Horrendous customer service. They have lost several items and the manager, Kelly, absolutely refuses to return phone calls. I am constantly forced to deal with the corporate offices.

This place rips you off! Dropped off full/queen comforter and two pillow shams and was charged $52. Outrageous prices and they damaged the comforter! Dont go here! Go to Asian dry cleaner business in Delafield. They know what they are doing and wont rip you off!
