Went for the first time today just for some Cardio, clean gym not very crowded, fans set just nicely for a breeze as you sweat so you kinda stay cool. Stations for wipes positioned nicely for easy access. Staff is really polite. Looking forward to swimming next time I go.

Excellent gym, lots of equipment on the huge cardio deck and a huge variety of machines and free weights. Place is massive too. Friendly staff.

The employees aren’t the nicest, we had an issue with a guest pass and the lady wouldn’t accept that she was wrong til her coworker came in and said that she was. It’s happened twice now but the gym overall is good. We just go there to play ball and it’s pretty good sessions

I really love the atmosphere. They literally have everything I want to do all in one location. Alysia was awesome during the spin class. This is definitely the gym to be apart of.

Great gym. It’s very big and spacious. There is a pool and hot tub! The variety of classes is great. One downside is that most of the treadmills shake when I run. There are only 4 (one is broken) that don’t shake and at peak hours those are taken. Adding more of the good treadmills would make it a lot better.

I love working out at this gym. There are plenty of equipment options and the staff is very friendly and professional. The price is on point and very affordable. My only problem is that I work night shift and the gym is not open 24 hours. For me personally that would help me out for my nights off, but that’s a very small gripe and I understand I’m in the minority when it comes to this. Overall no real issues at all, I’m very happy that I made the switch from my old gym to this one!

Very spacious, plenty of sanitizing stations. I love the classes offered and the pool. However I wish there were separate saunas and steam rooms for men and women. Its very uncomfortable being a woman alone with half naked men in there, so I just dont use it

Ive been a member for over a year now and never had a problem until recently. One of the main reasons I became a member was that this gym has a heavy bag for boxing workouts. Every now and then the bag will become damaged and the gym would be quick to repair/replace but this particular location has not replaced the torn heavy bag for over a month now, maybe more. When I ask the front desk if they know when it will be replaced I get the same answer, theyre are supposed to fix it by next week. One sink in the bathroom is always broke. A lot of times when I work out next to the spin class room, the door is open so the music is too loud to enjoy my own earpieces. I have been going to the location on Western since their heavy bag is available and these other issues are non-existent at that location.

VASA is my happy place, my second home. I love it there. I have literally spent half my day off there before enjoying classes and amenities. Fair pricing, so much space, and they repurposed an old supermarket so I just love the place. Feels good to support a place that does everything right.

Its got everything you need! Ranging from lap pool to basketball court. Bathroom and showers are clean, only thing is I wish there were more hooks in the showers. Overall great experience.

Wow....I have been a member of many fitness centers in all states..but I have never..ever had an experience such as this. When I say it has everything... I mean everything. My first visit it was after lunch around 1pm my husband wasnt there yet so because the guy at the front was alone he let me tour alone. Perfect.. I was able to see everything from my own perspective. The Red room had this awesome trainer and instead of ignoring me looking through the window she waved me in explained how it worked no matter the intensity and invited me to go online and get it where I fit in. Pool with Zumba classes, spa, steam room, theatre, weights galore, I can go on and on. Thanks guys I am in it to win it forever ❤️❤️❤️❤️ location is 23rd and Pennsylvania OKC OK

... so far Ive really enjoyed my VASA Fitness experience. The Gym hours make it accessible and I like the machines and weight equipment in the facility. There are options even during peak times. Staff have been friendly and visible but not intrusive. Facilities are clean and theres generous amounts of PPE available. Also, the location is convenient. I used to buy produce in the free weight area. Good job, Folks. I have recommended this gym.

The facility is AMAZING. The staff is super polite, positive, upbeat, and helpful. The equipment is well maintained and there are plenty of sanitation supplies available when I go. The massage chairs will make you write home.The problem comes in because they want to auto draft my payment. That’d be fine if the charge was correct. They hit you with a “rate lock in fee” on top of your monthly rate. Okay, whatever, I see you. Feed your family. Whatever. BUT then I decide I am doing more outdoors so I want to downgrade my membership to basic for now because I’m not using the classes and we pay for multiple memberships with teens in the house. I got hit with ANOTHER rate lock in fee - which is like 4 months worth of regular monthly fees - for EACH membership. And now they are still billing me the higher membership amount anyway. Sooo pros and cons. I pay for this instead of therapy. I didn’t say it was a good decision; it’s just what I’m doing. You do you.

Staff is super friendly and helpful. Ample room and alot of weights, cardio, and equipment. Place is always clean. Even most of the clientele are respectful and considerate.

I love the cost and the facility is big. I rarely have to wait for a machine, even during busy times. My only complaint is that machines seem to be breaking more frequently lately. The hip thrust machine has been broken for almost a month. That is super frustrating as I used it regularly. I asked the front people if they had a time frame but, no luck.

I love everything about this gym. The one complaint I have is people should not be allowed to sit on the equipment on their phones. Either use it or move so others can!!!

I just signed up as I am new to Okla City and due to covid, as many have been away from a fitness routine to long.Vasa is an amazing facility.. prices are great. I am a little disappointed at the lack of personal attention and connection. I may look for a smaller more intimate gym .. but I’ll give Vasa a chance.I ask for a tour and the front desk person just seemed put out and told me I could go walk around. Also ask if I could schedule a time when someone could show me how to use the machines. Person said they didn’t know.People want a gym with great amenities, yes but also to feel like you matter.

CLICKY. Gym has a very bad layout where youll find yourself walking back and forth constantly. Machines are spread out and un categorized making finding what you want a journey. When finding the machine you want you better get on the waiting list. This gym is filled, and I mean filled, with groups of people, 5, 6 even 7 just standing around chatting, watching TV and being awkward eyes for the ladies there. With the constant phone use of literally everyone, the amount of wondering eyes, groups of people standing around doing completly nothing, this is a horrible gym to attend. Only thing that looked appetizing was the cardio area which was still packed @ 8pm. (Free day pass was used)

I signed up here cause i was a big fan in Colorado. Closing a gym at 9pm on a Friday and Saturday, but 11pm Monday through Thursday is absolutely idiotic. To not be opened late on Friday and Saturday, but closing early? On the weekends? I just signed up for this gym, and immediately regret it. Not to mention the staff here is absolutely rude.

Clean, great class schedules, packages for every price range from $10-40/month. Has all amenities the more expensive gyms have (Pool, Sauna, Racquetball, Basketball, Spin, Bootcamps, Cardio Cinema, etc). Unable to bring a guest, but packages so low and no contract, your friends can just get a membership.

This is a well-designed and spacious gym! Be careful to avoid this gym during peak hours if you want to use weights or machines.

DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING. They make it ridiculously expensive and difficult to cancel. They will randomly charge you after a year of inactivity. I want my money refunded! Scam scam scam! Do not use this gym.

I just wanted to take the time to let Vasa know what an amazing job they did in picking those who work here. I made the mistake of getting my car stuck in the snow and Bridgette, Eric, and Mali (I apologize if Im misspelling his name) went out of their way to not only help me, but assure me I was of no bother. They made my day by how I was warmly treated. 10/10 Experience with the staff combined with a great facility!

Ive only been once since I joined only because Im in Florida right now on vacation, I cant wait to get back home to hit the gym again. When I get back from vacation ima try a couple of the fitness classes.

Terrible customer service. I haven’t used a vasa facility in about a year and a half. I didn’t even have their app anymore and I randomly get a huge charge that puts my account in the negative. Unacceptable. Refund my money now!

Top gym Ive used and Ive been to 10 gym, planet fitness, golds, and YMCA in the past.

If the pandemic wasnt active I would gladly be a part of that membership but they dont enforce mask-wearing and Im not too comfortable working out in a facility where no one is wearing a mask very friendly customer service staff is very friendly

I came here as a trial pass user, currently gym shopping. I like the gym, plenty of the equipment, great amenities, and good pricing. My one and only complaint really is that the members don’t re-rack weights and stuff AT ALL!!! People leave the plates all over the floor and throw trash wipes on the floor or near a trash can. It’s not really the gyms fault but could management or VASA say something or do something about that?

Nice gym and amities! However, Oklahoma is about family. There is NO FAMILY plans offered at Vasa, so it looks as if the YMCA is best for those with family. Otherwise you would need to sign everyone up Separately. News you can use.

Basically fraud. Call and cancel, They dont. Keep getting billed. Call back the next month after being billed again, they say this time its REALLY canceled. Charge me for two months and a cancellation fee!How do I contact you to discuss further?

The gym itself is nice. I canceled my membership when it closed down for Covid. They automatically started it back up without my authorization. I canceled it again and recently got charged again for $36. I called this location and all they were able to do is e mail Corp to contact me. So I asked for the number to call them and their offices are closed so no way of contacting them. They e mailed me that in order to cancel I have to submit a written document. I replied that I should have bot been charged since I canceled when they closed. Could someone please call me. They responded with. Have to have a written document that I want to end my membership. I went ahead and sent them the cancel like they asked and asked again for someone to call me. I did not get a response to my request. I would not do business with this company the customer service is trash and charging people without consent is just wrong.

Facilities are great. Vasa even has a sauna and massage area, which was my reasoning for getting a membership. The multitude of classes are a plus.

Lots of machines to meet your fitness needs. I think I need a session or two with a personal trainer because the facility is so large and I have been out of the gym circuit for years so I dont really know where to begin.

Best gym Ive ever worked out at. No better quality for the price in Oklahoma. Came to work out with my buddy today and he forgot to put his workout shirt in his gym bag. He went to buy one behind the counter and not only did they give him a shirt for free; they gave me one also. Staff always makes you feel at home. 🧡✌️Jordan R.

I recently started going to Vasa again since the pandemic first hit. I really enjoyed this gym before everything, and now Im happy to see how Vasa is requiring/encouraging face masks and checking temps when you walk in. They have sanitizing spray and wipes readily available throughout the gym. Thanks for trying to keep everyone safe while working out!

Indisputably the best gym in OKC. The only downside is that they must open more locations, which I expect is coming in the near future.Long history short, it has everything you need for all the fitness level and even more of those perks Acuatics ✅, Sauna, steam, massage ✅✅✅. A full set of classes ✅, spinning 🚴‍♀️, boxing bags, etc, etc. And if you are into crossfit and kinetic exercises they also got your bag.We are pretty happy to be there. The people who works there, the crowd keeps you motivated as for a lot as this gym feels like every single one here comes to work out hard and no to slack around.Highly recommend, come and check it out.

Best gym experience you’ll ever have. You feel welcomed and motivated everyday as soon as you enter the front door. This energetic environment makes you want to go above and beyond and break past your personal limits each visit. Super clean facility, great customer service, the various membership prices are super reasonable with everything that comes with them. I always feel welcomed when I come in, it’s like a second home. The front desk girl, Itzel is very nice!

Warning: they give free shirts/perks for positive reviews. I didnt fall for that, but unfortunately I still joined the gym. Do not sign a contract with this place. They will not let you out, even if its within the cancellation time frame. Look them up on BBB. Numerous reports and complaints on this issue alone. Personal training sessions are weak. You can get better training, equipment, and value at other places. I went somewhere else, and VASA is still contacting me. Terrible experience. Check out any review site and the ratings are horrible. There are multiple complaints on their practice. Don’t do business with them!

I’ve been a member for over a year.There are kids working there that treated me like I was looking for something for free. I pay my membership. They speak unprofessionally, laughing and playing with each other rather than focusing on you while you are standing in front of them. Mediocre gym personnel at best.I am canceling my membership.

Place is new and all new equipment, they have great unique features... just always sooo crowded at peak hours. Even with covid. But most people wear a mask the whole time. Thats nice.

I absolutely love this gym! Every staff member that I have come in contact with has been very helpful and very friendly. The personal trainers know what they are talking about and dont make you feel like you are out of shape. They encourage you and cheer you on and keep you motivated.

I don’t really write reviews like that, but the app shows the gym opens at 4am. They even have a paper in the door that says they open at 4am. But yet I been waiting for 1 hr for them to open up the gym. It’s currently 5:03am :(

Update: still no one at this facility cares about the pandemic. They have even gotten more toxic as an environment. I watch workers allow people in with no mask right in front of signs that say mask required. It’s blatant that they don’t care. When the sauna is packed to the brim others and myself have gone to the front to explain just to have nothing done. They don’t care that half a million people have died. They only care about packing out their gym. Nothing has ever been done to correct any of these wrongs. I have the proof as well, I’ve shared it with several people asking about if they should join as a response. I’m fortunate enough to have been vaccinated but I worry for others like a normal human being should. Vada fitness on penn does not!Every time I come to the gym Vasa allows people to walk in with masks just to dispose of them when they walk through the door. I say something almost every time but they don’t do anything to enforce it. They truly do not care about the pandemic.

So apparently you can’t leave anything in locker over night. My sports outfit was in locker room in locker with lock on it. It was cut and taken out of locker.

Vasa is an amazing gym. They have up to date equipment that will suit the needs of any type of fitness training. If youre into HIIT, CrossFit, Boot Camp, power lifting, bodybuilding, or host want to do cardio, theyve got you covered. They have saunas, a pool, a basketball court, massage and tanning. The price is VERY reasonable at 10, 20, or 50 dollars depending on your level of fitness needs. The staff are polite and friendly despite being overwhelmed with regular clients as well as the new years resolution gym members. Go try it for free, I did and now Im planning on being a long term member for sure.

While this is a nice gym with plenty of amenities, I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone I know. Their billing is extremely misleading and there are various fees they don’t disclose. I chose to add personal training to my package and was wildly unimpressed with my overall experience. The first personal trainer I saw had no clue what he was doing and just wrote down classes for me to take — some thing I could have done 100% on my own. The second personal trainer I saw was much better however she left after only a month of working out together; upon her leaving she assured me another PT would be reaching out to get my sessions scheduled. After never hearing from anyone else about scheduling with a new trainer I spoke to the front desk associates multiply times and still no one reached out. After dealing with this frustrating breakdown in communication between staff members I canceled my membership (don’t be fooled though, canceling was a whole other issue). Oh and did I mention that their phone customer service is awful? I have had to wait hours to speak with someone. Overall no impressed with VASA. For as much as I was paying in membership fees I don’t think it was too much to ask for efficient and friendly customer service.

This place is huge! I swear I find a new corner of the gym every time I go. They have several different class areas, a pool, whirlpool, sauna, and steam room.There are plenty of workout options to choose from. In the strength training areas they have cable machines, free weights, and multiple squat racks!The water aerobics class are fun, and there are people of all ages who attends the classes. The instructors are great and really motivating.The guys locker room is nice. Ive never had to wait for a shower stall. Im assuming the womens locker room would be similar.My only complaint is there are no spin classes available unless your have a premium membership.
