I am always impressed with glace nails. The prices are great and the work is always top notch. They are quick and efficient while still making a relaxing experience 😌. I definitely recommend making an appointment with them

Had an appointment but still had to wait 25 minutes past my appointment time before I was actually being attended to. Not impressed with the manicure. Very basic and nails trimmed somewhat unevenly. All in all I did not come away feeling positive about the experience.

I made an appointment the day before I came in, and they were 30 minutes late doing my nails and were letting people who were on the waiting list go before my friend and I who were on the waiting list before these people. I sat down with my friend to get a full set done and the person doing my nails finished BOTH of our nails in under 30 minutes. Nails look rushed and not what I wanted to pay for.

I have been coming here for a few years but recently they just don’t care about customer service. My nails were crooked and uneven. The older gentleman would not do a top coat for gel nails so they look super dull ! The last incident was this Sunday I called for an appointment they told me come in. I drove from Gardner when I got there they turned my daughter and me away saying it was an hour wait! Super irritating!!! I will not go again !

Fantastic! Hahn Thi helped me right away after work. I got a pedicure and gel manicure.It had been awhile since Ive gotten my nails done and she took her time to make sure I was comfortable and took care of me.

I had made an appointment online and went in and was seated immediately. The nail tech I saw was Trina. She was very nice and paid a lot of attention to detail. I often go to another nail salon located near K7, and will often leave there with all my nails being different lengths. Trina made sure all my nails were the same length and she did a great job. Some other nail techs even came over and complimented my nails, which was nice of them. This will definitely be my new nail salon.

For my first time going in for a pedicure, the lady who did my pedicure was amazing she did a great job.! Very clean and precise on color application, very gentle as well. I probably waited about 15min to be seated but it was fine. Also loved the color variation and clean salon. Will definitely be back. :)

I wanted to get my nails done with a friend to fix my mood, I called and asked if they had any openings and they said they do. I proceeded to sit there and wait for over an hour while I watched my friend and someone else who came in after me get their nails done. Finally when she was ready I didn’t have time because I have to get ready for work. Terrible service, no apologies were made.

I called in an hour beforehand to schedule an appointment. They just said to come by, so we did. An guess who waited an hour. And then when we tried to leave they told us that there were available spots to sit so a nail tech could give us a manicure. We sat and then waited another 10min before we decided to leave. As we left one of them said Sorry we were busy and I all I could think was that called ahead just so this wouldnt happen.

Just okay. My girls got pedis and I asked to get artificial nail fills but they didn’t even pay attention so I left.

When I first started to go to Glace nails, I really liked them, but lately, before and after covid, Ive been very disappointed. Im a massage therapist and when clients schedule with me, they get me not a friend or someone else. If Im a walk in, I understand that Ill get whoevers available, but if I make an appointment with a specific person, I expect that person. Its happened 3 times already that I make an appointment with a specific person and I get whoevers available .My mom came from out of town, and I took her to get a pedi and tips the pedi is fine but the tips look like she got pressed on nails. Im very disappointed and will be looking for a new nail place.

Nice employees! Tracy and her mom are awesome. I get powder dip nails with gel overlay and my nails couldnt be healthier. Gel on your toes last at least a month.

Lawwwwwd the most horrible service EVER. Asked for pink powder and a clear coat took him 30min to let that sink in. Asked for coffin nail which is simple not hard at all let’s just say there all different shapes. Another nail tech walks up an asked me if I wanted color no cause you really don’t have a lot of options to choose from for Gel colors. So I’m just trying to be simple then he says I’ve never done this wait 👂🏽Huh then why are you even here. You never laid powder before then you shouldn’t be touching no one in here. Continued to give me service I didn’t want.... NEVER Again let’s just say I have a billion bubbles in my nails.

Fast and efficient!

They are very good to my mother and she loves that she can get a shellac polish change without having to pay for a full manicure. We have had some problems with appointments but we will go back.

Ouch, ouch, ouch!! My fingers were bleeding and now they are so sore I cant hardly type this. I asked for short, rounded nails and I got long, square nails. Some of the nails were glued to my skin and it hurt too. No sorry...no nothing! I was so upset I didnt even want them to be polished as I knew I would have to go home and work on them myself. Two of my nails are already coming off too! Then I had a pedicure also and the polish wasnt dry when they sent me out the door and sure enough, I had to redo them as well as they got messed up. Overall, it was a $60 experience that I will never go through again. Bad place!! Stay away.

The worst nails salon has even existed in business. The lady has no skills on doing nails what soever. My 5 years old nephew can paint better nails than the lady who works there. They made me pay and left my nail unfinished .Please read other review they are pretty much say the same thing. I will never ever go back.

The guys that did my pedicure, seemed upset to be there. He didnt say a word to me the entire time he worked on my feet (he didnt say hello or thanks). It felt like they were doing me a favor. We used to love to go there but we wont be going back.

OMG! I cannot understand how this place does not have 5 stars!?!???I saw Tracy who did my nails; Ombre short stiletto nails that are yellow into orange (yes, they look like fire😊) and I really do not want to share her. The lady is magic... and did I mention fast?!?!? (But not too fast)Then I was treated like royalty by Hanna who worked without judgement on my unkempt winter toes (and it was a LONG winter). I have never seen anyone do my toes so perfectly! 🔥👍😍5 stars, 10/10 and 100%.Thank you so much ladies I will never go anywhere else again 🤩And did I mention how much my guy thinks they are sexy?!?!

I decided to try this place out. There were 3 guys working when I went in. All of them were rude. One guy was so rude to another new girl that was there. If it was me that he was talking to like that I would have got up and left, maybe even slapped him in the face, He was arguing with her about something then he got up stormed in the back yelling something so the guy that was doing my nails had to help her instead. The guy that was doing my nails was very rough. He made me bleed on 5 of fingers. Then I told him I wanted a design on 2 of my fingers and he just started doing it, didnt even let me tell him that a wanted a flower..which i didnt get. I will not go back there.

Trina is a very good at her job, but her mom is rough and she rushes through your service that its ridiculous, and shes standing with her hand out wanting a tip. I like to schedule my appointments with the same person, but when I get there Ill have someone I didnt ask to do my nails. Store is clean.

First time client, arrived at 3:30 and was immediately told there would be a wait, no hello or may I help you. I agreed to the wait. As I sat 2 other customers came in and before the door shut they were told they were busy and closed at 5pm, their website lists 6pm. I was in shock at the blatant display of rudeness. I got up and walked out. I would not recommend this place to anyone based on my 30 min wait and what I observed.

The staff is very nice and their art work is amazing!! They painted strawberries and Hello Kittys on my 7 year old daughters nails. I would reccommend this salon to anyone!!

Worst Customer Service ever! The lady got mad at me because I told her she cut my nails too short after I specifically told her twice how long I wanted them no matter the price. She told me she didnt want to service me! Unprofessional!! No wonder why business is slow for them! They are nasty people!

Been going there for five years. I dont get my nails done very often though. I asked for a full set with round tips and thats what I got but none of the nails match in shape or size and the sides of my nails arent even pained and the polish and acrylic is all over my skin. The tip of my nails are still glued to the skin. The man made 2 of my fingers bleed and didnt event acknowledge it hurt when I said ow. He just kept drilling away. sad to say but they have gone so far down hill sense the last time I was there.

I decided to try Glace Nails and received the worst service. I had a pedicure and the man that helped me didnt scrub the dead skin off the bottom of my feet then proceeded to charge me the full price. They advertise this as part of the pedicure and it was not done. Not to mention he was not friendly and was too busy talking to his coworkers. They lost my future business. I will not be back.
