I started going here bout 3 months ago. Everything was good the service and theyre very clean. The reason I didnt give 5 stars is because I was making my 3 week appointment and all of a sudden they dont do long nails anymore. Everybody dont wear short nails but they thing is I didnt have a problem with the price. Because I know my nails are long. They gave every excuse in the book so I couldnt get an appointment!!! But they just did my nails 3 weeks ago!!!

My nails are always on point Lisa does such a great job having been going here for years.

Honest Review Alert: This was my first visit, and my nails are cute! However, there’s more to a nail shop experience than cute nails.I was greeted when I walked in and told to choose a dip color. They were pretty busy even at 10:15 am(15 minutes after they open), so I was seated for my original dip to be soaked off. My nails were still soaking and not checked on after 40 minutes, so I decided to take them out myself because excessive acetone is very drying.Once he began doing my nails, everything went smoothly. He was very attentive, he asked me if I liked my nails along the way, and my dip set and nail cut down turned out great.If you’re looking for a quick in and out nail shop, this isn’t it. This shouldn’t deter you though, as the wait was worth it because the outcome is very pretty. However like most nail shops, nail health is not focused on. They just drill over ridges and continue with the service... but that’s nothing new with busy nail salons. If you’re looking for a cute nail set, I recommend coming here. If you’re looking for a nail salon that is going to focus on the health of your nails, I say keep looking.Will update on how long this dip set lasts!Update: While my nails have minor chips, all nails have stayed on for three weeks.

I have been to about 8 different nail shops before finding the perfect one. My gel nails would crack or lift within days of getting them done. I would always feel rushed even after making an appointment. At T&L nails, I felt as if he could read my mind on how I wanted my nails. He would clean up my cuticles and the paint job was perfect!! My second time here and I left happy each time. Will definitely be my go to spot. I do recommend making an appointment.

My wife waited for 45 mins. She was told there was no wait. Employees kept ignoring her. Happened to her at a different place two days ago when she went to get eyelash extensions. Very interesting.

VERY HONEST REVIEW **I dont think Ive EVER had more beautiful nails! This was my first time using this nail salon and I must say, my nails are almost perfect! Tom, my nail tech, was VERY attentive. He took his time and I could not ask for someone more detailed than him. However, if you are concerned about drills being used a lot on your real nails, you may want to make this known up front. Although, Tom was nice and attentive, he was not talkative at all. In my experience, most nail techs attempt to engage in causal conversation. Well, not Tom. He barely spoke and when he did, it was simply to gain clarity on what I was looking for. I do believe there may have been a language barrier. Hence, the lack of conversation. But hey, some people rather just relax when getting their nails done rather than conversation. The salon was also clean and inviting. I did not give 5 stars simply bc honestly, Ive visited some nail salon that had more of a presence and a little more inviting.Would I go back? ABSOLUTELY! Would I recommend others? ABSOLUTELY! Overall, VERY pleased with how my nails turned out!

Lisa does great work but her husband doesnt and when you tell him you are unhappy about his work he get really upset and she goes alone with him .Covid was a blessing to them because now they go by appointment because they are super slow cause its only 2 people after been open almost 6 yrs. I seen other workers there but they never stay more than a few weeks. Idk what be the reason why their employment there be so short lived. Really she basically doing all the nail work herself cause everyone ask for her . Their attitude are just rude again especially when you point out something you are unhappy about as a customer. Ik some customers are hard to please I truly get that but that no the case with everyone. No one wants to pay their hard earn money and be unhappy with the work in the end. So no I dont recommend visiting this nailshop.

I have found my new nail shop! This was my first time there and the service was excellent. I got a pedicure. The pedicurist was gentle and did a wonderful job bringing my feet back to life. She asked each step of the way if I liked the work she was doing. She finished up with a beautiful polish job. I cant wait to go back!

Theyre wonderful and professional. The place is neat and the lady who did my nails was professional, courteous, and did a fantastic job. There was also no waiting time, I was in and out.

Was told it would be $4 for Dip nails to be soaked off. They charges $10 after the fact and did not make it clear that unless you get them re-dipped, it would be $10. Basically they took advantage of my 16 year old that spent her own money to have this service done. Not very business like!! Will not have ever go to again!

Had pedicure done and the person who did my pedicure did not buff my nail bed. If a person has ridges on there nail bed you dont just buff, you use a nail file to remove the imperfection then you buff the nail. So, when the polish goes on it is smooth not lumpy looking. I also, did not care for the way my nails where file. I would not recommend anyone to this place

This place is truly wonderful! I have been searching for a nail shop that doesnt provide rushed services. They pay attention to detail and do a marvelous/neat job regardless of how many people are waiting.

Nail techs were nice enough but my gel didnt even last a week before it started chipping.

The guy who did me and my friend’s nails got mad at us. He talked about us under his breath and he kept hurting both of us with a nail grinder. He rushed both of us and I ended up having someone else paint my nails.

I love love love T&L‼️‼️‼️ I always go to them, me and my family go together and we are Never disappointed‼️ Great quality, reasonable prices, just a great place to go if I could give more stars ⭐️ I would 💕💜 Dont waste your money going anywhere else 😉 T&L IS THE ONLY PLACE TO GO

Building is a little hard to find. Its at the end of a small plaza off the main road. The prices are decent. The service that I received was not performed by a professional which is why I give this place 2 stars. The young lady (maybe 16) who did my pedicure clearly was unsure of how to perform the service. My polish was not neat or even and was on my skin despite her efforts to clean up her job.

I was told about this place by a coworker. I had been to a so called “top notch” nail salon in Olive Branch, off of Hacks Cross Rd. HORRIBLE.... So I said what’s the worst that can happen? I went and FELL IN LOVE.... Now I will say depending on what day you go you will wait... But, her work is awesome! When she starts your service, she doesn’t start another until she is done with you. She is fast, but pays very close attention to her work. I have found my nail salon!!

I have been a patron of these fine folks for several years..they are professional..very experienced in their craft..honest and reasonably priced.

“Nail”ed it! Pun intended. The man who did my mani and pedi was very meticulous and definitely takes pride in his work, my nails and toes were done perfectly. Hands down one of the best, if not the best nail salon I have ever been to!

Omg! Amazing! Seriously. I arrived from California a month ago. Had a horrible experience at a so called “top end” salon in Southhaven. Will never go there again. Came across this salon after reading reviews and thought, “ can’t be any worse than the other place”. Wow: They are fast, meticulous, experienced and I can now say, I’ve found my salon. No airs or graces, or fancy schmancy decor...just great work, lovely people and you are in and out with no hassle. I can’t say enough about how impressed I was.
