I have always had a great experience at Artistic Hair. From their friendly receptionist, their stylists (all of whom seem like wonderful ladies-but Jill is my favorite) to their manager Kristy. Artistic Hair is a great salon with a fun and positive atmosphere with fair and competitive prices. I haven’t had them do my nails yet, but after seeing some of their work on others, I’m excited to schedule an appointment.Also, as someone who works in North Ogden, they are a great part of the local business community as well -which is important to me.I have and will continue to highly recommend them!

Somebody seriously needs to audit the management of this company. Something is not right here.Unclear pricing from the beginning and then overcharged for services once done (prices are not listed anywhere). Management was unable or unwilling to provide an itemized breakdown that made any mathematical sense, stating that the stylists were in charge of their own pricing (one conveniently disappeared after she told us her pricing, which did NOT match what we were charged).Manager is shady at best, and invited our family not to return when confronted about their accounting practices.Also, I cant help but wonder whether the stylists will get our tips, or are even being compensated fairly with a manager like that.

Everyone is super nice & thoughtful, but I dont come here for hair care, I come for nail care & I dont think that is their primary goal. Im sure they do wonderful with hair! But you have to be very detail oriented to be good at nails... While they are a very nice business, they dont quite measure up on the nail arena. I took my sis for her birthday to get pedicures and I was a bit disappointed in the whole process. I will continue to hunt for a local nail professional.

Great haircuts, other fantastic services offered by the talented staff and I love the atmosphere. I’ve had nothing but pleasant experiences with the friendly staff when visiting this salon. Definitely recommend coming here. 💇‍♀️😊

These ladies know what they are doing! Great place to get your hair did! They treat you like family! And are always willing to help with any questions or ideas! Definitely the only place to get all done up they offer it all!

Horrible coloring experience by Nancy. Arrived at 10 am and wasn’t finished until 4:30 pm. Waste of an entire day.Did not listen to how i wanted color done. Completely ignored the photographs and directions i gave. When i explained i didn’t like how it was done and it was not done how i asked, she did not apologize or anything along that route. She did redo the color but still was not completed how i asked for in the beginningWhen paying i was charged more than i was told it would be when setting my appointment. I was told “well it is what it is”. Very unprofessional.Will not return.

Love this salon and their stylists. Modem updated look inside and out, stylists are current on all hair trends, convient hours for appointments, nice selection of styling products. Very clean and all CDC guidelines are met. You will be happy to make this YOUR Salon! I am!

I had a bad experience calling around to other salons last week because they gave me attitude about fixing my at home dye job and treated me like I was an inconvenience; they also quoted me prices I was not expecting (keep in mind that I have not been to a real salon in YEARS) and acted snobby when I reacted. Finally, I called Artistic Hair and they were amazing! The owner answered the phone and was happy to schedule me THAT DAY with no problems and a happy attitude. They were also almost the same price as all the other salons that were rude to me, but I was happy to pay them because they did an amazing job! Tascia was my stylist and I am literally in awe of her! My hair has been a hot mess for a while now and in one day she transformed it! I am so happy that I found you guys! See you in a few weeks for touch ups!

I have come to this salon for quite some time now. I have always enjoyed every experience there up until one lady who works there ( I believe she still works there, but not sure) this young lady, I think her name was Amy who has a strong accent, would always jump in mine and my stylists conversation and there have been numerous times she had commented on my weight. I dont know why she would be so rude, to say such mean things when she doesnt even know me, I was talking to my stylist about my personal life and she had no business jumping in our conversation like that. I have since left this salon because I do not need to be treated so poorly.

This was supposed to be a good experience but it wasnt they ripped me and my friend off me and my friend went to this place they were super nice although when we got there are order was supposed to be for two people getting a Manni and a petti although instead we got there and they said it was for one person getting so they told us that they could fit two of us in luckily we got our nails done and then it was time to pay? And so we were really confused and were like arent we getting a petti and they were like no so I would recommend this place but I wouldnt if you want to get what you want
