My 3rd time here and still very unsatified with my service once once again i purchased the second wash deal thinkings it would be better. No it is worse then the first time.

If you are looking for a quick drive-thru wash and wax, go for the $20 managers special. Vacuums are decent if you have extra time to be that thorough.

I took my Ford Edge to be washed on 9/18 at about 1145. It was a Saturday, so it wasn’t extremely busy but had a steady flow. I have been using this location since it has been open. It is always clean which I do appreciate. My problem is when I purchase a wash with all of the bells and whistles (this day I spent $25), and I pull in the attendees do the least possible to spray down your vehicle before it enters the actual wash. They don’t even spray the entire vehicle. I understand this is a prewash treatment, but I assume this is to loosen and assist with removal of dirt as the machine can’t get everything. Depending on the design of the vehicle this prewash/ spray off helps to get in areas the machine can’t. When I’m paying for a service it would be really nice to feel that I’m getting my money’s worth. Vehicles are pushed through so quickly that you don’t even get to dry your vehicle in a decent way. If you don’t exit immediately there might be an issue because if you look in your rear view another vehicle is right on your behind. I think the attendees need to take more care and pay a little bit more attention to detail especially when a vehicle is full of dust or dirt. Heard em in, heard em out. I get home to see the dust that was on the rear dripping down because they didn’t even spray the rear of my vehicle to help remove it before going through. There have definitely been attendees that take care to spray the vehicle down in it’s entirety giving extra attention when it’s clearly full of dirt or grime. What I was serviced with on this day left me dissatisfied.

We only go to Okie Express, with so many locations is nice being able to pop in with the pass .

Your prices are to high and the vacuums were not working. Plus wash didnt get my car clean and it had dead bugs on it still. Next time I will go to Red Carpet because they clean your car top to bottom for a few dollars more.

Bought the Managers special and extremely satisfied. My SUV was extremely clean after the night of farm land bug guts. Definitely will return!

Overall good experience. Workers who power wash when you enter the car wash could do a more thorough job though.

Bugs still all over front of vehicle and windshield. Be sure to remove external antennae. Machines destroyed mine and theres also minor body damage.

We pay for the membership. Nice to wash your car whenever you want. Not too pricey.

I got my car washed today at this location, went straight home afterwards, live less than 10 minutes away, and I park in my garage. Upon coming back out to my car to leave for work, I come to find that my car looks like it hasnt been washed in at least a week. I paid for the mangers special which was everything except for the ceramic sealant, which I ended up adding that on too.This is completely unacceptable.

So I paid $20 for the “Managers Special” anti typical only pay the 7 basic wash but wanted to get my car spotless and it came out with dirt still on the hood. I definitely won’t be using this location anymore. The attendants at the entry of the was just rinsed my car before it went into the wash and I still came out with dirt spots all over it. Just a poor quality wash.

Cars cleaned and shinin, vacuums could be better. 🤷🏽‍♀️

Love that you can buy a monthly pass and you can go through the car wash as many times as you want in that month, plus it gets the car really clean, the vacuums there are really good. All in all worth it.

Paid 20 dollars and my car was not clean so they took it back throw again and still not clean so I will try and find another place to get my car clean.

Quick service and straight through the car wash with no hassle. Only issue I have is the vacuums dont have as much suction as other Okie Express Auto Wash locations, but still rating a 5/5 stars.

Their website says theyre open daily at 8:00 a.m. Google Maps says the same. Yet when I came round at 10:00 a.m. today, the page was shut tight, with about a dozen cars waiting for them to open.Its simple, really: Either open at the time your advertise, or update your website to reflect accurately the times when you can be bothered to turn up.

I keep an eye on my outside of my car for scratches when I get to my car from anywhere even my house. I had no scratches at all.I paid $15 and the bugs did not come off and there was a scratch on my driver passenger door. When I brought it to their attention and which cycle did it they refused that it was their wash and proceeded to tell me to just buff it out. It was the noodle like ones that go up and down that did the damage. Then they let me go back through to get the bugs off. They gave me a basic wash that negated all of the $15 of additives I paid for. I left with water spots and no tire shine.I walked around my car again when I was done and there was yet a new scratch and because logic did not get me anywhere the first time I approached the guy I decided to leave. I will not go back especially if they dont take responsibility for their damage.I would not advise people that do not know how to buff it out to go through this wash.

Nice for a quick wash but it never gets my car well. I am thankful for the guys who already give it a good spray before the wash. And the combination blowgun and vacuums are helpful.

If this is the one behind oncue (sooner and 29th) it was a pretty good wag. Vacuums were really good 👍

Brilliant shine to my older model car. Makes it look new! A little pricey, but worth it I suppose. Just wish it was more affordable for us people on fixed incomes.

Pretty good car wash its automated with two people giving your vehicle a pre rinse first make sure pick up bed is empty and radio antenna is down or unscrewed can bend it as well good quality free vacuums to use

Sometimes my car doesnt look at that clean, mainly the tires.

The car wash atm selection machine charged my credit card 3 times as I attempted to make my selection and gave me nothing in return. Had to ask for help from one of the employees without getting my car washed. Have to go back tomorrow and have the charges refunded.

Kinda disappointed, first time using the vacuums and most either werent on or werent working. The one I did get to work was only halfway sucking.

Man I went there once they had a deal going on when you pay one flat feet per month and that got me hooked I go there every day and wash my car for one flat fleet and if they do a damn good job

My son and me were there yesterday and he pay 25 Dollars and when we went to the vacs and my son got out there was mud all over.He was upset because he payed 25.oo for it.He said he never go there again.

They have the worse customer service. The manager came out and started yelling and cussing at me when I tried to tell him about my friend going inside and talking to someone about his membership with them. He paid for it but they wouldnt verify it. Every month he has trouble. So I tried to tell the manager maybe get the other people that were in there when my friend went in the office to fix it. The manager yelled at me and told me I have to leave the property. While we were leaving he lunged at my car and scared my kids. They said they thought he was going to hurt me.I will NEVER go there again!

The wash was good and fast. The vacuums work great. They need to post whether or not they are sanitized before each use though. The company website good be better to match their great service.

One of my favorite auto car washes! Unless you have a VERY heavy bug graveyard on your car, the vehicle comes out very clean. My fault for the excess bugs! Should run it through more often, honestly! Theres always free vacuums and now free air hose! Doesnt sound like much but its helpful getting those nooks and crannies cleaned out.

Kill charging my card without permission

It barely cleaned my car. You could see exactly where the washer hit but mostly you could see where it didnt clean. Im so glad I didnt get one of the bigger packages. I would have had wax on top of dirt

One of the best wash jobs I have ever used. Free vacuums and very powerful. only issue is with the $10.00 package the tire shine does not get applied to the complete tire it misses about 1/2 of the left rear tire. I would not mention this except it has happened the last 3 visits. Would be nice if they had someone at the exit side to inspect the quality of the purchased service.

4 stars for the great place to wash and vacuum your vehicle. Minus the 5th star for not having the little cloth towels to hand out

I pulled into this car wash because I spilled my coffee inside my truck and needed to clean it. So I bought a $12 car wash and asked the the guy for a rag. He said, Nope, we only give them on Tuesdays. I said yes, but I spilled my coffee. He said, Awe...nope. So I paid $12, and they treated me like I was stupid. Maybe I was... Ill never go back again.

I always get my wash here. Really not much to say, its the best wash in OKC in my opinion. I use to go to Foam Brite on Douglas but the drive in for the wash there is at an incline and its much smaller space. Been going to Okie Express for at least a year now.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I went to the car wash here and paid $20 for the managers special. Once I was done vacuuming I noticed white spots all the way down my passenger side. It was concentrated in the mud wing region above the tire and scattered along the passenger side. I informed the employees there and theu told me it was not from the wash although it was not there before I washed the car and ran mu car through the wash again however it was already dried on there. Now I have to take my car somewhere else and hope they can buff it out or I’ll have to get a new paint job. This is utterly ridiculous. I’ll never be going back here. Also their vacuums stink and barely work.

A really good automatic car wash and the employees are very helpful... I lost the side emblem off of my F150, a custom blacked-out version, not that easy to replace... I realized it had come off about 45 minutes after I left the place, went back and asked the attendant if I could walk through and look for it... He immediately did a walk-thru and brought me back my emblem within a couple of minutes... Made my day...

Car wash is great. Vacuums could use more oomph but they are free to use so cannot complain. This is my go to car wash and has easy access.

I went here and got the $15 car wash and when I got out my truck had scratches all over my passenger side door. At the time I wasn’t mad because they were very noticeably the spinning part of the wash made obvious scratch marks and then they told me that they were there before the wash. The best part is they offered to give me gift cards to go there again. Let’s just say I won’t be going here again.

Car didnt get clean on first pass. Spoke with the guy in charge and he sent it back thru, car never looked better. These guys will take care of you. $16 wash, but they made sure I got my moneys worth.

This is a great place to get the car washed. I have been coming here since the place opened and they always get my truck nice and shiny. The free vacuums are an added bonus. The car wash pricing could be a little better when it comes to the higher end washes but overall the place is great!

This was pretty nice. The car wash came with a 5 day clean guarantee which is good since its raining and I live off a dirt road. The vacuums were a hit or miss about the strength. But Id probably go back again

Ended up going here a couple of times. The first time everything looked good and my car came out very clean. However after the second time I had swirl marks all up and down the sides and top of my car. Maybe they didnt clean their brushes that day? I cannot say for sure. All I know is now Im going to have to have the entire car buffed. Its not worth going here if Im going to need to buff the car afterwards. Have not returned since.
