I used the car wash on 6/14/2021. The taillight was ripped off of the car. Ive talked to the manager several times with him reassuring me that he will call me when he hears something back from Corporate. 2 weeks later, I was told to get two quotes for replacement of the tail lamp. I did, and Ive been waiting to hear from the manager but still nothing it has been 5 weeks and my car still looks like this. No refund, no free washes, just excuses. This is infuriating. I Just Dont Get it!!!! Do not go here !!!!!!These people do not keep their word. and if this is any representation of how Zips runs their business. Others have complained about damage received due to your equipment and my pleas have fallen on deaf ears. To me.... The Zips Brand doesnt stand for anything! And is a company that does not keep their word ignoring any complaint. I know that Im just one customer. who spend maybe 100-200 a year with you. This place has a lot of potential I believe new hire training should be put in place by a person that is qualified today so on maybe a corporate type level but trains how to pre-wash the correct way not for swipes on the front I swipe on each mirror and for squats on the back theres a guy there named Trey that basically will pre-wash your whole car that alone him alone is why the five star ratings come through

Frequently closed during normal hours. Unfortunately I have a monthly pass and have to drive 8 miles out of the way to the next one. I go here because it is about a mile from my house. But rarely open. 😭

This time, it was good. The attendant was very conscientious about spraying my car before wash. In times past, they did a poor job.

Different locations and different experiences with each...some are needing to spend money ensuring the vacuums are repaired and declogged regularly. Love the towel and cleaner station, however, it would be nice to have it closer to handicap accessible zone

Went to this car wash about 4 weeks ago. My car was badly scratched by a hanging power washing nozzle that the attendant did not secure out of the way of vehicles. The scratch is along the passenger side of my car and over the sideview mirror. When I went to talk to the attendant he said that it always gets deflected by the passenger side mirror. Seems like this is a known problem and has not been addressed properly. Heck, a bungie cord would keep it out of the way of vehicles.I left my information and I was told that I would hear from the manager the next morning. One of the people on site even came over to take his own pictures of the damage. I did not get any calls. I created a ticket online. I did not get any response. The Facebook representative has been assuring me for weeks that I will hear back from someone soon. Terrible service at the car wash. Terrible service from customer support. Im still waiting to hear from someone...

We have monthly subscription for Zips, and we just stopped by today at 735pm, but they are already closed for the day, instead of at 8pm like they should. This is already the second time this happened in a month at this location. And another time I stopped by the one on Classen 15 min before close time and they already closed the lanes down. I saw the worker helping another car, and I was gonna ask if they are closing early and he ignored me, avoided eye contact and walked away into the office. We will take business somewhere else.

I have an unlimited account with them and that a good thing since I have to go thru two times.

Vacumms are good and they provide cloths for drying and window cleaner.

Hit or miss on whether the car wash is working for the day. Don’t waste your time finding out

Gotta love a car wash that feels like a Discovery Zone inside. I have the monthly subscription, and love the unlimited washes. So easy to just drive right through and have the barcode scanned from the windshield. I wish they would towel down the car for you at the end, but the world isn’t a perfect place.

Guaranteed a membership for the duration of however long you keep it and now they have cancelled that, raised the monthly fee, and lowered me from the second best package to the lowest package. Not cool Zips. You lost my families business.

I travel all over Oklahoma and Kansas where my car can get pretty dirty fast. So, I purchased a monthly subscription with an unlimited wash package through Zips Car Wash and I couldn’t be happier. At this location, a gentleman by the name Rodney helped spray off some bug guts that were covering my front grill, bumper, and windshield. This gentleman went above and beyond to help get my car clean and I wanted to express my appreciation with a review as my car represents me and my company when I arrive at a client location.

Ive always gone to Zips to wash my truck. I love it when they presoak the truck, before I enter the wash. I use to go to the one of NW Expressway, but now I use the one off Reno & MacArthur. Both locations always have professional workers. Going there today, truck is filthy.

Overall pretty happy. I generally prefer to wash the truck by hand. Auto wash does a good job and plenty of spaces to dry and vacuum after. Cost $8 for the basic wash job. Not bad, i recommend

I have a membership and I been having it for years this used to be a good place dont know what is going on with it but closes early all the time is dirty vacuums dont work and the towels provided by them run out all th time.

It all depends on witch one you go to i have been to alot of them all over okc I get my car washed every day there are some ill never go to again and there is on I love thats the one off of western off of hw240 there r the best in my opinion.

Wash for company vehicles. Good length of time. Vacs are high powered and free. Depending on traffic a little tough to get out and over to left turn lane. Plenty of crossovers further down.

Zips is my favorite car wash, the attendants make sure to get those little crevasses tough to see. Their machines get my challenger clean. No residue, no water spots, just clean.

It’s a pretty nice car wash to use, especially if you get the yearly pass. It saves a lot of money on the service. A few things that could be improved is that i wish the attendant could spray the car all around instead of just doing half of the vehicle. It’s annoying that some parts of the car are still dirty because of lack of attention. In addition, a few of the sprays, once inside the tunnel, are kind of lacking power. I remember seeing a part of the vehicle not being properly sprayed on the right side, just before hitting the final set of the swinging flappers. The dryers at the end of the tunnel should be a little more powerful, but it does a decent job at drying it, compared to the one on Classen, their dryers are quite lackluster in lower. Just bc of the price of the annual pass, it gets a 4/5, if only the quality result could be better then it would have been a 5.

Great service, I paid $14.?? for the next to last option. My white car was pretty dirty. It came out very clean. Then they had free self-vacuuming. I took my time and cleaned out all the dog hair. Very happy. Will go back. They have a monthly special for a little more.

This was the worst car wash I have been to. I ran my car thru it and it didnt come clean so I drove back around to have them run it thru again and the Hispanic kid that works there said they arent aloud to run it back thru and stated its a express car wash even tho I paid 20 dollars for the first wash. Save your money and drive down the street to okie car wash they have always made things right

The employee was standing at the gate to enter the car wash Made me take down my ID reader and put my other one up in would not let me go through the car wash until I put my ID reader new chip on the windshield I told him that the windshield Was broken that I needed to change the windshield so I wasnt putting it on there because the windshield was getting change he still would not let me enter the car wash and I had to leave what my car dirty Thank God I dont live in Dallas I will never visit the Dallas zips again I will stay in Oklahoma This happened today 5/4/2021

This car wash is a good deal for a basic car wash....We spent $8 on a basic wash & it did a good job but the bugs on the front of my 🚗 did not come clean....That was the only downfall.....

Car wash was decent. But for $20 my car is spotted and looks terrible. Tried to use 2 different vacuums and nothing would get anything out of my floorboards. They had suction but still would not even vacuum my seats. Waisted time and money. Not worth the $. Felt it was breed when it was boomerang.

Got back from Louisiana. Came in and paid for the 20 dollar wash get the bug guts off my truck. Basically paid 20 dollars for a light show cuz it didnt get a single bug of the truck and the truck still looked dirty. What a rip off. Paid 7 dollars down the road and did it again myself.

My vehicle came off track in carwash, despite it being in neutral and I was rear ended.I had to put my vehicle in drive gear to redirect back on track.Also,vacuums clogged.Poorly maintained equipment at Reno and MacArthur location in OKC.The attendant appeared unconcerned and nonchalant.

Seems like it misses alot but does it quickly and decently. Would like to see a family program 2 cars or 3 cars for this price.

This place is a total scam dont go here unless you want to be liable for any damages their machine causes it broke my valve stem/ tire monitor and ripped up the side wall of the tire and scratched the rim and I was told my claim had been denied because my car was the only one damaged that day. They denied total responsibility to say the least Im reporting it to the BBB and to corporate.

Before you go in the car wash, they check your trunk if you have a open one like a truck, and take the trash out. There was never a complaint and I always cleaned the family car.

It may be a little out of my way, but it is worth it.

Drive-through car was works just fine. After I drive through, I wipe my car down and do not find any missed spots, except a minor bit on my tires which comes off easily. Vacuums do a good job of vacuuming my carpet and seats. I subscribe to the monthly cleaning, which is an excellent deal (about $28 per month, unlimited) because I wash my car 2 or 3 times a week.

The car wash itself is ok. Doesn’t do a great job for what you pay. You’re better off paying for a basic $8 than any of the expensive ones. I’ve gotten both and same results.

I have had my car washed 7 times at this place and never did I experienced any damage to my car until last month. Sadly I had to pay for the damage due to my claim being declined as like always it’s never their fault even thought your car was perfect before going into the car wash tunnel. My car is a brand new car which it’s weird that it got damage on its own. It’s sad how they don’t cover their own car wash damages. I will no longer be taking my cars there. Also, the staff were rude about the issue. I do not recommend this car wash and it will save you from spending some money for any car damages if you can avoid going to this place.

Worse for wear. It was nice when it was Kangaroo. About half of the vacuums were not working properly, missing nozzles and one was not even connected. The final rinse doesn’t seem to be enough water, I had suds dripping down from the roof top after the wash. Will NOT use this place again.

My vehicle was damaged while driving through the wash. An employee took pictures and filled out a report. Then told me some one would contact me in the next 72 hours. Now 4 days later and I can’t get anyone to answer the phone.

Very good car wash! Convenient, I always get nervous for driving into the tire tracker thing that pulls you through, but the guys here helped guide me in and car was shining! They dont have detail work though, so you have to vacuum and clean the inside yourself but I would def come back!

Not worth the price. Car wash was OK but vacuums are awful. Some are broken and after getting in and out of a wet car trying to drive around and find one that works, turns out the hose doesnt even reach the other side of the car. So unless you want to once again drive to find another that works and is positioned for the other side of the car, you end up crawling all over the inside of the car with wet, dirty shoes because the ground is definitely not clean or dry around the vacuums. The hose attachment is huge and doesnt clean anything more than a floor mat or seat. And you have to get out and restart the machine every 2 minutes. Shame because the monthly membership would be a good deal if the vacuums werent so frustrating and did such a poor job.

Zero stars is what i would leave if possible. My truck taillight was damaged and took forever to get a response from them. I asked for insurance info and they would not turn it over. Taking them to small claims court to fix this issue

I purchased the $8.00 wash, the man working sprayed my car with a pre soak solution, I loved that cause my car was so dirty. This used to be called Boomerang car wash and they never pre sprayed my car, It came out very clean

Absolute worst car wash Ive ever used. Every single time it left soap all over my car and when I would tell the technicians about it they would just say the equipment is old and that they should get new equipment soon. Months later and the issue was never resolved. On my last trip they stopped the equipment mid-wash and when it started back up again the brusher scratched up my window tint on the drivers side. I alerted the company multiple times, but they refused to work with me, respond, or act in an even remotely professional manner. I would caution anyone who might consider using this car wash.

Has great trashcans. I played Russian roulette trying to find a hose that worked. And a machine with a start button, had no luck. Wouldnt recommend.

Its a great place to get your car washed for the money....if you have a lot if bugs on your car it doesnt do so well getting them off, youll have to go through several times to get the bugs off.

Good equipment has never caused damage to anything while going through the car wash. Vacuum are free to use.

The $16 wash got my car mostly clean but for some reason missed some spots on my rear and didnt get it completely dry. I had to get out some paper towels and finish drying. The free vaccums are nice and seem to be more powerful then the centralized systems that some car washes have.
