Ewald answered all my questions, was ready to help when I wanted a different color, and ended up finding the right vehicle at another dealership and trading it for the one they had in stock on the SAME DAY that I made a down payment. I thought I would have to wait at least a couple of weeks. I picked up my new car 3 days later. Very clear and honest sales practices. This is my fourth car from Ewald! Roxanna was absolutely amazing. With her, I didn’t feel like I was pushed into anything, instead I felt like she was trying to match my exact needs. I had some health-related scheduling issues and not only was she patient, she was super accommodating. The vehicle I’m driving now is 100% because of her. I’m really, really happy with my Kia. The finance guy was also great. In general I had a great experience. It doesn’t matter what state I live in, I’ll always come back to Ewald because of the service and the way that I feel like I’m being taken care of. 20/10 Ewald forever.

Buyer beware, tires on my new car bought fromhere were “showing excessive” wear at 17,000 miles. Needing to be replaced by 30,000 miles. Customer service to discuss the problem ended with the new car manager hanging up on me. Customer service is a buzz word they don’t care about. If you have problems they won’t go to bat for you. Buy somewhere else. Why would a car need new tires this early? I was told basically I was drag racing my minivan! Really. So sad, lost a customer, they don’t care though. Don’t make the mistake I did at least negotiate for tires while buying your new car in case this happens to you. I still can’t comprehend how a sales manager can hang up on a customer twice! Wow! What’s worse?

I had been in correspondence for a certain vehicle for about one month before I actually went in to test drive and eventually buy. The salesperson was very helpful leading up to and during the in-person interaction. Before taking a test drive, I was told “someone must have left the lights on” in the vehicle because the battery was dead and it wasn’t starting. After jumping it, the salesman kept it running and we took the test drive. Everything, as far as I could tell, seemed fine during the test drive. When we got back to the dealership I was told to keep it running so it could charge up again. Everything was fine the rest of the day and I took my vehicle home. The next day, I was planning on going to the grocery store. I got into my car and the battery was completely dead. My brother used his multi-meter to check the voltage of the battery and it was at 10.2 - a very dead battery.I took it into the mechanics at the dealership and they were very sympathetic, they installed a new battery for free. I got the impression that the sales people rushing sales often results in them dealing with angry customers. If this were a rating for the mechanic portion of Ewald Kia Oconomowoc, I would be giving 5 stars.This was my first time buying a car and I would probably not recommend this dealership to anyone looking. If a dead battery was overlooked, I can only imagine what other stupid fixes the salespeople gloss over in order to get their check.

I was hoping Google would allow me to leave a SIX star rating, but five will have to do. I dont normally take the time to leave reviews, but Mike really went out of his way; he made sure I was well informed and had all my needs met. Get ahold of Mike if you can - youll be glad you did!

I went to Ewald Kia to test drive a Telluride. None to be had. Same all over the area. I asked for some brochures again none to be had. Was shown the website and i ordered exactly what i wanted but it will take 3 to 6 months for delivery. It would really be nice if you could follow the build process in Georgia at the factory as the vehicle gets scheduled and built. People were friendly and helpful just wish they had a unit to see and test drive. Lots of helpful information on youtube.

I had a coupon for oil change, tire rotation and multiple-point inspection. I was even asked exactly what I wanted. I said I wanted the tire rotation and did not receive it. I wasnt charged for it which was great, but I specifically asked for it. Then after getting home I ended up with 2 large oil spots on my driveway. I thought it was leaking and would have to go back. My husband climbed under the car and turns out the technician was very messy and the drain plug was loose. This was the 1st tire I had ever paid someone to do an oil change because normally my husband would do it. He was busy and so I decided to take it in.

My car buying experience was really great! I was looking for something for my daughter and knew exactly what I wanted. The whole experience was amazing from the time I sent in an interest form until I bought the car. I worked with John Swenarski (really great guy) and he made it so easy for me. I came in that day and was able to close with the help of Tiny that same day. I am so glad that I was able to purchase a vehicle from them. I ended up getting her a Buick Encore and my daughter LOVES it! First time ever owing a Buick and its great! I will be back and send others.

I had a great experience purchasing my vehicle. However, now that we have had snow and ice I noticed that I’m slipping a lot (AWD vehicle ). I took my car in to find out my tires are horribly worn and I need back breaks! I am beyond disappointed thinking they were accurate with their certified inspection. I have only had the vehicle for 3 months. Very disappointing. Will not recommend.

Would not recommend. Was working with Max and then Jeff for over 2 months to purchase a Telluride Nightfall. We finally receive news that one came in, had an appointment scheduled to come in and see the vehicle. Not even 15min after scheduling, they tell us it had sold already.

Our son was looking to upgrade his car and he found a used Subaru at Ewald. We worked with Dan and Tony throughout the process. Trade in value was great and so was the price of the Subaru. The whole purchase process was so easy and Nick in finance was quick and fun to work with. We will be back for more cars soon.
