Kenna, Norm, and Ashley are great they work with me on my goals and help me understand the importance of correct lifting. These trainers care about your success and even when not in training they encourage you if they see you in.the gym. I have reached most of my goal and still have 5 months to hit it.

I just started coming to this gym and it’s amazing, 10gym is a great place to go. My Head Trainer / Fitness Manager Norm is an amazingly great guy, he brings great energy and is very very active in this community. I love and look forward to coming in everyday and working with him and the rest of the 10gym staff they are absolutely amazing and I recommend anyone looking for a personal trainer or legit training period come see Norm it’s definitely worth it .

Great place, nice people. Only issue stopping me from giving 5 stars is M-Th is hard to get to the gym as my husband works anywhere from 6:30am- 11pm most days so Fri-Sun are the only days and not open later on Friday makes it even harder. We want to stay here but might have to look at other options.

Such a great gym with amazing staff! They also are home to Lighthouse Fitness personal trainers! Who have been instrumental in changing my life for the better! Really good place. Ive gone there for a few years as a guest, but it was good enough for me to want a membership. Employees are always kind, the people who go there arent super loud or judgmental, and are instead very helpful if you look like youre having trouble. Ill gladly go here for a few more years at least.

I absolutely love the gym. Has tons of equipement to choose from, sauna and great hours. Staff are also always friendly and polite. To make it five stars I wish they would update the locker rooms and restrooms in some shape or form and get hip thrust glute machine.

Could you add a 10 gym location in Yukon/ Mustang?!? Im not a fan of the crossfit gyms they have around here. In need of an actual gym!!

The main reason I come keep coming back is for the presonal trainers, without Norms, I never wouldve have came this far, from losing 20lbs to toning, ill keep coming back!!

Place is alright, it’s convenient on my way home otherwise I would go to Edmond.6/11/19- Room with the mats pass the machines was really hot in there today. Even the woman trainer with brunette hair didn’t seem to mind but everyone else was sweating balls.After 5pm, the staff are inconsistent. They would pick and choose who they greet and be nice to and they would ignore the other 50% that walks by them, so rude. Caucasian male with red hair rarely speaks when needed to. And girl with black hair short stays at the counter being prissy and when the trash gets “full” she’ll go do something.Black guy at the desk just whistles a lot.What happened to equality & respect? That’s a reason why I left Planet Fitness but for this behavior every time I get funds taking out of this place? Really?! Need better training for all. I don’t care how big small young old buff skinny fat someone may be. Your staff after 5pm on Tuesdays really are dirt.

I used to hate going to the gym till I came to this 10 gym. Its the perfect gym for me. They have all the equipments I need to do any workout. The front desk employees are very nice and always greets you and says bye. Them being open 24 hours means I can come by and workout whenever and finish my workout at the sauna. I dont know why youd go to any other gym other than this mecca of a place. I used to go to lifetime and while it was good, it was a bit too boujee for me. Nobody there looked like they were struggling enough and they were there just so they can tell people they go to the gym. It was a bad vibe. Everyone at 10 gym was lifting heavy for high reps and struggling on every set. That was the type of vibe I need in my gym!

Ive been coming to 10 gym a long time now. I was there when they were American Fitness . The staff is always so pleasant. Always helpful. Ive lost my key once or even when it looks torn. The front desk ask me would I like a new one. Even when I leave. They tell me to have a great day. The new expansion with all the new equipment is wonderful. The place is clean and organized. Even the locker rooms are clean. My name is Franklin and Im proud to say Im a member. Keep up the good work guys.

They like to change the hours everyday and not let people know. Yes I understand the COVID but let people know before you change the hours.

Clean facilities, awesome staff. Always warmly greeted by Ashley. Any issues are addressed promptly. I go during the late morning hours and I rarely have to work around other individuals. A large variety of strength and cardio equipment is available.

The staff at 10 gym are always so warm and welcoming. The facility is clean and the price is very affordable. Overall, I’ve had a great experience working out here.

Not sure if they run the heater in the winter but it gets warm in the fall. lol other than that it’s good and clean.Ps - no one wants to workout in a hot gym

I have been working out with personal trainers, Norm and Jonathan. I am a golfer, and asked them to help me specifically with my flexibility and weight training. Since April, we have been working with my back flexibility, balance, and weight training exercises for both my arms and my legs. It is making a huge difference in my golf game!! So I wanted to give a shoutout to them and thank them for the wonderful job they have been doing with me. I really appreciate it!!!

Ever since I’ve returned to Oklahoma City 4 years ago, Ive been attending the 10Gym on NW Expressway. I Love Love the staff here. The new extension of the workout area has been awesome. Facilities are clean and orderly. Ive been part of the same group of people that consistently be here with me. A very great place to improve on personal goals.

I’ve been coming here for about 5 years now and it can’t be beat. Great prices, great atmosphere. I workout overnight so the hours are perfect. The employees are always helpful and will answer any question. I’ve tried other gyms in the area but have always ended up back here.

This 10 Gym is everything I like. It is spacious, and clean. The staff is above and beyond!! Ryan, Ana, and Molly always have a smile and greet you almost always when arriving and leaving. Ive never been to a gym where the staff knows you by name and encourages you as well! $10 a month, no contract. Free weights, PLUS their water stays hot for a while, which is really important to me. So youre able to shower and not worry about hurrying. I live closer to the 10 gym on 104th but I prefer this location. No matter the location, youll be able to enjoy the prices and the gym itself. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice gym.

I always feel super welcomed here - the staff is so friendly and willing to help if you need anything. Facility is kept clean and the machines are always working properly. I literally drive past 3 other gyms every day to get here because I prefer it over the others. 10/10 recommend!

I just joined 7/21. Ryan showed me around on Saturday & enjoyed seeing all the different kinds of equipment. I definitely recommend 10 gym to everyone. My first workout will start 7/23

10 Gym is by far one of the best priced and most efficient gyms in Oklahoma!!! Every time I come in I always feel so welcomed by both the manager and assistant manager!! They really know how to keep the gym clean!!! Friendly and helpful staff all the way around!! With the new addition of deadlift platforms and the brand new free weight area and plenty of equipment for everyone!!! Great gym HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ANYONE AND EVERYONE!!!

I got charged for fees and sent to collections even with the Corona virus going on? I havent been there in months plus the virus closing everything down and Im still expected to pay? Wow

I just had a bad experience at this gym. The turn around of the staff is every few months. The atmosphere of the gym hasnt changed since it was All American. There has been updating but they really need to update the bathrooms, they are old and the toilets look like they been there since that building has been there. The handicap stall is always overflowing or out of order. The equipment is the same as it was in the all American. But thats why its so cheap.

Everytime I come into the door, Bree smiles, and greets me by name. Someone is always cleaning something, and all of the members are pleasant. It costs the same as some larger purple gyms, but this feels way more like a community. Good job, 10GYM!

Since they expanded their gym, it is sooo much better. Updated equipment, and lots of room. I go around 8am and its not as busy which is awesome. The staff is super nice and even remembers my name lol

This 10gym location goes above and beyond to take care of their customers. Whether it is working with them on payment issues, keeping the gym open and running during power outages, or just being a friendly face to have a pleasant conversation with, the employees here like Bre and Ryan take care of their people and do an excellent job!

Holmes is awesome. Helps spot me anytime I need. Yes lets me make him cry every now and again. Nice to have someone keep you accountable. Best part about a gym isnt the equipment its the staff.

Nice facility thats not too crowded. Plenty of equipment although I would have liked to see some Olympic style plates for squats, cleans, and snatches. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

I started at 10 gym in October of 2017 and havent been disappointed at all. It is a more affordable membership than most gyms which is amazing and includes tanning! Other than that all of the workers are friendly and willing to help you with whatever. The gym is kept very clean and has a spacious weight area with varieties of equipment (new machines, 4 squat racks, a lot of free weights& benches, etc). Would recommend this gym to anyone looking, no matter what kind of fitness you like to do!

This is an ok gym for working out, easy 4/5 stars. But the issue came when I tried to cancel my membership. Any gym that makes it hard to cancel your membership or has scummy practices deserves to be shut down.

Love to work out at this gym, it is a clean, well equipped, safe facility. The staff are professional but also welcoming. The atmosphere is a energetic but comfortable. With the new addition it is very spacious, the equipment is well kept. And the price is hard to beat! Couldnt ask for more!!

Edit after response: I was not warned multiple times. I was warned once and dropping a 70lb dumb bell 2 inches from the ground should definitely not damage your floor. You guys are literally too cheap to give anything away let alone cupcakes.I use to go to this gym for several years even before it was 10 gym and it was All American. Under the old manager Chris I never had a problem. Since the new weight room opened up and the staff has been replaced the atmosphere has changed and has shifted more towards a planet fitness attitude. I was dumb bell rowing and apparently not setting the weight down softly enough to the liking of a staff member. A week later my membership was terminated.People usually also use to use chalk from time to time and most members cleaned up after themselves and there was no problem. That is no longer the case and you will be kicked out for using chalk. Another long term member has been kicked out recently for using chalk. Im just wondering when they are going to start serving pizza now.

Good instructors. Good variety too. Ive been to bigger gyms so to compare with my previous gym in Fort Collins Colorado, this one is ok. Clean. Just wish they had racket ball, sparring bags or something like that. Guess they made great use of their space though.

On top of 10gyms recent expansion of their free weight area they also just put in new deadlift platforms!! So happy with this gym and I tell everyone I know to come here. You are always welcomed with a smile and the gym is always kept clean!

Alright gym, decent price. 1 star because they lied and told me they would cancel the auto-renewing subscription -- corporate told me the branch employees dont even have that option. Then corporate tried to tack another charge on with a 30-day cancellation delay.

I like the atmosphere. Gets a bit crowded at times so you need to adjust your day accordingly if you’re able. 3 days open 24 hours.

I love this gym. Its always clean and they have great customer service. Brei the front desk msr is amazing. She always greets me with a smile on her face, always has a great attitude,and she is always on top of things!!! She is a big reason why I keep coming back. Cant say enough to about the gym the equipment is kept clean and in good working condition. Well managed fair pricing. I also got a trainer via lighthouse fitness and what an amazing job they did with me. George my trainer is hands down the best he makes sure Im getting proper form and getting the max out of each and every workout not just helping me workout but teaching the workouts themselves.He has helped me loose weight and gain strength after every workout Im ready to go again. He keeps the energy high and makes sure the session is accomplishing goals.

They need to get the AC fixed its hot in here 24/7 Im worried about the summer. No fans at all its 77° in March set at 68° and it smells like feet.

I go to work out. All the equipment I need is there but I need to go before 4 or after 7 because it gets so packed, even the weight room. Great gym, but its hard to work out like I want when its full.

Ive never had a problem at this place. The machines are always kept up and in good condition. The staff is great too. Mary is my trainer and shes really good at what she does. This place is really good they help me get and stay in shape. And the staff is always helpful and inspiring

The Lighthouse training staff is AWESOME! Kennan works so hard to help you accomplish your goals! Timothy is pretty cool too, always willing to answer any questions you have. The gym has lots of equipment and the Zumba classes are SO FUN! Definitely worth the $20/month!

LOVE this gym. Very reasonably priced with lots of amenities. Theres tons of equipment and the staff is extremely professional and friendly. My only issues were that quite a few people were just sitting at the machines texting instead of actually using them and the gym isnt open 24/7. But theyve got childcare, tanning, saunas and a lot of other stuff that definitely makes it worth the money!

Great place to come and get your sweat on. The staff is always friendly and willing to help. I switch over from Planet Fitness, best decision. Dillon is always friendly and a wealth of knowledge. Cant wait till the new weight room is finished.

The social distancing has put a few of the equipment out of order as well as the water fountain. They do have paper towels and spray to clean the equipment after your done and the showers and sauna are still functional.

First off, 10 gym on NW expressway is such a great place to get in a quality workout. Starting from the front door, every employee is inviting and look the part of a fitness center. Your motivated to get your workout in because they bring that kind of atmosphere and energy. Secondly, the updated equipment is phenomenal, granted every gym can get better, but 10 gym is delivering. For a ridiculous membership price including the fact that you can bring a friend I find it being a fantastic deal. They are continuing to upgrade and continuing to bring more and more to the table. Very pleased to be here!!!!!

No customer service response to any request, i have send emails and called them in March for request to cancel my membership they still charging me every month since March. I dont understand why they make it so difficult to cancel.

I love this gym! I attend PUMP with Karen, & it is awesome. We use free weights, steps and occasionally bands & a mat for abs. (All provided by the gym) It’s a great workout with good instruction. You don’t have to worry about embarrassment or wondering if your doing it wrong she will gladly help you. You can always count on it being full so make sure you get there early if you have a favorite spot. I’ve made new friends & have encouraged coworkers & outside gym friends to now join. It’s been a place of healing both emotionally and physically, as well as a place to meet with friends. My only complaint is WE NEED BENCHES UPSTAIRS FOR SITTING!!!!!

I recently signed up with 10 gym and absolutely love it! Spencer was the one to sign me up and made it so easy and he was super helpful and encouraging! I absolutely love the gym and the staff, always super friendly and a great environment!

Love this gym. I go early in the morning and it’s never crowded.

Large amount of equipment and sizable facility, but despite that it still manages to be pretty crowded and loud. locker rooms arent very clean (I found used condoms and wrappers in lockers, my partner found cockroaches in the other locker room). Also, the personal training is a bit of a scam. its billed through an out of state third party company rather than with the certified personal trainers themselves, so theres a lot of hoops to jump through and a lot of paperwork to get the service cancelled. they also dont explain most equipment and a range or exercises or provide a workout routine to help meet client goals at the initial evaluation/session.

I love this gym! The staff and the trainers! My trainer, Mary especially she has helped me reach my goals! Before I would just go to the gym and not see any results and in the past 6 months my body has transformed. I cant wait to keep seeing results. I highly recommend 10gym and the trainers at lighthouse fitness!!

I dont usually comment on places but I have to say, Ive been going here for about 2 months now and the staff is awesome! Kevin especially is outstanding because every single time Im there he always has a smile and is cleaning the whole time. I love this gym and plan on going here awhile!

This location of 10 Gym is by far the best location out there. We gave up our Golds Gym membership because this Gym continued to blow them out of the water! Always clean and equipment in perfect condition. Friendly and helpful staff. You can tell the management here really cares about each guest.Always an experience. Makes getting fit a ton of fun!

I’ve been to many gyms and I have to admit this 10 gym is my favorite. Amazing staff that are always willing to help. Unbeatable prices, always clean work out floor, locker room/ bathroom. Never have to wait on the equipment and the best thing has to be the awesome people I’ve met along the way of my fitness journey.

I was a member for over a year. The gym was ALWAYS super clean, and the staff was very friendly. I didnt feel uncomfortable or awkward while exercising there either. As a bigger guy I was always nervous to go to a gym. But I felt completely welcomed always. No stares, no awkward advice just a great environment. And if I needed help working a machine or just a general question they were always ready to support. Even their online services were beyond excellent.

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff! Always available to answer questions or show you how to properly use or get the most out of the equipment. Ive been going to 10gym since it was all american and honestly the staff is amazing always has been. Customer service is truly incredible and the employees are great. The environment is very friendly and everyone is typically very helpful to new people and very encouraging. If youre looking for a good place to start or if youre already big and looking for a place to get bigger I would recommend 10gym you cant beat the price and customer service. It can get a little crowded but overall it is an amazing gym.

My favorite part of this gym is the staff. In the nearly two yrs Ive been going there, the main staff has always treated me and supported me like a friend. They high five me and seem genuinely happy for me on every pound I lose. They look up videos to teach me new tips and tricks when I need to mix it up. My weight loss journey has been easier because of them and their willingness to go the extra mile.

10 gym is awesome!!! Great customer service, Chris the manager actually remembered me, and that is not typical for your average gym. Its only my 2nd day here and I feel over welcomed. I was placed with a trainer named Timothy who is a great motivator, and stickler when he needs to be youre definitely in for a workout! This gym is AWESOME!
