Noi is amazing!!!!! The salon is VERY clean!! And I love how everything is sanitized! Everyone there is so nice and friendly!

I got black nails with two butterfly glitter nails and Emily did my nails and she did an amazing job, I was a little worried at first because she was very fast but she filed them and they looked very symmetrical and even, they look so good and she is so funny. My friend also got dip nails and her nails are smooth and clean. This is the first time I’ve been here and I definitely will be coming back. 10/10 experience thank you Emily!!

I went here for the first time last week and I left not happy with my nails. I left a review and let them know that I didn’t like my nails. Someone called me the next day to fix my nails for free. I came in and they fixed them and even gave me a gift card. I appreciate the professionalism and the great customer service.

I have been going here for years they do amazing work I always ask for Paul when I get my dip manicure. You wont be disappointed.

I had the best experience here with Shayla! She took time to fix my broken nails and made them look better than they were before. I am always guessing at the nail salon, but she took the time to educate me on what the different nail terms mean and what your nails should look like when you get a fill. No one has taken the time to explain that to me and I left feeling very taken care of with gorgeous nails! I already scheduled my next appointment!

This place is great, and Tammy does such a fantastic job on my nails every time. Im such a perfectionist and she pays attention to detail. I also broke a nail that hurt pretty badly, and she was so gentle fixing it for me. Tammy is awesome and I would definitely recommend this place overall.

I asked for clear nails (I like to do the design myself at home). I even showed her a picture. I got the complete opposite. I was unhappy and I mentioned it to her. She said she would fix it but scolded me about not saying what I wanted even though I literally showed her the picture and she cut me off and said yes I see it. She did the dip method and left them extremely fat and uneven. I asked if she was going to file them down and she said yes but then didnt. They look like a 15 year old beginner did them with a Walmart kit. In the end $80+ down the drain with nails I hate. I would go back to have them fix it but i dont think it will be any better. I didnt even bother taking pictures as I was so upset and disappointed. I would give zero stars if I could. Wish I would have taken pictures 💀

Worst manicure Ive EVER had! The salon was extremely busy and my friend and I felt rushed the entire time. Not only was the manicure terrible, but the polish peeled right off. Ive been to many salons and this one is by far, the worst. See the photo below that shows the end result. The cuticles were not pushed back and the nail polish peeled right off my nails.*I would give a zero star rating, if that was an option.

Took my little sister here today for first time ever for her birthday and WOW! Didn’t get the nail tech’s name, but the gentleman was so kind and did a phenomenal job on her gel nails! 10/10 and definitely coming back in the future. This was my first time going to this nail salon. I was so happy that I did, my nails turned out absolutely gorgeous. I wish I got the name of the lady who did my nails, she did such an absolutely amazing job, had amazing attention to detail and truly cared about how my nails looked. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

I brought in both my 8 and 11 year old duaghters. At first impression it was very clean. The staff greeted us and were ready. The staff had patience with my girls, since they did keep changing their minds on the nail colors. My girls were very happy and enjoyed their time. I will definitely be bringing my girls back. We went on Tuesday afternoon and it was not busy. So it was perfect. Wonderful staff and Shayla the owner is very accommodating.

Literally the Best Nail shop around! It’s VERY CLEAN probably the cleanest nail shop I’ve ever been to. As a cosmetologist I pay attention to that and the correct use of sanitation procedures. Which is one reason I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I have been going to the owner Shayla for 5+ years and if you want perfection you will get nothing less! The entire staff is very friendly and professional, the shop as a whole has a very welcoming vibe, and their customer service goes above and beyond. Coming from an employee in the beauty industry, that all means a lot to me and finding that in a shop is like finding a needle in the haystack. Yes every once in awhile you might have to wait upon arrival for your appointment, but when you’re getting the utmost attention to detail the wait time ceases to exist to me. So if you want a nail shop that truly cares about their clients as well as their health and safety, has top notch service, gives you way more than what you’re paying for, and the best overall experience around look no further, you have found your new home. ❤️

They did a wonderful job on myself and my daughter, with mani&pedis. I booked it on google accidentally on Fri which we could not do. They sqeezed us in and even gave my daughter some free lotion since she had just turned 13. We will be going here again. Thank you!!

I had the highest level of pedicure and added the hot rock massage, then had a dip manicure and needed 3 tips placed so I didnt have to lose all my nails and their length, then I had eye brows, lip and chin waxed....all in one place.....techs were extremely friendly and willing to go the extra mile....I believe I have found my new nail salon!!

Lavish nails is a wonderful place to get your nails or pedicures done at a fair price and a calming environment. She treats all customers with respect. I went in today as she had just opened back up a few days ago so yes, it was very busy as she was trying to keep social distance in her shop, as well as follow CDC guide lines, when this lady was getting upset about the wait. It’s usually not like that as I have been going here for 4 years now. 3 ladies actually defended the shop and asked to purchase the GF back from the upset customer. She refused to take it and just left. It’s sad that people can’t understand this is new for off all of us. Love this place and will continue to do to business with them. Please respect and understand retail shops as they are trying the best.

Extraordinary rainbow Easter nails that Jonathan did exactly as I asked him to do and it turned out better than I could have ever imagined!

If I could give it 0 stars I would! Absolutely avoid this place at all cost. Was not upfront about pricing and ended up over charging me a lot for a pedicure. By far the dirtiest place I have ever been to. I had an appointment and they still didn’t get to me for another 30min. I sat on a hard bench that wasn’t even a chair. Normally that wouldn’t bother me but I had anappointment because I am 6 months pregnant so it gets uncomfortable for me to sit around for long periods of time. Once we got to doing my nails it almost took two hours for no reason and my toes probably look the worst they ever have after leaving a nail salon. when I confronted them about pricing they gave me $10 on a gift card and shoved me out the door. Like I can do anything with that I will NEVER go back.

Ive been going here every three weeks for 6 months or so. If you make an appt, you dont have to wait, they are very busy so I recommend making one. I really like Tina and try to go to her. Usually they just let you relax and dont talk to you, which is nice.A word of caution though, my last time was done by a girl named Eamily and the entire time she complained about all of the other girls in the salon, how they dont know how to do nails and how they cant speak English. Then she proceeded to destroy the skin around my nails with the dremel like tool they use to remove dip. It was extremely painful and just washing my hands hurt for days after. The tool will burn your skin if it touches it, I never had this problem with any of the other ladies.Im still giving 5 stars because I like going to this place and havent had any other issues. I hope they can address Eamily though, it was a really bad experience.

I am new to town and couldn’t be happier to find this place. I am always satisfied with my nails they’re always beautiful and with all of this pandemic stuff going on I was very happy to see that the salon was nice and Clean. I appreciate the safety precautions that they have been taking!

Absolutely love it here. I get my dip manicures here, and the quality is great. Eamily is the best for dip manicures. I called to see if they had a pedi appointment at 430 (not realizing they close at 4) and they offered to stay open for me. They are also very thorough with sanitation/cleaning.

I had my nails done 6 days ago with basic mani and pedi. The service was alright but nothing that would make me choose them over other salons. They seem to be very busy on weekends but still accept walking. Expect to wait at lease 20min before sitting in a seat.

I love this place

I normally go to the same girl at another salon. It was last minute, I was in the area so I stopped in. Big mistake! Do not waste your money. There were maybe 2 people working there that spoke English. When I heard the receptionist tell someone on the phone that the “person she was booking her with only knew “a few words of English and if they had a hard time communicating let her know”. When I finally sat down I knew immediately I was in trouble. The guy spoke no English or understood it. It was awful from the time he drilled off my powder (not suppose to drill but soak). I asked for someone else when he filed my nail so round and I had told him twice I wanted them square. After 3 different people took a turn trying to help him the last one finally finished up. It was sloppy and no one should have to spend 3 hours in a nail salon to get a simple gel manicure. No one in there was friendly. I wanted to just leave more than once and should have never stayed. To many nail salons in this town to deal with that.

I am very picky about how my nails are done. It is always hard when I have to find a new place to get my nails done. This place is somewhere I will absolutely go back. Tammy did an amazing job on my nails. I had a ombre dip done with tips. Tina even involved herself in combining the two colors on a sample nail.

This was my first time here and it will definitely be my last. I went with someone to get manicures together... they kept putting people in front of my friend in line. When questioned about it they acted like they had no idea. Even though we signed in and they clearly heard us say two people (and clearly saw two people). If this wasn’t enough when it was time to pay we said our checks were together and they failed to do that. Again another process that was more complicated and drawn out than it needed to be. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I have been getting my nails done for years and have never had this terrible of an experience - especially when the reason I go is for relaxation. The icing on the cake was that no one once apologized. Very unprofessional and rude.

I had my acrylics filled here and the job was alright. the shape of the nails are fine for the most part but I did normal polish and you can see spots that are lighter that the rest of the nail due to not being covered thoroughly by the second coat. There are also TONS of bubbles in the polish. Personally I like the underside of my nails to be shaved down so there are not bumps or excess acrylic but they did not do this. If you get regular polish, make sure you check them before you leave to make sure they look ok

Today was my second visit to Lavish Nails. Jonathon was my technician on both visits and I am completely satisfied. He explained what he was doing and why and he confirmed the length and shape of my nails were exactly what I wanted. I got a pedicure and a dip nail manicure. The price was a bit higher than I have paid at other salons but my nails were done perfectly both times and worth the extra money to know my nails would be perfect!

I have been coming to Shayla for 10 + years and will follow her to the ends of the earth. I am so tough on my nails, gardening and working with my hands, but my nails continue to look beautiful despite myself. Shayla takes such good care of her clients, she cares about each and every patron that comes through her door. And as a business owner, she also takes care to make sure that all of her staff is educated and professional and continually learning. Her salon is beautiful, but also, clean and always sterilized between clients. Lavish Nails is the ONLY salon for me. Come on in and get pampered and see for yourself.

First time here and my sister and I will be coming back every time! Such a great staff and both technicians were amazing! Both of our nails look gorgeous and they were very sweet and gave the best service! Some other lady was there making a fuss because of a small human mistake, and it’s so funny because I work in a pharmacy where I get yelled at all day by mean people, I really wanted to tell that lady she should learn to be kind and treat others well instead of focusing on little dumb things. I had the best pedicure I have ever had yesterday. I have searched for the pedicure I have heard about. The one where they actually massage your legs for more than a minute, they don’t skip steps and the nail tech knows how to properly put on polish. I was convinced I was looking for a unicorn. Yesterday, I found my unicorn. I kept waiting for the negative, for her to skip something or rush through something. I watched closely, except when I almost fell asleep during the awesome leg massage. Nothing. I can’t point to one thing that wasn’t done well and with care. Well, there is one negative. I live in MO and now have to drive to Olathe for a pedicure.

Upon walking in, the owner I believe, asked what I was wanting done. When I told her she tried talking me out of it multiple times, quite rude sounding. I understand offering your expertise, but if a client denies wanting that done multiple times, then you should respect their wishes without making them feel lesser. During my new set she then made a rude comment about my natural nail; something that can’t be changed. My nails looked nice, but unfortunately I won’t be returning for the lack of respect displayed for this costumer.

We came in early for a pre-wedding bridal party get together last weekend and the staff was fantastic and super accommodating to the large group of ladies. Highly recommend! Its a bit of a drive from my normal nail salon but I will definitely be coming back.

Nice staff but overcharged. I was quoted $50, then it was $55, but by the time I needed to pay it was $60. I mentioned I was told $50 but it wasnt honored. Furthermore, she didnt check the length of my nails to make sure they were even. And they charge more for nail shape and length.

So impressed with lavish nails and Im so impressed with my manicures he was off the chain I think his name is tongue is really good and when they did my pedicure I was really impressed with that because I havent had a pedicure in years and so it was quite a job and she just did fantastic I like looking at my feet now and my daughter enjoyed hers and shes happy with her as my granddaughter both my daughters and my granddaughter we are very pleased and we shall thank you lavish nails and anybody that wants to get their nails done I would highly recommend you go to Lavish Nails in Olathe Kansas

My friend and I came to get our nails done for our school dance, and we had a very nice experience. The staff was very welcoming, and they were glad to help us as we stepped into the shop. As for the nails, my nails were exactly how I wanted them and, i’m glad I chose this place to go. Anybody who is looking for a great place to get their nails done should come here.

Their customer service from what I experienced is not bad. However, I came in for a gel manicure. Within 2 days they started to bubble up and peel off. I came in again and they redid my nails for free. Well its been 2 more days after that and my nails started to peel off again. I notice they dont cap it at the ends which I believe is the problem. Im not sure I would go back for gel manicure. Ive gotten tips done there once before and didnt have any problem so I guess it just depends on the nail tech but gel manicure was done by 2 different people and I have the same result of peeling.

If you want your hands and toes looking great, you need to come here. Shayla the owner does my nails and Emily does my toes. Noi is my back up for nails and toes. They take great care of their customers. I am one happy lady.

I wasnt impressed at all but they did a decent job. Like most nail salons it felt a little rushed and not as intimate. Im not sure how my pedicure wasnt a basic one as the woman next to me got the same exact thing as me but I paid $10 more. Im new to the area and it was my first time I will give them another chance.

I am very disappointed today when I went to get a pedicure. I got a girl named Destiny. She was horrible! She didnt scrub the bottom of my feet well at all and when I told her about it, she basically argued and didnt do it. Instead of massaging for 4-5 minutes. she was done in about 2 min. I told Shayla, the owner about it and showed her the bottom of my feet but she didnt do anything. She didnt even try to fix the problem and believe me who is a loyal customer. I have been coming here for couple of years now. Smh!They dont care as long as they get their money. A very disappointed customer! Time to look for a different place. I will not waste my money there.×× I have to give credit where credit is due. Shayla, the manager called me and will take care of the pedicure next time I come. I appreciatedthat. Thats good customer service! ××

Shayla does the best pink and whites that Ive ever had, and Ive been getting my nails done for 15+ years. Kevin has a steady hand and does amazing nail art. I pass 20+ nail salons just to get to Lavish Nails and Im NEVER disappointed. Ive had Shayla do my nails for 3 years now and plan to keep it that way!

Their pedicures are ok- but Ive had gel polish done there 3 times and it was a poor job each time. The first time they insisted on polishing my nails at the same time I was having a pedicure done, which was uncomfortable. I didnt notice until after I left that the polish was uneven, so some nails were darker than others. Most recently I went in to have my nails polished for a job interview, the next day a few of them had begun to become discolored so I went back to have them fixed & when she redid them, the polish was so thick toward the tips and thin toward the cuticle they just looked gross. I just went somewhere else and had the polish taken off. So disappointed.

Walked into Lavish Nails to do a walk in. There was no one waiting, they greeted me when I came in. I will give them that, but was very uncomfortable from the looks I recived. It seemed like they were not to eager to do my nails either. So I went somewhere else, not too welcoming. Will not ever step foot in that place again.

What an amazing experience !!!!!! I was made to feel very comfortable as soon as I walked in. I was Greeted by Leah (my nail tech) and I explained what I wanted done and my color choices. I have had issues in the past with my nails not looking good for more than a few days( my fault, Im hard on my nails ) After Leah had worked her MAGIC, my nails have looked - not just good- but AMAZING for 4 weeks. Leah was very attentive to my unique needs to make my nails look the way that I wanted. I just dont see how anyone could write a bad review of this shop. While I was there, I casually looked around as I was getting my service and EVERYONE was either smiling or LAUGHING, it was such a warm environment. I could tell that the Owner must interview and pick ONLY the Nail Techs that fit in like Family, because as I am sure we all know.... It is NOT like that at too many other Nail Salons.I am just guessing, but it seems like all the Techs were from South East Asia, BUT only English was spoken, and spoken clearly.... It was such a comfortable place . I dont know the owner, but she needs to write a book about how to make a business work and run smooth, because she is nailing it. See you Soon, Jessica

I scheduled an appointment hours in advance and they made me sit and wait 30 minutes before getting my nails done. When they did get to me, the nail tech kept burning the sides of my fingers with the buffer after I told her that she was doing it. She also kept insisting I go with longer nails when I told her several times I needed them to be very short due to my job and lifestyle. I also witnessed employees being extremely rude to customers as they walked in to ask questions or with concerns about service they had received earlier in the week. A customer came in to ask a question about something wrong with her nails he had done a few days before and he actually raised his voice at her and was EXTREMELY rude. The poor lady was so sweet about it and left the salon with no answer and horrible customer service. I should have left as soon as I walked in. The salon is extremely cramped and you will be about 4 inches away from a stranger while getting your pedicure. I would highly suggest going down the street to Le Reve where you will not feel like a burden on them and get quality service in an open, welcoming space. Wont be returning :(
