Love this gym! My first time trying anytime and it’s great! I love that it’s 24 hours, it fits in with whatever my schedule throws at me! Also, Garrett the owner is really the coolest person! So friendly and definitely a great person to talk to if you have any concerns!

My friend mentioned this gym to me about a month ago and Ive seen some advertisements in Facebook. After checking it out, my experience was great! There were enough equipment for not feeling cramped with other people around you. The best part is that theyre open 24/7 so theres never an excuse if you dont want to wait until the next day before working out again. They have free massages, tanning beds and even allow friends of members into the facility- all at no additional charge! Its just too bad though because their prices are affordable compared to others which makes them one of my favorite gyms now

This is hands down the best gym Ive ever been to. Ive tried Planet Fitness, Four Star, and Golds.This staff (Jaime, Kyle, & Garrett) goes above and beyond for members and even non-members who come to check the place out. Coming from a hospitality background, I greatly appreciate their way of communicating and handling any concerns you have.I was a member of Golds gym for four years, primarily because I was grandfathered into their $10/month membership. After the 23rd N Penn location closed, we were transferred to their regular Golds on NW Expressway. I wont go into detail here, but their customer service is nothing compared to Anytime Fitness.I have to admit - Anytime Fitness has spoiled me. Their gym is always clean, welcoming, and efficient. This gym has everything you need - their lat pulldown is my favorite. I do appreciate that it isnt as big as other spots. Its never crowded, and even during their busy times - everyone is considerate of their time on machines/free weights. Plus - theyre open 24/7!HIGHLY recommend this gym - I will never go back to Golds.

Always clean and super quiet! You can get in and out and staff is friendly and available. This has been my home gym for the last 3 years. Wouldnt change a thing.

This location is a pretty small space. At peak times you really have to juggle what stuff you use so as to not run into others. For the price its not really worth it unless you desperately need the 24hr access.

A great facility. Low key. The staff is incredibly helpful during staffed hours. Everyone is in their own zone, so you definitely never feel any kind of judgement. Great spot

Management is not enforcing the OKC mask mandate in this gym. This is a very small space, with people crowded together (especially in the weights area), but the employees wear their masks around their necks most of the time and are not taking the issue seriously. The mandate grants an exception for people doing cardio, but everyone else should be required to have a mask on. Since they are not willing to enforce the rule they should at least offer a no penalty refund to those who arent comfortable with the lax environment.

Great gum if u ve been working out for awhile very private, has a lot of the basics, for great a great workout. U get what u put in its really up to u here.

A clean club that has most of what you need, however, I have noticed lately there are several of the young aggressive types (likely using steroids) with attitudes. The management does not enforce the phone rule and some people camp out on a machine for 15+ minutes at a time, without sharing. Management seems to not care. This club was much better a year ago. I suggest a different location.

I enjoy this gym, not only for the location and 24/7 access, but the friendliness of the staff and their ability to keep their space clean. The time of day that I go is not normally packed with people, so I have never had to wait for a machine or set of weights. Affordable pricing as well!

(NW 23rd St.) If only it was a little bigger, and $4 cheaper, I would give it five stars. But overall, the anytime fitness on NW 23rd is an incredible experience every time I go. Never too crowded whenever I go, which is about mid afternoon. I do wish there was a little bit more area to cross train. My favorite anytime is southside near SW 104th and Penn. If you’re trying to pick between Gold’s, YMCA, or 10 GYM...anytime is my choice.

I go to this gym daily. It gets busy during the evening so I would recommend going in the morning. Its a small but efficient gym that has everything you need. Jason the trainer there is awesome and you will learn alot from him. Great place all around

This is the best anytime fitness location in OKC. Since I’ve moved out of downtown I haven’t liked any of the other gyms. This one is clean, the staff is friendly, and there’s plenty of equipment. I miss it!

Sure, I would like some more equipment, but I feel they have the basics covered. For me personally the location couldnt be better, since it is only two blocks away from me. I rarely miss a day! The staff has always been a delight as well!

Clean gym that isnt usually too busy. Rush hour is definitely around 5-7 Mondays and Tuesdays. Well stocked and a great place to get in a workout!

The place is pretty small but has everything you need if you dont need a sauna or spin class.

I Absolutely Love working here, the members are phenomenal, and the energy is very energetic yet relaxing. Even if I didnt work here I would recommend the gym to anyone and everyone!

Never crowded, staff is super friendly, and facility always clean. I also have done personal training with Jason, the quality and pricing are great!

Good size gym downtown with an adequate free weight area that could be bigger during peak hours.
