The technician who came out for the estimate was honest. He told me that since the ductwork was not attached with screws there was a potential the tape would not to hold and if the ducts detached they would need reconnecting which would be an additional charge if I had them do it. The technician also looked in a vent and did not see a build up of dust and so I felt it best to hold off on cleaning at this time but I will be happy to use them in the future.

Weve used Interstate as long as weve lived in our house for tune-ups and minor repairs, but it came time to replace our AC unit this week. Jake came to our home to give us an estimate on a new unit. He was thorough in explaining the pros and cons of each model and helped us come to a decision we were comfortable with. Mario and Jeremiah came to install the new system a few days later and I cant say enough good things about them. They were thorough in explaining everything,, fun to talk with, and the job was done ahead of schedule. I wouldnt want to work with another company for our home comfort needs! Mario and Jeremiah came to my grandmothers house to install a new unit on her home. They were both very professional and very attentive to her questions on how to work her new unit. They were done in a day and the install looked great. They made sure the unit was functioning properly before they left and walked her through how to change her filters and the best place to buy filters. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a new unit or just maintenance. Great group of people!

Mike was the absolute most professional and relatable tech I have every worked with. He was able to explain what went wrong and how he was going to be able to get it up and running today for me and my family. I don’t care even I could have saved a few bucks going somewhere else because it’s a skill I don’t have that he was able to do. Super fast service! Our A/C had stopped working and they were able to have someone come out on the same day! Our tech was Issac James and he did and outstanding job not only in fixing our A/C right away, but also answering all of our questions. We had to wait a few days before they could get a Carrier a/c/unit in, but they showed up when they said they would and even came a few hours early. Technicians, Jeremiah and Mario explained everything we felt we needed to know about the installation and worked non-stop in 95+ degree heat to it done.Isaac, our contact who set up our initial contract was a zero-pressure pro. I will mention the, the price of the unit we got was $1,300.00 less then a quote we got from another company for a comparable unit of a different brand, so we also felt we got a great deal.The only bummers were that when we finally did the install two months after we got the quote from Interstate, Isaac told us the price had gone up a little and that the amount we paid for the initial service call would not go toward our new unit and installation cost, but we still feel like we got a good value.Highly recommend.

Called the first company with the best reviews on google. Now i can understand why they have rave reviews. My AC went out so I called for service. The customer service rep was very helpful!I was given an ETA of 5-7. So i assumed he would show up at 8:30, that seems to be standard with in home services lol. NOT Interstate. He showed up at 5:30ish. WOW.Not only that, but he was able to fix it within 30 minutes....Cost was standard, no surprise fees. Kianoosh was very polite and respectful. He wore mask and shoe booties when inside the house. He did outstanding job cleaned our dryer vent and showed all the lint that came out of it. He cleaned up once the job was complete and put the dryer back into place. We appreciate very much that he did that. Got a new AC unit installed last Saturday. By Thursday it was not cooling. We have been using another heat and air company but never could get issues with our heat pump resolved. Our unit was freezing up would not cool the house. Called on Saturday to schedule an appointment through their off hours service. First thing Monday morning, the local office called to confirm the appointment for the next day. A couple hours later, they called and offered me a slot that same day due a cancellation. 6/7/21 - The 18-year-old unit that came with our house stopped blowing cool air, it has been cool this year - but hot temps were forecast for the week and we were dreading spending days in a hot house while waiting for an appointment. To our relief Amanda at Interstate told us when we called at 8am we could get a same-day appointment!Isaac arrived promptly asked about symptoms and quickly identified the problem. Instead of trying to hard-sell us on a new unit or a really expensive repair he just replaced the capacitor and got the a/c blowing cool air for a few Benjamins (yay!)When we asked for it he did give us a few price estimates to put in a replacement system so we can start budgeting and be ready for that eventually.Thanks Isaac, we appreciate your help!6/1/21 - We needed a unit for a small apartment we are completing behind our house, Interstate scheduled the installation for June 1, the two installers for the minisplit were Jeremiah and Mario. They arrived on time and they got right to work putting in the unit. We even changed our mind from our original decision to put the exterior part of the unit up on a stand and they handled the change with a good attitude and even were kind to our son (9) who had many, many questions. The unit is in place and looks great and best of all is keeping the place comfortable for our guests, soon to arrive. Interstate provides amazing customer service. Brandon came as soon as he could despite the bad driving conditions due to our Valentines snow storm. He quickly assessed that our heater had frozen due to the extreme cold temps. He gave us a fix and will return when temps warm to finish the job. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

Normally the tech checks the unit in the attic and he also checks the filters. If the filters need changing then the tech lets me know, but not this time. Did something change?

Isaacs professionalism and expertise with heater systems was highly commendable. He quickly diagnosed the problems with our heater and explained the issues and what needed to be done to correct it. He had our heater up and running properly in about an hour. We are very satisfied with the service call.

We had trouble over the last few weeks with our H&A, where the furnace would just stop heating randomly. We went one or two nights without heat as a result. Brandon stopped by, and was super professional and helped us get this fixed quickly! We signed up for the semi-annual service and will definitely be seeing these guys again next year.

Brandon Nelson is an outstanding tech - give this man a raise or promote him immediately! He was perfectly punctual and obviously knows HVAC systems like the back of his hand. This guy effortlessly fixed my heating problem while carrying on a pleasant conversation and for only $90. I wish everyone approached their jobs like this guy!

I had a guy come out and give me a quote for some work, but he recommended that I dont do what I was wanting. He didnt think it would change much for my house and I really appreciated his opinion. I will still use them for tune ups and such. I recommend!

We woke up this morning with a lot of issues with our Heater. It kept on turning on, overheating and turning off within the span of minutes. We contacted Interstate Heating and It was the best decision possibly made. We decided to only receive their diagnosis services and were aid by Blake. He was very punctual, and attentive to our every question. He gave us very reasonable options on repairs and even went to the length to call his coworkers to see if anyone had the part we needed for our system. Although we did not do repairs at this time, we were very surprised by the service and how it attacks our every need or question, even on Christmas Eve. Blake was very special with his service, and we will be calling interstate for any of our future issues.

My appointment was scheduled for 3-5 pm. The tech assigned for my job happened to finish the job before mine early so the office text me to ask if I would mind if the tech could come early. The tech, Isaac, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He found that my furnace igniter had failed and needed to be replaced. He had it back up and running again in a snap! Needless to say, I am very pleased and will be using Interstate for all of my future heat and air conditioning needs.
