The service was just that...service. GM should step up their service to the level I receive at Mercedes Benz. My vehicle is vacuumed/washed and presented to me when I pick it up after having it serviced, whether its just an oil change and tire rotation, or some other work is performed on it. GM, dealerships, you want a five star rating, provide five star service. Until then, youre just a mediocre shop, doing service.

My Sales experience with Joe gets 5/5 stars. I came from out-of-state to buy at Grossman because they offered a fair price for the vehicle I wanted. Joe made the transaction very easy. He was experienced and helpful and made the 4 hour drive each way worth it. So for the Sales aspect, I highly recommend Grossman and Joe in particular.

I purchased my vehicle 16 years ago from Grossman Chevrolet and have had it serviced there ever since. The service is excellent, friendly, and knowledgeable.No one pushes for unnecessary repairs. The estimates are never less than the ultimate total, the service agents take the time to explain everything and answer every question. Offering a free loaner car is a welcome plus.

Literally the best car buying experience with Salesman Joe Wolfer. I spoke with Joe on the phone at 9am, told him what kind of car I was interested in and my price range. Joe immediately emailed me links of cars he thought I would like, a table of prices and terms for both purchase and lease as well as a credit application. I choose my car, came in the next day for a test drive, signEd my docs and I was on my way home in my brandnew car in less than an hour!! I will purchase all of my future cars this way from Joe the New Car Guy!!

Our experience with Grossman chevrolet was excellent! We needed a new work van to replace an aging van. Bill and Chris made the process very easy and they were very accommodating. Not only did they have a van ready to go, they even helped us outfit our van with shelving and a ladder rack in a short turnaround! Thanks !

The oil changes keep going up in price. I have never had my tires rotated although I was entitled to it in my first oil change.The reason for the 4 is that when I purchased the vehicle I was told that it had back up sensors and discovered two weeks later that it did not. When I confronted the salesman about it he said he could get them added for $530.00 I told him that I would not have bought the vehicle if I had known that it did not have the sensors. Do you think I was satisfied with the transaction?

Improperly priced vehicles! Went all the way there and they gave some line about the package wasn’t added on to website! Wouldn’t waste my time with this shabby looking place!

We have a written deal estimate sheet at 4.0% APR and I was assured I would get 4.0% or close to it by both John Zito and Joe Wolfer which is .00163 Money Factor on 39 month lease. Instead Chris Champagne in finance raised it to 5.4% APR which is .00250 MF and it cost me about $2500 more. I am asked them to look into the APR before I came but they would not (GM John Zito and Salesman Joe Wolfer wouldnt recheck with Finance) . Finance said my deal sheet wasnt signed.They also defrauded me on the lease odometer statement on my lease. They said it started at mile 1 when the car already had 230 miles on it.They also forced me to buy a VIN etch for $200 which I didnt want and forced me to sign a statement that they could share my contact information.They tried to double charge me for wheel locks that were already paid for on the window sticker.They charged a high Doc Fee of $598 and a High Acquisition fee of $695Basically overall they are liars and used a bait and switch on the money factor. Why would you write 4% if it was 5.4% and refuse to check with Finance?

You can measure the customer service of a car dealership when the market for used cars is high as it is right now (May 2021). My recent experience purchasing a lightly used vehicle with Grossman Chevrolet demonstrates how little this dealership cares about customer service. Salesperson could barely come up with answers to questions, when they went to their manager for things, the manager showed no flexibility or desire to keep me as a customer. If the vehicle itself wasnt what I was looking for, I would have gone elsewhere to give business to people with better interpersonal communication skills. From calling ahead and being told a specific vehicle was available to test drive and then driving an hour to the dealership to find out the owner was driving said vehicle and it actually was not available, to neglecting to provide information necessary to meet an agreed pickup time/date after a different vehicle had been purchased, to just now finding out my vehicle (which Ive had for about a week) is now due for emissions testing. I was so frustrated during the buying process with the way I was treated, but I held my tongue because, at the end of the day, these employees are people who I assumed are doing their best. However, my experience perpetuates the age-old stereotype of used car salesman and I would hope others would avoid receiving the same treatment.

I dropped off my sons Aveo to have his steering rack and front sway bar replaced. Due to a bolt being broken for the sway bar the job escalated in the work needing to be done but thankfully to the mechanic being patient enough to perform the work it was completed.

Service on time and complete. Something I laughed about - had new windshield wipers put on and didnt realize they hadnt taken off the covers till it started raining and I needed to use them.

Was getting what should have been warranty work completed. Jim and Kat fought hard for the dealership but not very hard for me as a Chevy owner. The work previously was covered by a dealer in NJ, even the NJ dealer states they would have done the work under warranty. Everything replaced had been previously checked or changed out by the previous dealers work. The infotainment screen and HMI has been changed and the entire electrical system checked per records. Grossman changed Radio control module AND screen, nothing covered by warranty. I won’t be back. Kat was unprofessional to me and the dealer from NJ. Jim didn’t care to listen, was rude and no matter what is not wrong...just unprofessional to point of pushing everyone over the edge. Not worth it to deal with those type of people. Just horrible.

Recently purchased a 2021 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 RST from here and have never received the level of service as I did buying a vehicle. From the very beginning when I was in the pricing stage until signing the papers to take the vehicle, the staff here were amazing. Joe Wolfer and John Zito were very patient and helpful and took their time with me without being pushy. After shopping around I found that Joe gave me his best price up front which blew away the competition. I would absolutely return here for my next vehicle because they gained my trust and confidence.

My wife a I went in to Grossman to start looking at new cars. We had no intentions of buying a car that day. However, John Zito was not pushy but had us look at a Treverse. Told us to test drive it and see if it was what we were looking for. It was! However, we wanted a bench seat in the middle row and this one had bucket seats. John said that he could order one for us, exactly how we wanted it. So we did and I love it! Everyone was so nice, friendly, and helpful. John Craddock texted me all the paperwork I would need so that most of the finance paperwork was done before picking up the new car. Made the process quick and seamless. I highly recommend Grossman!

Purchasing a new vehicle can be compared to getting a root canal at some dealerships. You step out of your vehicle and are swarmed by a sales associate trying to put you in the first vehicle you look at or one that is simply out of your budget.The sales and finance team at Grossman Chevrolet are nothing like that. Recently bought a new (to me) vehicle from this dealership. They dealt very well with any complications I threw their way and I had quite a few. Anytime we were waiting on anything the salesman, Joe, helped to keep my young child entertained. I would definetly go to this dealership again if I were looking to purchase another vehicle. Friendly staff and helpful service. The salesman Nat was very pleasant, thoughtful, and insightful. He helped me select a great car, and followed up regularly, both during and after the process. The finance team was clear and up-front about pricing. And Linda Grossman emailed me regularly to check in on the service quality and my satisfaction. I will recommend them in the future!

While buying the vehicle went nicely after 80 miles of owning the vehicle the check engine light came on with codes PO420 and PO430 which are emissions codes for catalytic converter. Went to the dealership they scanned the vehicle and cleared the codes. Then the next 100 miles check engine light again for PO430 bring it back to the dealership and they explained that due to the age of the vehicle the estimated $1200 in parts to fix the issue on my 2 week old $14,000 purchase is not their issue. Which in my opinion is just horrible customer service and removes all my trust I dealing with Grossman as a whole.

Only giving 4 stars for now. Dealt with Ray he was great. Financed a truck. Have to make 3 months of payments on time with one bank in order to get a lower payment through one of their preferred credit unions. Still waiting to get something in writing as promised. Once this happens and the payment is where they said it will be, I’ll change it to 5 stars. If not I won’t be able to afford the truck and my review will reflect.

A very professional environment and knowledgeable people. Like any car dealer, pay attention to the numbers, namely which cost line items are negotiable and which are not. Do your research before you arrive and print out online commentary. Then negotiate fairly. I did that at Grossman and ended up with a fair deal.

Joe is a great salesman and a great guy. He helped me pick out the Camaro I wanted and I love it. He still stays in touch with me a year later to make sure I like the car and everything is going well. I’ll be visiting soon just to say hi.. thanks!
