If you’re looking for somewhere quick and cheap this is definitely a good place to go. The staff may be a bit curt at times but they sure are efficient and good at what they do! I paid $33 for gel nails (fingers and toes) and I’m happy with what I got

The man who did my nails was quick, professional, and extremely nice. I was a walk in, but was immediately seated. My nails look amazing and the price was fantastic.

I could give this place a zero I could! I went here and Brian and the other nail techs were so rude and uncaring. I was getting a gel pedicure. The lady who did my toes I don’t know what her name was was not gentle super rough and charged me 45 which seemed sketchy and looks like they took advantage of me l. I can’t complain about the massage that she gave me she did a good job on that. But I will never return to this place ever in my entire life! Plz don’t go here they don’t deserve business! They deserve to lose business. I’m begging u don’t go here at all

I got a mani pedi and i was not satisfied with it at all, the polish is very sparse and in any light you can see it how horrible it looks, i will not go here again, plus the people there kept grabbing my hands and feet aggressively when i wouldnt relax, and its almost like they expect you to know what to do when getting your nails done. I would suggest going there if you are experienced in getting your nails done. And they were making fun of my arm and leg hair! Which is definitely not professional

I got married and needed a pedicure done for myself and pedicures and manicures done on my two daughters who are 8 and 12. I don’t usually get them done for them it was my 8 year olds daughters first time. The owner who I believe is the older woman that works there did my 8 year olds feet and she had no patience was very rude and mad that she wouldn’t stay still. She would shake her head and was speaking to the other worker. She was very rude. I scheduled these appointments at least a week in advance and the man worker started to do my pedicure and a walk in came in and he accepted her and left me there for another worker to start about a half hour later. This was horrible customer service. Very rude people. Their was a younger woman who worked there who finished my pedi and she was very pleasant and nice. She was also very friendly. I will never go back there again and most definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone

Worst customer service I’ve ever had. I made an appointment and still had to wait so long. Brian got onto me the whole time about having gel nails instead of acrylic and said to not come back if I did gel again. He shook his head the whole time while filing them and talked about me to the other older lady. My son came over by me to ask me something and Brian got up and pushed him back towards to waiting area chairs and told him to go sit down. They are extremely rude and I will never go back.

Jenny is so sweet and detailed with my nails every time! Very accommodating, even switched my color when I decided I didn’t like it. I always leave happy. This is my 4th or 5th time here. I always do gel color change it’s fast and my nails always look good!

Im not sure why I keep coming to this place.. The final straw for me is how rude the owner was about my polish. He told me off twice for having on too much polish. Clearly I did not do a great job on my own pedicure which was why I was there.. It seems to always be a mediocre experience at best..

I will NEVER go to this place again. It was the worst pedicure I have ever had. The staff were abrupt, rude and rough! From start to finish my pedicure lasted 11 mins. I am amazed that this place is still in business!!!!

Rude, unfriendly, 3 words were said: up, down, go. Polish starting chipping off in 5 hours. I paid good money to have a service provided. I felt like I was interrupting them. NEVER, NEVER AGAIN. I WILL NOT GO BACK!!!!!! How do they EVER get repeat customers!!!!!!

I went first thing in the morning and they got me right in. My technician was quick, gentle and skilled. Usually I hate the shape that other people do to my nails bit she did great. My cuticles have never looked better.

Lilian did my nails and pedicure, she did a amazing job and gave me exactly what i asked for. I was turned away from two other salons for my fill, expo nails and jumy nails for my legnth of my nails. Lilian delivered! She did a pink and white ombre on my stilettos and they came out beautiful. Lilian and Mia were both very professional and friendly, we chatted a lot throughout my visit and laughed. I really enjoyed this salon. Lilian really made me feel pampered and taken care of. I will be returning and recommending this salon.

This place is very expensive and the customer service is awful. All of the employees were rude. I had my toes done and the lady was very rough and very rude. Even made my toe bleed. Their prices are very high. Extra 18 dollars for gel polish. Really?! The prices you see when you walk in are not the prices they charge. I will never go here again. Terry’s nails in north ogden is much much better.

I honestly couldn’t believe how rude the older woman and man are/were. I had a terrible experience with the woman a year or so ago. However I try to always give second chances. It was the same. I was sitting by a gentleman getting the same pedicure. She was so pleasant to him and gave him a great pedicure. It made me hopeful. Then she proceeded to be very rude and acted inconvenienced. Didnt do a good job either. The man was equally unpleasant. The only reason I gave 2 stars was the polite and pleasant young lady, I’m assuming their daughter. I won’t waste my time or money here again.

I have been to nails and Spa by Brian 3 times now. I have read other reviews. I have to say that my experience with Brian and his staff is outstanding. The manicures and pedicures have been fabulous. They are very hard workers and very precise work is so important to them . They are kind and courteous. It has been a great experience for me. I plan to go there often. I would recommend this nail spa to anyone.

Fastest, poorest pedicure I’ve received. They are Covid conscious yet put the stuff they used on me back in a bag?? Also gave me those foam shoes to wear while drying then took them off me and put back in drawer. ?? Didn’t talk to me at all. Kept hitting my leg to indicate he wanted me to do something. I said my heels were rough—no response. Won’t be back

It’s close to my home so I will probably go back. They are okay, not friendly and a little short with people. I just ignore them. It’s a clean place which is important to me.

First of all I didn’t get what I requested. I felt like they kind of rush right through it. They should take there time after all they are a bit expensive so therefore at least take the time. Horrible job done I’ll never go back there and spend my money again. I was very disappointed you can see how cheap the nail polish color is and it’s suppose to be Matte and it’s only been 5 days and my nail chip even with acrylic on it. Horrible job done and let’s not talk about the pedicure.

Don’t like the attitude hurt my hand and is really rough

I have been here for several Pedi/Mani combos and Ive always left very happy with the result. They are exceptionally good at what they do and my nails always look amazing after. Culturally, they can be a bit straight forward and abrupt but that actually doesnt bother me at all. They do good quality work that lasts a long time. Thats what I pay them for, and they deliver every time.

They use to be really good and super nice. Now they only care about seeing as many costumers and rushing you out the door. They are not nice and you would be better off going ANYWHERE else!

I have been here several times to get my nails done and the 1st 3 or 4 times I really liked their work, for the most part. The last 2 or 3 times were not good at all. Brian seams more concerned with getting as many customers in his chair as possible $$$ than he is about doing a good job for the customer that is in his chair at the moment. The last few times I have left with cuticles and fingers bleeding and feeling like my nails were less than completed. When he charged my card last time he took the liberty to add a $10 tip onto my card before even checking to see how much I was going to write down for a tip. I said I would never go back after the last time I was there but went again today out of convenience and was reminded why I said that last time. I will definitely not be going back again now!

This place is awful, they are very rude and do your service as fast as they can. When you walk in the door, they don’t make you feel welcome. They are also very forceful and demanding. Won’t be coming back.

This place is a joke. I don’t care how good your work is, your paying customers shouldn’t be treated like they’re a Nuisance. We’re all paying customers Brian!!! Don’t think your time is more important than mine and make me wait more than 30 minutes later than my appointment that YOU scheduled for me.Seriously, you should retire.

First off, having an appointment here means absolutely nothing. I don’t know why I kept giving them chance after chance, especially after bleeding during a manicure almost every time and having painful fingers for days.. This time after waiting for 20 minutes after my appointment time and seeing walk-ins put ahead of me, I walked out. They are incredibly rude and act like you are an inconvenience.

I am very very pleased with this Salon. Brain and his Staff are above average. The Salon is clean and offers a relaxing atmosphere . I have been to several other Salons in the Ogden area. Brians Salon offers a 5 Star Rating. It is Professional and very efficient with all the different services they offer.

The worst experience I have ever had. Employees were very rude and so rough on my nails. I told the girl doing my nails 5 times that the drill was cutting and burning my skin and she continued to use the drill. I will never go back to this place. The worst customer service I have ever seen.

I have been here a few times and have experienced the same udder rudeness and lack of common decency. I came with two other friends and we were talking quietly among ourselves and the man continued to turn around twice with the intention to shut us up. Also the nail process seemed very rushed and very little patients was involved. I get yelled at if didn’t do what they asked immediately. They continue to yank your arms and fingers around. To top that off, I was overcharged, for three sets of hands it’s was almost 80 dollars when I was expecting to pay 60 or less as posted in the wall. We had two sets of acrylics supposedly 20 each but one was charged 30 and the other 35 then a set of regular gel for 13.Safe yourself and go somewhere else where you can get good customer service and environment is less negative.

Set up a appointment for 6:30..they were running so late that me and my moms pedicures were rushed (only 20 minutes, should be an hour) did a poor job, just kept tapping on our legs, wouldn’t say anything to us. Our feet are still so rough! We will NEVER come back again!

Me and my friend came to get our nails done, the ladies are fine but Brian is very rude. He yanks our arms if they aren’t close enough and he smacked my friends hand. He also yelled at me when I told him that my nails were dry and made me sit back down for 45 mins, even though they were rock hard dry. One of my nails were broken and he didn’t fix it. Do not recommend, go to Jumy nails right down the street, she is super nice.

Honestly this place was fairly good for the price that was paid. They were really nice and the girl I had was very gentle and sweet. She took her time and did a great job I recommend this place also, the nails are good enough for the price.

Well Ive came here several times and they have done super great every time except they are extremely rude. they arent someone to make your nail experience fun. Great job but very rude. the last time though that I have gone I got just gel nail polish instead of acrylic or pedicure and she scratched up my skin around my nail and it hurts so bad now and after a couple hours my finger started to scab from her scratching it up. Not coming here anymore.

I really enjoy the work Lilian does. Her Father-in-law (David) and Mother-in-Law do pretty good work as well. They are always very rude to my nieces though. They dont let them sit next to me while having my nails done and have no patience. Its very frustrating that the girls excitement is ruined by this experience.

They didn’t do the right color! And yes I tried to tell him! He didn’t do the right length, and he didn’t do the right shape! He was in a rush and didn’t paint them evenly!! Not impressed at all!! He didn’t listen to my requests and did the complete opposite of what I asked for!!!

Made an appointment for 11. Got us in at 11:10. Not very personable at. But they did a great pedicure. The massage was short and felt good. Meticulous with my nails. Finished my pedicure by 11:30. Wishes it lasted a little bit longer and that they were more friendly. But overall, a decent pedicure for the price. I will come back.

Very age discriminatory.. im a teenager and had an appointment at 3pm. an older lady walked in after me with NO APPOINTMENT whatsoever and they got her in right then? she was getting the same thing as me too. making me wait until 3:30pm to start my nails. they then proceeded to put lotion on everyones arms and when i asked about it, he pointed at the lotion bottle by the door and told me i could get some on my way out. they also have a younger child running around there for hours on end. overall very unsatisfied with my visit and the staff are very unprofessional. the nails are okay but it seems like they spend the least amount of time they possibly can on them and the nails are uneven. save your money and go somewhere else

Its been a long time since Ive given a nail salon 5 stars.... but this place deserves it! They did a great job, the staff was very friendly, it was clean and organized. And even though they were busy, they didnt rush me through. This is my new pedicure place!

The service was rude.Communication was impossible because he did not even ask what I wanted. When I tried to explain that I dont like square shaped nails he did not listen. He just did my nails the way he wanted.The rudeness made it impossible to communicate and have changes made.I went to another salon and had my nails reshaped and painted the way I wanted.There was NO personal service here.If you do not have time to fit someone in for an appointment dont schedule the appointment.Much better and friendly service is found at other salons in North Ogden. Your money is much better spent at other locations.

My mother came in twice to get pedicures, and both times she left displeased. The owner, and who we assume is his wife, are both rude and rush the pedicures. The owner rushed her first pedicure and didn’t do it throughly and hurried her out to move onto the next customer. During the 2nd visit my mom got his wife. My mother broke her foot years ago and it doesn’t bend a certain way anymore, the lady kept trying to force it down even though my mom kept telling her it won’t move that way. Furthermore, the lady tried to put my mom’s shoe on before the polish was dry and smeared it. She then yelled at my mom saying it wasn’t her fault because my mom was “too stiff” and wouldn’t fix it. So when it came time to pay my mom was angry at the experience, and wouldn’t give the lady a tip. The lady got all upset at her for not wanting to tip after the way she was treated. I honestly don’t know how they stay in business with the way they treat their customers.

Do not go here. The man who did my nails was so grumpy with me and kept raising his voice and bossing me around. I showed him a relatively simple reference picture then he said okay Ive got it and yelled at me to put the phone away. When he finally got to doing the color he started doing it wrong. We showed him the reference picture again and he still did it wrong. When we pointed out the design that was just a stripe on the nail he said cant do and continued with my nails. He didnt even bother to try or even look at the design.

Brian was amazing!!! I came in with a pic from Pinterest of what I wanted and he absolutely nailed it! Pardon the pun. Lol.and right within my budget!! Highly recommend to everyone☺☺

Just mean. I liked how they did my nails at first but then I started completely dreading going back to that salon. Brian didn’t ask me a single thing about what I wanted, so when I finally got the courage to say what shape I wanted, he yelled at me and threw up his arms telling me that I should have told him that before! He didn’t even give me a chance to tell him. Anyways, if you have a slight bit of anxiety do not go here. The customer service is terrible and they are rude. There was one lady who was much more kind and listened to what I wanted, but it’s just not worth going back there. They need some social skills.

I went to get my nails done on Saturday. The man who did then was unkind. He barely did my pedicure and sped to the painting portion which was annoying since I’d come to be pampered a little, but okay. Then while doing my manicure I showed him a very simple picture to copy. He said he could. He painted my nails so that there was a huge line around them and they instantly looked a week grown out. When doing my accent nail a light pink he only did one coat so it was so light you could see through to the nail. He then drew what was supposed to be the heart he said he could do...and it looked awful. While doing them he cut my thumb and quickly looked to see if I’d noticed and didn’t say anything at all. Now it’s been 4 days and they look super grown out and are chipping like crazy, which gel should last much longer. Luckily I have a gel kit at home and was able to sort of fix the accent nail, but my nails last longer when I do them and I’m no processional. When i called to ask for a refund he said they would only redo them....but they did such a bad job you couldn’t pay me to go back! Avoid at all costs.I wish it would let me post pictures because they look awful :(

Me and my mother have been going to Brian since before he opened his new shop. Hes always done a wonderful job and makes sure to do exactly what you ask for. His staff are also talented and can create beautiful nails. Its always a treat to be here.

They are very rude, and unprofessional. Brian scolded me because I didn’t have cash and I paid with card, he told me next time I have to bring cash . The lady I assume is his wife, she is very aggressive and yells at me if I don’t do what she says

2nd time there. first time was good. the senior woman there did a good job and is nice, and the younger woman there is nice and does a really awesome job! the man, however, is rude and yelled at me to take my seat, to which i waited for anothe lr 5 mins till the nice younger woman came out. ive lived many places,. the first experience i had there was great. i dont expect pampering or anything. just nice looking nails and minumal politeness. this mannwas straight up rude. i was apalled, as was the other people in the salon. as a very strobg woman in the military, i kept my cool. bthe women who took care of me and my elderly mother did well, so i tipped, but not even half of what id did last time, Nd i will not go back. sad. the women there are good at their job and are nice. he acts like a masogonist... although he was being really friendly and talkative to the 2 little 1y year old girls whose nails he was doing at the time. gross.

Brian did my nails and he didnt listen to anything I asked for. I was pretty good about explaining. He saw my original nsils done un Salt Lake. They were beautiful. Even still he gave me half the nail bed I actually have on my french acrylic nails. Half. So 50/50 white. Crappy crappy job. Happy birthday to me! 😭

My daughters went there for a birthday manicure this afternoon and were treated horribly. My 15 year old was treated very badly by Brian himself. He jerked her hands around so much that it started to hurt. Then as they left they were charged $10 more per set of nails than they were originally quoted. I’d give zero stars if possible.

I came in with an awful hack job from another salon and they took complete care of me. It was like night and day compare to the other salon. Great environment, did an amazing job, & they actually care about their clientele. I couldnt be happier with my nails!!

Did my nails there twice.. Owner is rude and shilac started peeling off. Second time he rushed and said why do i want nails if i have kids. First off, poor customer service amd very rude. None of his business what so ever, and he did a bad job. Very uncomfortable and hes racist.

My mom and I got out nails done today. She just got a mani pedi with gel polish, and I got a full set of gel nails. Brian did my nails and he was fabulous! Very careful and did an excellent job. Everyone there is so friendly and professional.

How sad. My review of this place used to be 5 stars, but they’ve completely gone downhill. The prices charged over the last few months is different every time I go in, Brian is ALWAYS running late even when appointments are made and he is short & grumpy with me. I always feel rushed and an inconvenience to them. I can easily take my business elsewhere & not dread going in to get my nails filled. Ugh-Too bad. This really makes me so sad.

I had my first experience at this salon with my five year old daughter. We scheduled two manicures for a special mommy daughter activity. It was an extremely impersonal experience and they seemed very annoyed that I brought my daughter into the salon. This environment took the “special” out of our experience. We won’t be returning.

Brian has done my nails 3 times and each time, the quality got worse. The third time, the polish peeled off of my acrylic nails. I think he rushed the job and didn’t let them dry properly. My nails were also bumpy and they looked messy. Brian was gruff with me as he kept yanking my hand. They must not have air conditioning and the room is very warm and uncomfortable. I don’t recommend this nail salon.
