Knew something busted while in the car wash. Parked in vacuum area. Found that our rear spoiler (factory installed) busted in 2. Advised the attendants. They simple said, so sorry that it happened. But our business takes NO responsibility for any damage to your brand new vehicle. They have no contact phone number for a reason. So now I have to sue them. /smh

Absolutely my favorite car wash to go to! They have half price car washes between 7:30 am and 9 pm, so their $20 is only $10! They have the same employees and they’re all so very sweet. I tell everyone I know to go here.

Always take my car here. The prices are decent, for a good car wash, vacuum, and carpet cleaner that are charged into one price for at least $10. I love their vacuum service for hard to reach places that you cant vacuum at a regular car wash.

This car wash started off rather well. It was a very good and thorough wash. Steadily, though it has slipped. The attendants clearly do not enjoy their positions and do very little. Further, the wash brushes and such are dirty and leave a lot or residue on the surface of the car. This car wash is not one of the cheaper ones however is managed and maintained as such. Too bad.

I got the deluxe wash ($10) and added hot wax ($3) and rain off ($3) for a grand total of $16. Looked like they use plenty of product to make sure the vehicle is clean. The side dryer rollers didnt appear to work, although the overhead roller did. I pulled around to the FREE vacuums and planned on asking someone what they could do because of the side dryer rollers apparently not working, but by the time I finished vacuuming the car was dry so I didnt ask. The vacuums are great and I love when theres a small one to get between the seats!

The service is as expected from an automated car wash. I cant ask the employees for more. But the car wash itself was bad..I had some blades of grass on my car and went to get a quick clean. I came out of the car wash..after spending $20 to see plenty of blades of grass still on my car. 😐 if I had gotten the cheapest wash then I wouldnt be able to complain..but I basically got the managers special grade wash and my car wasnt cleaned 🙃. Wash at your own risk..and dont hold the bar high..it wont reach.

This place will tear your car up and then tell you nothing they can do about it and have no number to call any manager or owner this place is wrong and costing people money I will never come back here and will warn people not to come here also this is the second time this has happened to me went there there car wash they need to fix your car if the damages happened on there Property

We paid 1/2 price for a $20 wash today, all the bells and whistles, but were sure we didnt get that! It was like a basic wash and we had blue streaks all over our white car! We had to spend time we didnt have totally wiping it down. Not wanted I wanted to do on my way to my birthday party!

Make sure you tip the guys! They do a great job especially the two guys who normally work by themselves. They pay close attention especially on white vehicles like mine. Sometimes the automatic machine shuts down but they resolve it pretty quick.

When it first opened it was a good car wash. Went last weekend and half the vacuums werent working and the mat cleaning machine was out of service. Hope they can get back to how they used to be.

I received a text on Saturday 4/10 for 1/2 half car wash. The next statement was “Valid this weekend only”. Sunday 4/11, I was not able to use the 1/2 off coupon b/c I received the message “sorry this coupon has expired. Hhmmm, isn’t Sunday part of the “weekend”? I went ahead & got a car wash b/c a car was behind me & I didn’t want to make them move. I am disappointed in this bait & switch tactic to get me there then deny the coupon. Not good customer service at all. I will not use your carwash again as well as, I will share my experience with social media. Hopefully you will change your business practice to be more accommodating and honor your coupons.

Quick and easy, free vacuums with wash.

Ive been looking for a car wash with updated technology for my new car. This car wash delivered! They have many inclusive options for washes including a ceramic application. They provide free vacuums as well but what makes this place different is that they offer a crevice tool for the vacuums! You dont find this option at other popular car washes. Ive now favorited this place on my phone and make regular visits. I wish they had an unlimited plan offer!

Pretty good place. Tires dont get completely cleaned but all drive thru car washes seem to have this problem.

Received a text with link on Saturday 4/10/22 9am for 1/2 off this WEEKEND went to wash on Sunday 4/11/21 hit REDEEM and its EXPIRED. It happened on more than one occasion. Bad marketing. Just remember I pass by 5 carwashes on the way there.

This place was fantastic! It was my first time using a car wash service of this type, but I thoroughly enjoyed the experience! I sat in childish wonder as the machine quietly propelled my car through the gentle paces. Ultimately, the results exceeded my good expectations. I highly recommend this business!

I agree w/ other reviews that their vaccuums are amazing! However, I paid $25 for they sapphire wash and ceramic finish and left with streaks all over my van and what the kid that works there called, bug scars. I have had no issue in the past w/ Brite Shine Carwash getting EVERYTHING off my van but not today. When I went to speak w/ someone about it they made no effort to be polite. He even went so far as asking, So what do you want me to do about it? and Thats why its called an express wash and not detail. I wasnt so much turned off by the fact that the van wasnt as clean as usual as I was his flippant attitude towards me. Im sure losing my business wont hurt them any and thats fine, I don t want to hurt them, but I would like others to know that $25 could be better spent at Red Carpet on Hefner.

We take our Elliott Roofing trucks here often. The staff is always friendly and professional. They do a great job of pre-washing the trucks before it evens goes thru the car wash. Our trucks come out clean and shiny.

I have been too several drive-thru car washes and yesterday while visiting this one my driver size mirror was broken off and and my driver side door was scratched. I spoke with Michael (mgr) he wouldnt give me the owners number or names I have never had this happen before and will not be going back and no referrals.

Nice place but needs a towel wash

I am very disappointed with this car wash today. I paid for the sapphire elite with ceramic wax and I noticed that I my tires had no shine on them at all. No ceramic wax. I paid alot of money for this and I feel like this was a 6 dollar wash. I need either my money back or another car wash for which I paid for.

Adequate car wash, and great yet misleading marketing. If this company would empower employees to correct their advertisement flaws then I would be more impressed, but if you send out an email blast on Saturday at 11:00am that says “1/2 price washes this weekend” and on 2:00pm on Sunday say that was only good for 24 hours, then you’re a lying marketing like too many others. So, back to the business assessment: adequate car wash

It was my first time here, so I really wasnt too sure what to expect. I got there around 8:30am this morning, so luckily I saved about $6-$7 on the top tier wash because of an early bird special. Their card payment system is horrible, unfortunately. After inserting my card a few times the screen didnt acknowledge my card, so I pressed the help button. It kept repeating that an attendant will get with you shortly, or you could call a number which the screen didnt show.I pondered upon going to the other lane, but decided to try again. The screen advised that it was unable to read my card, so I tried inserting it a couple more times. Then it gave me a message that I need to only insert the card once, and to select my wash option. Maybe using cash is better, but that irksome experience alone caused me to knock off one star.Finally the gate lifted and I was able to drive into the wash. I was surprised to see a man there (I thought it was completely automated) who had a brush and gestured to the instructions sign: Hands off steering wheel, car in neutral, foot off brake. I didnt realize that the wash system would actually move my car forward so I instinctively pressed the brake when it first started moving forward. Dont do that. The man used the brush on my windshield, side windows, and the body of the car.When I got inside the heart of the beast the side rollers pushed my left side mirror back. Fortunately I have power folding mirrors so I retracted them.While driving out it appeared that the vacuums werent available, as there were orange poles in each stall — blocking entry. Also if you have a rear wiper, chances are youre going to have to swivel the wiper back into proper position.Overall I was pleased by the outcome of the cleaning. Just maybe use cash.

I like the workers and the the vacuum area but I always seem to have bug residue on my car after washing there. It wouldnt be so bad if I didnt buy the most expensive package.

WORST DRIVE THRU EVER.The vaccum broke and fell on my car causes scratches....and no one there had time to help me.

Vacuum cleaners not working and when I went inside to notify/inquire, the young man who was there was extremely rude and said Its not my problem I was called on my day off on Sunday it was 08/31/2020, white guy who was vaping with curly, long and blond hair. What a terrible place for car wash.

This one doesnt feel like it is beating the heck out of my pickup and it does a great job, and the vacuums work great. Best floor mat cleaner in town it really washes and dries them, fantastic!

I got the 18$ wash and left with my car looking like the rims werent even touched and tons of water spots all over the pictures I took were even after I wiped it down myself if you do get a wash go for the lowest package because its about the same thing as a zips wash except the zips wash doesnt leave these weird markings on your windshield. Not very good ran car twice and still had bugs

I’m a repeat customer I spend at least 60 bucks a week there washing my mustang gt. I got a new phone so I was in the neighborhood to use the code for a free wash. Some greasy pony tail little guy that works there was extremely rude to me and closed the office door in my face to get a laugh out of his co workers. I am in the sales industry and customer service is everything to me. I’m gonna trash talk this place on every review site I go to. And I’m trying to get ahold of corporate office as well. I had a friend with me that had never been to the establishment and I was bragging on how nice it was only for me to get embarrassed and talked to badly when I get there? I will never ever spend another dime at that place and you shouldn’t either!!

Really used to love this car wash. Until yesterday. My car has a ton of thin scratches everywhere. I have a very new car that is black that wasnt cheap. I am a bit obsessive over it so I am positive that they were not there before. Went to talk to the manager and he said that they are not consistent with scratches that are caused by automatic car washes. He gave me an example of a fish hook being stuck in a brush one time and compared my scratches to that.

BRITE and shine is consistently a good vehicle wash station with capable staff and plenty of vacuum stalls. You can get as much wash and finish treatment (or as little) as you want.Always a good value.

First time going to Brite Shine and I will be a repeat customer. Not only were the washes priced well, the detail the staff went to preparing my car was nothing like Ive ever seen! Scrubbed, sprayed, taped my rear wiper down, and then the car was was awesome. More scrubbers than Ive seen before and it was a long ride that got everything spic and span. The final dry was impressive - multiple heat fans blowing off the water My car was perfectly dry when I rolled out. Then onto the FREE and COVERED vacuums! TWO different type of vac heads and the best of all - free mat cleaner. Ive never seen anything like it - you put them in, hold the button, and then they go through this big washer. I hope they keep up the maintenance on everything to keep this the best car wash in the area! Good job!

Google says they close at 7 PM but I just drove by and they have already closed at 6:20pm. I have also lost a couple of rear windshield wipers here. Would be nice if they could tape them down before going into the wash..Nice vacuums though.

The wash is good, but Ive had the worst luck trying to use the promo codes they send me. Its one thing after another. Ive given up.

Imagine spending $20 dollars on the wash ..then cleaning and SHINNING ur car only but to leave and the business has the sprinkler going to water the grass and every vehicle passing by...i feel like i was robbed for my time and money smh

Awesome place. Only reason for 4 stars is they don’t remember to wash the mirrors before folding them in 90% of the time. I’m here probably twice a week. As soon as they get that part worked out I’ll definitely change this to 5 stars.

When to this car wash on Monday it did a horrible job paid for the $18 wash tried to get it rewash they took my name and number never heard back from them showed back up to see about getting my wash and was told that all I could get was the Express Wash because it had been a couple of days very very poor

Great car wash. I go here every week at the very least. Only frequent issue is that they dont have enough towels sometimes available due to many people going at once. Even if you ask the attendants they wont bring any out. Which I can understand.

For 5 dollars this one includes an under wash . car came out clean and free vac worked ok .Not busy no waiting. Been to one of those new ones on 66 and it did not get my car clean had to go through again. No under wash at the 66 one either So why is it not a busy one got me. Save 2 bucks and some wait time too and see if your car comes out clean. They also taped down rear window wiper and folded mirror in. Sometimes new is not better.This dated car wash doesn’t have a fancy light show just good equipment to get the job done fast and reasonable.

The goal of the staff is to get you in and out of there, and I like that. I can get a solid exterior cleaning of my car, powerful vacuuming in 10 minutes for 6 bucks. Ive ordered more expensive options but there was only a minimal improvement in how the car looked. Perhaps Ill try the wax next time. Nevertheless, the 6 dollar basic car wash is a fantastic clean.

Brite shine is a great semi-automated car wash! They have a friendly staff that scrubs the stuck on stuff then a wonderfully modern automated system to follow. They have free vacuums as well! Highly recommend!

This is the most amazing car wash Ive ever been to. The vacuums are incredible! They are EXTREMELY loud though since theyre so strong...they almost hurt my ears. It didnt bother me though since they did such an incredible job. I wont go anywhere else moving forward!

The only plus is the free vacuum but I can get that just about anywhere. Paid $9 and my car is still dirty. The windows are dirty the top is dirty and I have some scratches that weren’t there before. Don’t come here. Wash at home and save money. I’m going to have to re wash my car

Wow! The best car wash Ive ever been to! Me and my kids had fun going through it. And I cant get over the vacuums! They almost sucked up my car mats! 😀Ill be going back for sure!
