This particular branch is very polite and professional. I always feel welcome and safe from Covid they have hand sanitizer in every teller and clean pens beside that they are always very professional and efficient willing to help you with a smile . Pedro is a young man that is very polite and respectful along with all the other ladies that work in this branch. Keep up the good work

An account was opened by someone using my email. When I tried to resolve the issue, Speedy Cash said I could notnclose my account due to certain legal requirements. They had all my personal info. Poor security on new accounts with no requirement to confirm I initiated the account through my email.

Extremely fast service once I got to the window. Forgot to get here name but, she had a pleasant personality and was very fast with all the paperwork needed to complete the payday loan.Hope she is there when I repay the loan.

Speedy Cash has been great. I was able to get a loan, and paid it off sooner than the contact was for, saving a lot of interest charges. It was so easy to apply for another loan, half way through that loan I had an emergency and I was able to refinance the loan taking out an additional amount with no questions asked. I will always trust Speedy Cash for additional funds needed.

The employees are very nice and helpful...BIGGEST ISSUE I HAVE IS THE WAITING IN LINE TO PAY ON YOUR LOAN. ITS REALLY to much. Would I refer anyone to this place, only if they have 60-90 minutes to spare. If this issue was cleared up then yes I would refer to others.

There is nothing speedy about this place! They are minimally staffed at all times. The employees who are behind the counter love taking their sweet time chit-chatting, and laughing. At one point while the line was wrapped AROUND the entire lobby there was one employee walking around cleaning windows and sweeping.... are you kidding me? This company has absolutely no concern or respect for their customers or their time.

Got a loan for 2600I pay $300 a month to find out months later that all the money i have been paying only goes to interest. Not worth it. 134 percentage interest rates. They tell you interest depends on your credit. Not true.Dont do it! Not worth it!

The staff is always very friendly. They help the customers in very timely fashion. I love how you have enough staff so theres never a long wait time.

The workers are Awesome... I like how they make sure when your at the window that you have everything you need they take care of all your needs & make you feel comfortable while your standing their.

This company lied to me and stole my information. Extremely shady. The girl who scanned my ID and check walked off with my information without cashing the check or putting my documents in a safe place. Now anyone can have access to the check owner’s account. That is ILLEGAL. I highly recommend contacting a lawyer if you have done business with this place.

Does not matter the time of day it is this place has few to lots of customers. There is all ways lots employees but only one or two windows open, so even if there is only four people in front of you be prepared to spend at least half an hour here. Good service you get what you came in for but the wait is epicly long.

Missed up my payment transaction then they werent able to reverse my payment. Highly unsatisfied

This Review is for Speedy Cash in Mission Hills on Sepulveda. NOT FOR SPEEDY CASH IN LANCASTER. The staff here are really great. Always polite, willing to help you with what ever you need. The only complaint I have is sometimes there are a lot of customers and only two staff at the windows. There are more staff there, but they are doing other things. I feel that if there are a lot of customers then it should be all hands on deck, until the crowd thins out. And I walk with help from a cane or Walker, I dont mind standing for awhile but not 20-30 minutes, which has been the case on a few occasions. I guess Im just going to have to look inside and if I see a long line, conduct my business on another day when there are not many people. Or wait until the crowd thins. Lots of great parking though! Ok this is me again, for some reason this is showing up as a review for Speedy Cash in Lancaster which is wrong. The Speedy Cash I am reviewing is on Sepulveda Blvd in Mission Hills next to Papa Johns Pizza. I have actually been to Speedy Cash in Lancaster and I am never kept waiting, the employees are great and Im in and out of there in 5 minutes. Not so with Speedy Cash in Mission Hills. Sorry for the mix up.

My experience was not good at all, Vanessa start asking me questions in spanish with very rude voice tone, to start i did get the opportunity to explain about my loan request . i asked her a quick question then she asked me why my loan request form was in english, i told her that i got it from her coworker because we talked in english, she asked me oh you speak english? then we start talking in english and her voice tone was better. i talked to the regional mgr, doesnt do anything good, they protect each other very well, very unprofessional.

Speedy cash has helped me when i needed the most and is a great place to get a payday loan from but a title loan is a different story very high in interest rate it is 3 time payback the amount of the actual loan recieved. If they would lower there rates speedy cash will be the #1 loan business in the country for people in need of asap money.over all speedy cash is awesome.

It was on a hot day andNo fans, no air conditioning in side the lobby and I stould in line for almost and b hours, and that was all bad But when I do got to the counter everything went very quietly I was outside in about three minutes ( I would recommend online if you can.

Once bank information was verified I got my money pronto.

I lost my ID but i have a copy of my ID and the paper from the DMV and any other proof they needed, i googled places where you can cash a check without ID and speedy cash was one of the places that came up, so i went there to cash my check and they still didnt cash my check.
