This business does not have any customer service, when I purchased a newer jeep from them there was some dents in the doors along with the hood. I did not notice them on the test drive as the car was dirty and not washed, when I came back days later to sign the paperwork and take the car home I noticed the dents and I mentioned something before leaving and I got no response. I than followed up with a email about 2 months after talking about the dents again, to which I received a phone call from a employee who proceeded to tell me that I never said anything to them when I drove the car off the lot that day. She than stated if I did say anything that there would have been a report made about the dents and they would have taken care of them. I stated I did bring up to someone’s attention and he said nothing and did nothing while I pointed them out, why would he? He already took my money. to that she laughed at the situation, to again tell me I was wrong. I did not expect them to fix the dents after that amount of time had passed, but to be disrespected In the way that employee talked to me was unacceptable. I can not recommend this business….

Wow! What an experience! They didnt have what we were looking for originally but literally overnight, EXACTLY what we wanted was on their lot! Was told the truck I purchased went through their point to point inspection, and passed with flying colors. Well, I can tell you that then didnt even look under the hood in between owners. Transmission fluid was black and full of metal, called and they said they would make it right, well they didnt. Manager is unreasonable. Tried over 20 times. They new this truck was on its last leg when they sold it to me. Had it 12 days before everything failed. $5,700 in repairs, after 12 days.

I work in sales so I dont like when another sales person tries to sell me. I like to buy but I dont like to be sold. I liked Kyles style. He talked to us like we were friends. I like being able to feel comfortable enough to be myself and we liked his style. Kyle took care of some detailing that he could have very easily ignored and that was the #1 reason I am writing this review. Integrity. Customer service. Two things that are lacking in most sales positions today.I also appreciated that Tiny called today to go over the financial end so that I could get in and out quickly tonight (I gave them 30 minutes tops and the finance part was about 10 mins). I liked his style too, especially his being respectful that I dont want any extras and needed to make efficient use of my time. I really like to work with people who arent so robotic that they cant engage in someone who isnt one of their peers in a conversation. Both are likely half my age and they were both friendly, engaging and I enjoyed working with them.The staff was friendly and helpful and while my transaction was pretty low maintenance, it went extremely smoothly and they took care of us. DO NOT GO HERE. Worst service I have ever received in my life. Buyers beware. If you purchase they offer a warranty that states that you have to use a certified Chrysler dealership for all your work and maintenance done on your vehicle. I purchased mine in 2008 and have used many different Chrysler dealerships in the country and this is the only one that is completely inadequate. I love my Jeep so much but will no longer be purchasing from Chrysler because I can not deal with the incompetence of this place. Long review and details below!I have a life time extended warranty on my jeep. I have had many issues with this dealerships service. From them not turning the warning lights off after servicing, to simply not finding the problem with my roof leaking. However, being that this is the closest Chrysler to me I had no choice but to keep bringing my jeep back for service.On January 27th I left my car for the day because I was experiencing low tire pressure warnings with brand new tires on. I told them MULTIPLE times that I believed it was due to the sensors. When they called they told me that three of my tires needed to be resealed and it would cost me roughly $40.00 per tire. I explained that they were just purchased from silver lake tire auto next door and that I would bring it back to them. So the following day I left my car again with Silver Lake and they informed me that it was the sensors that needed to be replaced. They did a very detailed review and listed pictures for me to see as well. When I called back Chrysler they were very unapologetic. Really didnt seem to care at all that they misdiagnosed and wasted my time for two days without a car.February 4th I brought my car back and they told me that I did need to replace sensors and that it was covered under my warranty but they did not have them back in stock.February 8th they installed the new sensors. It was below zero outside and I had to bring my four children with my husband and I so that he could drop me off and I could drive my jeep home. However, when I got into my vehicle it said my back tire was 0 and to check tpm. I went back into the dealership almost in tears with frustration. The sales manager on duty (maybe Justin? ) asked me what I would like him to do about it. He said that he did not have a loaner for me and there was no way I would be leaving my car again. I told him that during this whole ordeal no one would call me back. I asked for managers I got Voice Mails. I asked for calls back I got NOTHING. The only way I got a call back originally was because I did the online chat. He assured me that I would get a call the next day. The next day I did receive another unapologetic phone call asking me to bring my car back. Having already gone so many days without my car I told them I would not bring my car back until they had a loaner for me. Jim Stabl (my service advisor) told me it would be a few days and he would call me when something came available. That was February 9th. It is now MARCH 11th. No one has called me. I am done with this dealership. I will now travel over an hour for all my service needs rather than bring my car here every again. I will be contacting Chrysler and rating them everywhere I can.

There was absolutely no pressure, my husband and I often joke and call them lot vultures but truly John was awesome and gave us all the time we wanted to think about it and look it over. I stopped by to check out a van not expecting much. The vehicle was in great shape. I worked with Tyler and he had a no pressure approach. Great dealership! Went there to get a new car a couple weeks ago, and Hans helped me find just what I wanted! He was super friendly and helpful, and overall great customer service. I bought a car the same day, and have loved it ever since. They even followed up to make sure o was still loving my new car and to ensure any new questions would be answered and catered to as well. Purchased a new car from Dan Neumann at a Ewald in Oconomowoc. This was the easiest car purchase I have ever made. Dan was incredibly helpful finding us the features we were looking for in a car. He was not pushy and the process of the deal, which normally takes forever and is annoying, was neither of those. He was organized and ready for us when we came in to finalize the deal. Overall it was an excellent experience.

We loved working with Kyle in finding our new perfect truck. We were there just to look and ended up getting a new truck. There was no pressure from Kyle and was really helpful. We will be back when its time to upgrade our other car. Would recommend to anyone
