Very poor job the only thing clean was the wheels...We service the trucking industry and it is imperative that when we do our annual certification on our calibration equipment that they are spotless because adjustments are done to the gram.I asked to have the box cleaned out as well as our weight buggy, only after I paid 90$ did they inform me that they couldnt wash the inside because of equipment inside, even though I wanted that cleaned as well. Not sure why this couldnt be done as we have also had the inside cleaned in the past, I guess it depends on what they feel like doing that day. I ended up cleaning it out myself even though we have a tight deadline to meet with the state to get all of our weights calibrated. I figured that the experts in washing equipment could handle this I guess not.

Blue beacon is a very busy truck wash. That is always full of trucks. There pretty conveniently located across the country. Being there busy all the time normally once you get in line it could be a hour or so waiting. So normally I dont say much when I find soap still running down side of truck. Or if I see a little they miss. I call it the PIT CREW TRUCK WASH. but however this location wasnt really all that busy. And after I pulled out side I wasnt pleased being i just paid 80 dollars to find grease oil still on my rims and one of my fuel tanks looked like they didnt even touch it and dirt spots everywhere. Unfortunately this is the worst visit I have made with Blue Beacon. But there Staff is always friendly.

Wth is wrong with this people? Worst wash ever for $150. My 10 yr old could have done this job for a happy meal. I told the kid at my bay that it was worst wash ever and I paid lots of money for better job. Said to him, to just rub hand on fender and will gather dirt, passenger side bumper wasnt even touched. His response was Well we cant get all the dirt, but we did scrubbed it and added citrus shine I said no, look at it, he asked me to get back in line to rewash. No! Im going to work, get it right the first time, next time I rather drive to one on I-40! They do way better job. Dumb kids, just dont wanna work anymore. Not coming back

Wait was shorter than I anticipated. Had to grab a attendant for my tire shine but the Beacon took care of my KW. Wish theyd brush more of the cab of the truck but they took care of the sight lines. Would definitely recommend this location as they are courteous and attentive to your wash needs.

Great group of guys working here.. Best streakin beacon in the system. Makes those guys off of McCarty in HST look like a bunch of unskilled bums

Out of all the blue beacons from Iowa to Texas. Ive been to almost all. But this one here...... Son let me tell ya. This one here they take there time on getting your truck cleaned to your specific needs. You aint no dollar sign here at this truck was. Your actually a customer!!!

It wasnt open. It stated online open 24 hours. I got there and it was closed. I like Blue Beacon. I was a little disappointed. Had to give two stars until I get some info as to why this was the case.

This was my first time here and I will definitely be back! I didn’t wait in line long at all and the attendant was very nice and it’s great seeing smiling faces that shows they care about their job and respect their customers. A clean truck and trailer keeps me smiling and I’m definitely smiling now. I was thoroughly impressed we this group of guys that got me clean and back on the road.

These guys work fast. First time I went there my truck and trailer were caked in ice. They did a nice job. Will be one of my regular go-tos. They have 2 bays so lines arent super long.

Very fast because they are never to busy because most truckers dont know they are in this location which makes this my favorite one when I am in the area, the staff is friendly and they pay very close attention to details and the prices are not very expensive will return if i am in the area, handicapped accessible parking and handicapped accessible entrance with a few vending machines inside for your convenience

As a truck driver, theres a lot of truck washes that Ive seen and given a chance, however, none comes close to the consistency of Blue Beacon. I have yet to have a bad experience at any location.

It was a great wash staff paid attention to details. And they werent slow even with being busy.

Excellent service and fast/efficient operation. I came in with a truck and trailer covered in mud and loaded down with equipment that was also very dirty. They cleaned my truck, trailer & equipment, from top to bottom. Not a spot left on it. I can’t remember the last time I’ve seen my stacks and rims shining like they are now. Excellent job.

They were closed and didnt put a sign up by the exit ramp. Had everyone trying to figure a way to turn around

This is, by far, the worst truck wash I have come across, and Ive been to most of them throughout the US. 3 guys, at any given time, were just standing around, doing absolutely nothing. I waited 2 hrs just for a trailer washout. None showed that they even cared about their job. Most blue beacons are good places to go. Even when you have a wait, they are trying. Not here. This seemed more like a leadership problem

Got a trailer washout, was literally there for 8 minutes. Upon inspection later, there was still debris and residue on floor. At least they got it wet

One of the best Beacons youll come across. I judge by a few details, one of them being that both our Fuel Tanks came our sparkling clean. Rims and wheels came out fantastic too. The Manager on duty came out and inspected the wash before giving the guys a thumbs up complete. Finding a location that cares to pay attention to these details makes all the difference. Will def be back

Fast, serious and easy. Simple drive through. We took our 32 5th wheel and truck. Not the best weve had but would definitely recommend them and would return.

Ok, nice guys. But their website said they only hand was RVs, but the manager said they only wash RVs with the power washer and would TRY to stay away from the windows and seams. Did ok, but not what I expected. Ill look elsewhere for my next wash.

Truck is very clean. Had to point out a few areas that werent quite clean but the team was friendly & remedied it. Will go here again
