Absolutely amazing! After totaling my car they walked me through the process to getting that car taken car of so I could get a new car. They literally broke brown what I needed and needed to do to get it done. When the time came to actually sitting down to getting the car Daniel and the manager did everything in their power to get me in the car I wanted and did so for an amazing price. I will just say the staff from door to door here was amazing. I was frustrated this morning because I was sick and late, that didnt seem to matter with this crew, their hospitality was above standard. It was quick and easy coffee and smiles plus a car wash. You just dont find that type of personal professional hospitality anymore and I was very well pleased.. when youre going to recall for my 2016 outlander for the rear brakes but to my surprise the hospitality was over and above normal thanks guys. The gentleman I spoke with in the parts department was very helpful, I was in a tight spot and he was able to squeeze me in. The mechanics were quick and knowledgeable.Everyone there was very polite and I will continue to go back and recommend everyone I know to go there for a new or used car.

On this particular visit they performed an oil and filter change plus a transmission fluid change. As a retired auto mechanic and vehicle builder who now does airport transportation my vehicle is my living. CVT automatics (as well as conventional automatic transmissions) are very finicky about having clean transmission fluid. For those of you who don’t know anything about cars when the service department at R C Hill Mitsubishi tells you something needs to be done you can bet the farm it’s the truth! Washing and vacuuming the vehicle after services performed is a nice touch! Especially for an airport driver who hast to maintain a professional appearance.
