Oklahoma Air replaced our Heat Pump (Air Handler and Outside Compressor). The owner showed up at my house to provided our free estimate on the new units. He looked everything over and walked through the home to identity hot spots and made suggestions on how to make the whole house more comfortable. Our Home has never felt so comfortably balanced throughout every room. He suggested new return vents in key locations and they have made a huge difference.The techs were all professional on install day and answered every question we had and made sure to keep us updated throughout the process. There was never a moment when someone wasnt working through the whole (very hot) day. The owner was in communication with me through the whole process and made sure we were happy in the end. Oklahoma Air is absolutely amazing and I would highly recommend them to anyone!!! We bought an entire new HVAC system, an air sanitizing system, and had them install 2 new air ducts and vents. They were extremely professional and courteous and did an amazing job and they absolutely stand by their work. Don’t be fooled by other companies that offer monthly payment maintenance systems because you end up paying three times what the equipment actually cost. It is so much smarter to get a high end Train system from Oklahoma Air because they offer financing and you can make payments on it that are very affordable. I did a ton of research before we got our system and I promise Oklahoma Air is, by far, the best company to use!

Oklahoma Air was the most reasonable, quick and professional service available. We called and they sent out a technician the next day to check on our HVAC system. After deciding we needed a new system they were able to install a new HVAC within just a few days! Everyone else was a couple of weeks out. They followed up after the installation to make sure we were happy. We would highly recommend them to anyone!

A technician, Brennan, was at my house by 8:30 a.m. Fixed the problem in a short time. He took the time to explain to me what was broken and what he was doing to fix the issue. The cost was reasonable and fair. This company deserves your business and is the top AC/Heater systems in OKC. I am going to sign up for their annual Preventive Maintenance Plan, another outstanding and reasonable program offered by this company. I most highly recommend this company......you cant go wrong.

Oklahoma Air, Heating & Cooling is a FANTASTIC company. I called at 1:30 today about issues we were having with our air, and our air was working by 5:00 this evening! The lady I first spoke to when I called (Im so sorry I dont remember her name!) was so patient with me. She reassured me, and answered all of my questions. Our tech Steve was awesome, too! He arrived right on time, was professional, and took the time to explain what he was doing. He even answered all my questions about how specific things worked, what certain wires did, etc. I was blown away by the amazing service we received, and by the cool air that is now pumping through the house. The technician came into the garage, gave me instructions on what to do with the thermostat so he wouldn’t have to enter our home, did a great job, and, as always, cleaned up after himself. Oklahoma Heat & Air spent 2 1/2 days at our house installing a new AC unit, along with re-arranging intake vents and ducts. Chris and his crew were very respectful, friendly and professional. The guys cleaned up where they had worked at the end of the day. Since this was done in August, Mark brought over two portable AC units to keep us and our dogs cool and comfortable while the work was being done. Had my secretary call to get a bid from this company on a new trane hvac unit installation ducting and electrical done. When she called Mark the owner said he would not install used equipment only new. Well I called to schedule the appointment for installation since it is new and then he said new equipment purchased from him only. Poor customer service. Bottom line since you repair units you should not have any problems installing a new TRANE unit.

The replacement is quieter and more environmentally friendly as well as being more efficient. The replacement job was quick and there was no mess for me to clean up. Cathy at the office always texts us when it’s time for our maintenance and sets an appointment that suits our schedule. She is one of the best and nicest office managers I’ve had the pleasure to coordinate with. Our tech always gives a courtesy call to let us know when he’ll be arriving. In the event that the tech is going to be late (I think happened once), Cathy called to let me know he was running behind, I believe it was only a difference of ten minutes. Another thing I appreciate is that you pay for your maintenance once a year, that payment is applied for both Spring and Fall. I could go on and on but I’ll stop here by saying, this is the best family owned heat and air company we’ve dealt with and will stay with this company as long as we own a home.

Mikes company has a great financing deal with Wells Fargo and we did not pay a penny in interest for our two year note. Oklahoma Air installed my Lennox Heat and Air Unit July, 2014. They come out twice a year for the units maintenance/health check. They are professional, pay attention to detail and always thank me for letting them take care of my Heat/Air needs. I recommend them to others.

They installed my heat pump about 7 years ago. I have them do a maintenance visit every 6 months and as a result I have few problems with the unit. I had a condensation problem last summer, but I was charged only for the part that was defective and not for any service call or labor. These people are prompt, courteous, and reasonable. I have no issues at all with them.

Oklahoma Air has been my heating and air conditioning company for about 25 years. During that time, they have serviced, repaired, replaced and generally saved me during emergencies--like when the AC went out recently and my 91-year-old mother-in-law was lying in bed in the heat. Without hesitation, despite being way after hours, Mark Kaserman (owner) came out immediately and replaced the capacitor. The house cooled down right away. There have been so many other instances when Mark, Cathie, Sadie and all the service people (especially Brennon!) have gone out of their way to be diligent in helping me maintain my HVAC system. Aside from that, they are some of the nicest and easiest people to work with in the entire service industry. I wholeheartedly recommend this company, the owners and their workers!
