I asked for a fill, shorten my current set and to change my dip color…. She removed the color, which ok good. Then when I asked if she could make them shorter she COMPLETELY CLIPPED THE TIPS OFF. At that point I said to just finish removing them and that I don’t want them colored because I don’t like my nails painted when they’re completely this short and bare. Didn’t listen to what I asked for. Let me walk off with junk still on my nails from the removal. Horrible service. Bummer because this place is tucked in a corner so I can’t imagine they’re too busy to make sure the clients that come in are happy. Clearly I was upset and she didn’t try to fix the situation. Thanks for wasting my previous set and then charging me $10 to remove them when I didn’t ask for it.Pictures from literally right when I left.

First time and last time coming here. Wanted nice nails because I’m expected to be engaged soon. My cuticles are nice naturally and normally I do not let anyone cut them. The nail technician here cut me twice trying to grind my cuticles away with the buffer and made me bleed. My cuticles now hurt even when washing my hands and I’m scared of infection. I usually tip my nail technicians but did not for the above reason The shape of my right thumb nail is also off. Don’t come here.

The guy was really rude, didnt listen to what I want. Nails are uneven and polish all over my fingertips. Never again and they are over priced

I got a last minute appointment with Duc and he was freaking fantastic. Beautiful salon too. Never would have guess how big it was from the outside. Will absolutely be back

The man that did my nails was rude. He rushed through it and made one of my cuticles bleed. A nail came off within 24 hours . For the price, Id expect better service. Would not go again. Nice establishment, but poor service.

Love this place! I scheduled a walk-in appointment over the phone for myself and three friends and proceeded to get pampered. We all got diamond pedicures, the staff was great, great atmosphere and we all left incredibly happy.

The snarky guy that attempted to make an appointment for us ended up losing our business after laughing at us and making fun of us to another customer. If you want to be respected, I would find another nail salon.

Place is terrible Don’t go! Got nails done super chunky and terrible quality. My friend followed her nail tach here (who does really good) because the owners rush him he’s been doing a terrible job. She got her nails done less than 48 hours ago and a part of her nail fell off. This is after she told him to put a fresh set on because they were lifting and the acrylic was 4 weeks old at that point. He put glue on some fingers to “fix” them and now we’re back to get it fixed. I do not recommend at all! DON’T NOT COME HERE! OVER PRICED AND SNOBBY PEOPLE!

I made an appt the day before because they are always busy. After waiting a half hour and watching walk ins and later appointments be served, I asked what was going on and was told it would be another approx 15 minutes. I literally listened to ladies talk about loving walking right in on busy days while I sat and waited. So disrespectful

Was a little overpriced but a very large and clean building. Some of that lost in translation here. But the nails are exactly what I wanted

They are clean, and have a very beautiful salon but they always make me bleed. On nail and feet, and thats just a bad time. Nice people and colorful choices, but i hate to leave a service with bleeding cuticles. I will go again and give them another try because i do love the atmosphere.

It was gonna be my first time ever, getting a pedicure. I was excited until my experience here. My fiance and I had an appointment at 130, once they sat us down at 2 we were giving our choice of foot scub, left alone for 5 min, only to have them come back and say the worker was on their way now and will be here in a few min. We left bc they had no explanation why they scheduled us at 130 and no one to work on us.

Jenny and Lina took great care of us. Entire staff was friendly and inviting. VIP room was nice. Earned customers!

I had my worst experience . I was there around 6pm for a pedicure. But the minute the clock turned 7 pm these people got so hurry and they painted my nails 3 times because they were so impatient that they ruined my nail paint all these 3 times. They didn’t even give me time to dry my nails. Before reaching home the nail polish came off. I will never recommend this place. Pleeease don’t go there.

Had a good experience, got a full set of acrylic nails and they came out just how I wanted them to. Very friendly staff, the guy who did my nails even gave a friend of mine and I a tour around the salon. The salon itself is also very clean and nice. Will be back and would recommend!

Very nice salon with great technicians. I have been here several times for gel or full set mani and various pedis and have had no issues. They do not do designs but other than that they are a great place for services.

It has been a while since my nails have been done and this was my first time being here. The experience was wonderful! Ty did my nails, he was friendly, fun to chat with and did an amazing job on my nails! I am OBSESSED with them. The salon was beautiful and clean and had tons of space and options for everyone. Very pleased and cannot wait to go back :)

Awesome pedicures

Best nail salon I’ve been to! I got a shellac manicure, and it’s been over two weeks and the only problem is they’re grown out! No chips or scratches. The place is clean and everyone is friendly. Would definitely recommend!

Being from the Los Angeles area i was shocked to see a salon this nice and professional. 5 stars all the way. They have a vip room and a kids room. Will definitely be coming back when in Mid-Michigan.

Extremely clean. They use new, plastic covers on the foot baths. Autoclaved instruments. The mini tables they use to place their bottles, etc., are all VERY clean...AND they do great nails! They also have kids foot baths and kid prices! My new favorite place!

Can’t recommend this place enough! Definitely better than all other nail salons in the area. Clean, professional, kind, and great prices! And the salon is beautiful! I won’t ever go anywhere else again!

Staff always nice and they do a fantastic job is how I felt when first getting a pedicure here. The last couple times Ive gone Ive been disappointed. The gentleman I had the last time had to keep jumping up to answer the phone. I felt like he was rushing to get me finished. Ill give them another chance but really hoping to like it as much as the first few times time I had an appointment.

I went for a shellac manicure today and their facility is gorgeous, pricing is good, they have an amazing selection of nail products and more colors than Ive ever seen. The staff was very friendly and did an excellent job! I will be going again...and again.

This salon is beyond beautiful and feels more like a spa. I was so surprised when I went in for the first time because I was expecting just another nail salon. Diamond is absolutely not just another nail salon!

Super clean and wonderful atmosphere! They even have princess pedicure chairs for their little clients, which is adorable.

Update - when the place first opened I felt they really took their time and gave a great pedi. Now they are like most other nail salons, super quick in and out. Pedi was decent but nothing special. Toes looked good but pedi is more than just how toes look at end. For $50 I expect a decent foot massage too. Use to get it here but dont any longer🙁Great place!! I found where I am going to go from now one. Hadnt found a good place since I left my old one, but this is it. The salon is beautiful and the pedicure actually included a foot message vs just slapping some lotion on and calling it good. Fyi I did get the $40 pedicure, but it was worth it and Ill be doing it again. If you are looking for a good pedicure i would recommend this place

Cannot reccomend her loud enough ♡♡♡♡Walking in to this Salon, I was blown away by the open space, friendly staff, lighting, calming wall paint, newer pedicure chairs and the best smelling. foot scrub and lotion ever.Julie allowed me to soak for thirty min when I asked to. I brought my own Epsom salt and I was allowed to put it in the water and because I got the basic pedicure. Julie was in no rush, so my very rough feet got the best attention..........each foot got the same time......never happens where I have gone before. She accommodated my requests with a smile......so never happened at other places. When I was drying the polish, she came over and talked about how important taking care of my feet is and she went into depth on the more expensive pedicures.........so informative.I am making an appointment with her for July and I will treat my DIL and Granddaughter to the secluded VIP room! Cannot wait! 10 srars!
