All around great gym! Super supportive of everyone, no matter your fitness level. All coaches are helpful to modify workouts for injury or ability. Cant say enough great things about KODA
Great Crossfit event - 1st Timers. 5 well- planned, well-judged WODs. A wonderful time.
I had to come to OKC from the West Coast in order to take care of a sick relative. I found Koda and they welcomed me with open arms. Coach Tiffany is a standout, showing top notch expertise and enthusiasm for everyone in the class. I am very thankful I had Koda during a really difficult time. I would highly recommend them.
I’ve been going to Koda for 2 and a half years and it’s been the best fitness experience. It is such a positive, encouraging environment and the staff invest time and effort into you as an athlete no matter what your fitness goals are.
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS BOX! Everyone is so encouraging and judgment free. They really are like one big family. I couldnt have found a better box to be a part of. The coaches have such a wide range of skills and experience, it makes for an amazing learning experience at any level of fitness. I have been away for a couple of months now and I can not wait until I am able to go back and rejoin this wonderful group of people.
Honestly one of the best CrossFit workouts I’ve ever done! Visiting from Canada and needed a place to sweat, the people were so friendly and welcoming, not to mention the coaches were motivating and pushed you out of your comfort zone. Definitely would recommend this gym!
Koda is a great box. Workouts are well programmed and easy to scale. Form and safety are the coaches priorities. There is plenty of space and equipment enough for larger classes. There is a big core group of regulars and visitors are made welcome. I recommend!
These guys are great. They really know their craft. They are very intentional with making sure you have great form to stay injury free. I have transformed my body in just 2.5 months. I look forward to my workouts. Its better than having a personal trainer with the small group accountability and they are very good with teaching nutrition. Make the investment in yourself and check Koda out!
This place is great! Plenty of open space, good people, great equipment, and an awesome atmosphere.
Everyone was friendly and helpful
My family and I love this gym! The trainers are the best and the other members are very friendly and welcoming. Each class is structured and stays on schedule. Brice, Jared and the other coaches are constantly watching to help, encourage or make corrections. Brice and Jared are awesome with my kids and create a very positive experience for them. They also give helpful nutritional advice if you want it. My wife and I recommended Koda Crossfit to friends and they all love it. Its as challenging and competitive as you want to make it, and is highly addictive!
I cant say enough great things about Koda. While Ive only been a member for about 3 months, every day has been great. The coaches are very knowledgeable and very encouraging. The programming is EXCELLENT! The other members are very welcoming. Its a fun, competitive, and motivating gym. If youve ever thought about trying crossfit, give Koda a chance. You will not regret it!
I love Koda CrossFit! The coaches are outstanding, and they make working out fun and enjoyable! This is the first time Ive been able to stick with a workout program and not get bored or burned out from it. Its nice because all you have to do is show up!
I have nothing but positive things to say about Koda Crossfit. The owners and trainers are very welcoming and create a fun environment. Koda has accomplished something I thought was impossible...it has made me enjoy working out again. I have been very pleased with my fitness gains and made many new friends. I would encourage anyone thinking about CrossFit to try Koda CrossFit.
I started going to Koda about three months ago and I cant say enough about how great the coaches and members are. Every person Ive interacted with has been both welcoming and encouraging. Every day is a new opportunity to challenge myself, but dont let that intimidate you; there are no egos here.Whether youre just getting started in Crossfit, looking for a new home gym, or just dropping in, Koda is the place to be.Koda means friend.
Seemed like a great cross fit community! They hosted a very fun tournament. It even made me want to workout after seeing all the fun they were having.
I enjoy my time with Koda every week. I started with them coming to our corporate gym and just couldnt get enough so I joined the regular box as well. They have worked with me with my limitations to make sure to push me but to let me listen to my body and not hurt myself. I have gotten stronger, faster, leaner and more important Healthier. Everyone says I cant do crossfit it looks to hard. Koda helps you figure out a way to get in till you can. The hardest part is just showing up. After a class you cant wait to come back. With a highly trained and motivated staff it is hard to not get excited about each days workout. You dont have to be young or in shape to start just come with a mindset that you want to improve yourself.
The trainers are incredibly knowledgeable. The coaching instruction you get is solid and informative and you really get results.Great group of people and a fun environment!
I joined Koda CrossFit at the beginning of 2013 after taking a couple of test sessions. Outside of occasionally cycling during cycling season, I had resolved to live a sedentary lifestyle. I was more than 40 lbs over the ideal weight recommended by my physician, inflexible, sleep-deprived, grumpy, and injury-prone. Running hurt, lifting the kids hurt, and bending over made my right hip howl.My wife had joined Koda several months before and was reaping the benefits of the workouts. After continuous, subtle recommendations to give Koda a try, she eventually talked me into going to a class. I had lost strength acquired from seeing a Personal Trainer before my kids were born and it showed. The first few classes were a shock to the system, but Jared, Brice and the Koda community kept encouraging me (still do) to get the technique down, work hard, eat well, and have fun. Almost 4 months later, I am down more than 25 lbs and 4 off my waist. I can lift more, run faster and do things I havent done since I was in my late 20s. My flexibility, mobility, mood and sleep habits are all better. The best thing is I can play with the kids and not get tired.Koda CrossFit is more than your local CrossFit Box. The coaches care about your safety and technique first. You are accepted and not judged if you have to scale down. Each day has a different workout that keeps things interesting. The people are genuine, fun, and encouraging. I am very pleased I made the decision to give it a shot. I highly recommend Koda CrossFit to anyone wanting a healthier lifestyle.
Koda is a wonderful gym with excellent trainers and a positive, fun environment. Each workout is challenging and pushes each individual to the next level. I would encourage anyone thinking about CrossFit to try Koda CrossFit.
The Koda Trainers come to our Corporate Gym and teach CrossFit and CrossFit Endurance classes. The trainers go above and beyond to make exercising a good experience. Brice and the trainers send out a Nutrition Plan and are always trying to make your technique better.I recommend Koda CrossFit
I was very nervous attending my first class at Koda, but it turned out great! Everyone there was super friendly and the staff was excellent. I was only planning on attending a couple times a week, but after my first class I was hooked and I ended up signing up for the unlimited package. After two months of crossfit with Koda I am seeing, and feeling, results that I never saw after years in traditional gyms. My mobility, flexibility, and endurance have dramatically improved. I can never see myself going back to a traditional gym, the social environment and the variety of exercises keeps me constantly focused, entertained, and wanting more. I would highly recommend Koda to anyone considering crossfit or anyone wanting to get into the best shape of their lives!
The gym is very welcoming to everyone. I feel like Im part of a close-knit community and I look forward to coming each week.
Great people amd nice facilitay!
Great staff who create a friendly and supportive culture for their members. Provide everything from beginning instruction to completive coaching for experts. KODA means friend.
I got to visit here on my vacation, this is a great place, I wished I lived closer.
Very nice staff. Have been going for a couple weeks now and have always been encouraged and helped.
Koda Crossfit is the bees knees!! As a former non-believer of crossfit, Koda definitely changed my mind. The staff is the best and everyone at the gym is super welcoming and encouraging. Im so glad I joined!!!!
Koda CrossFit is the best. I cant say enough good things about the people, trainers and facility. Top Notch.
The best!
Koda has changed my life for the better. This place is more than a Crossfit gym. It is a group of well-intentioned and educated individuals that want to help you become the person you want to be. It doesnt matter where you are coming from, what kind of shape you are in, if you can lift 500 lbs over your head or only 5. The coaches and members here are all there for each other. You will not find a better place to become more fit and make more friends thank Koda Crossfit. Walking through those doors as a scared potential client three years ago was the best decision I ever made.If youre looking to start a new Crossfit gym then come to Koda and try it out. The facilities and coaches are world-class.
Great staff, great class schedule and great location!!
Went here to watch a Crossfit competition. Pretty nice facility.
Crossfit was super intimidating to me, but the coaches and the members at KODA are very encouraging and take the extra time to help you out individually. I love that they push you further than you even know you could be pushed. Its the total package at KODA. Sweat, nutrition, friends, and fun. A place where you get to be the best you!
Remember the whole reason you didnt want to start doing crossfit in the first place? This place and these people are the reason why. They are very arrogant, they are very rude and the atmosphere was not positive. The bald trainer is extremely disresepctful and negative. Go somewhere else.
Koda has been a great change of pace from a traditional gym. The coaches ensure that you get the attention you need and that you learn the concepts behind the movements. Koda is a very high energy enevironment and a very welcoming, tight knit group of people. All of the members are very encouraging and take the time to help some of the less experienced members out. The programming is great and they constantly are going through various cycles, i.e. snatch cycle, gymnastics cycle, shoulder. They also make sure you have exposure to nutrional advice. Hands down best box in the OKC Metro!
Great community and coaches know what they are doing.
I joined Koda Crossfit from another box in August on 2012. I have nothing to say but good things about the way the Box is run, its coaches and the strong family of crossfitters that go there. If you want to try Crossfit no matter your age this is the place for you.
Very nice facility with great equipment and coaches. Friendly place for a Dropin!
Great location, great people, never the same.
Great environment and awesome coaches.
