out zone, then a professional establishment whom treats customers like family. Best of luck Minute, maybe I will give them another shot in the future but for now I’m sticking to 5 corners.

Love these guys. I subscribe to the unlimited monthly wash club and it is one of the best investments I make every month. All the staff is friendly. And they keep my car looking beautiful all the time. Best place in town! I am partial to their 9W location since they vacuum the interior, but 17k is not bad most of the time.

This car wash isnt the same as it use to be years ago ! As we was going through the car wash my brand new car got stuck inside of the car wash. Nobody came to insure me to Make sure we was OK or informed me of what was going on. I was stuck for 10-15 minutes! Thank god my car wasnt running. After all of that my car was still dirty.

Paid $59.00 for a detail while I waited ! I honestly dont know if my car ever looked so good except when I bought it in 2016. Basically I feel I got a $150.00 detail for $59.00 !! Definitely would highly recommend them !! I will be back!

From a kid I have learned more this guys.How to work how to move quickly.Our team is small but we must keep the paste going on Broadway than 9w .9w is mostly windows and vacuum . Broadway is express wash outside.We do our best to provide best clean of cars in detail and espresso wash or full service

Horrible horrible place and management!!! Chris manager on 9w location and Carlos manager on Broadway location have no customer service experience! Called to give a complaint to their boss about their detailing service. Chris hung up the phone when I asked to speak to his boss. When I called back was told the owner/boss only works on Saturday. I would not recommend these 2 locations to anyone.***update Owner did reach out to me about the incident also I met with Chris today and he is very nice person....from what Im getting at is someone is trying to get him fire either Ronnie or Carlos because they use his name when they are nasty to customers.

Workers all have attitudes... and the car wash was horrible.. I wat had car after car come out filthy.. and then get wiped clean with a towel..

If I could give this place zero stars I would!!! Absolute terrible service, rude staff! I brought 6 SUVs with me to get detailed when I asked the guy in the back if I could possibly get a discount, he became angry and rude. Funny how you much ruder you act when your manager is out on vacation. Absolute trash, this is why Im staying with Foam and Wash instead.

If I could give more stars I would! DONT LOOK PAST THEM! I’ve been going to the 9w location for years! I always deal with Nichole from the minute wash, what a sweetheart! It started raining and the gentleman Ronnie took his time to find the correct wipers for my car, as mine were inoperable. A lot of new faces at the location, the service is always beyond par! I was in and out and my car always comes out great! Very professional, clean establishment.

Paid $18 and got worst service, never recommended, car has spots all over and nobody bothered to clean them. You will be surprised to see, there is not difference in exterior wash and special wash. Try it and you will see

They do a good job with your car

I usually drive across town for a wash here because theyve done a good job in the past. Most recently they threw out an expensive shirt in my car (more expensive than the wash). When I went to talk to the manager and request a refund he said he couldnt and offered me a free wash. Wont be coming back.

First I would like to give this no star. I purchase a prepaid complete car details. I went to have my car service and the front desk ladys states I need to make an appointment. I said it does not say that when I purchased the coupon. She said yes it takes 4-5 hours. So I make an appointment and show up at my schedule appointment. They said they would give me call. I came back in 4 hours thinking I just wait one more hour. When I came back I could not believe my eye. They only vacuum my car. I said what going on with my car. The manager said it would be another 3 hours. I said my car has be here 4 hours already. The manager said your car must be here all day. I explain someone who was not there today told me 4 to 5 hours. He said I dont know why she told you that. Walk away never came back. I never was offered my money, no explain or nothing. If you care about yourself and car. Dont go here. If you live in newburgh and have nothing to do all day. This is the place to go

Great variety of carwash packages! This is the place to come if you would like to avoid the hassle of DIY car wash. They offer full service interior and exterior, and detailing packages additionally, all for very reasonable prices.

Friendly owner, diligent and detailed crew. Minor hairline scratches, could use more thorough rinse, but nothing unreasonable for price. Great carpet vacuum cleaning, will come again.

They charged my credit card for the monthly subscription after I canceled it. They told me to bring my credit card in and they would refund it. They didnt and when I asked him to pull his mask to cover his nose he didnt!!!

Paid $25 with tax for the special. The car was clean enough but the windows werent done complete. Streaking, spotty, plus dash was not cleaned thoroughly with dust left on it not wiped down. For the money I paid and tip I left in the box I am very disapointed. Workers did a rushed half done job. No commitment to detail or being thorough. No supervisor checking for a job well done. Just take the money and tip the hell with the service. Sad.

As regular customers I have noticed as the car wash get busy the quality and care Get worse. Today I was there and it was busy my windows were not all done and the inside was not completely done. I own 2 cars and now I go all the way to vails gate out of my was. I complained before but it seems like they dont care if they have a job..

I went to this place the day after I went to the one they own on Broadway and show them my car and tell them its still was dirty after going through the carwash they did not even offer a discount when I had my car rewashed

I came here to get my car visually inspected for insurance purposes, I did not expect how organized they are with this, Ive never had to have this done, I am quite impressed, the young lady there was very personable, had all the paper work ready & they send the report to the insurance company for you

Im with their car club member programme but when they see my pass always workers have attitude. Only good thing is owners are really friendly and helpful.

I don’t know if they changed ownership or what but I’m being charged the same monthly fee and getting less service since they are no longer cleaning any of the windows inside vacuuming the inside or wiping down the inside it is exterior only and even that is not clean properly I have bug all over my car that was not clean. The two people working there have nothing to say. I am extremely disappointed and will be canceling my monthly membership
