Super sweet and understanding people. Fixed my car so it was safe to drive with two little kids. ❤️ explained everything that was wrong and explained how they fixed it and what they did, even showed pictures or showed in person. 100% recommend :) thanks again for helping my family!

I do not recommend this auto shop at all. My husband and I spent almost $1000.00 to service my vehicle of electrical issues. They had my car for over a month. The problem was never fixed and only to be told they where not going to spend 30 hours trying to trace the problem. Like make that make since. The whole time it was my bcm . Never will I ever go back to them.

At one time I trusted these guys on anything I owned with a motor. I have been doing business here since I believe 2014-15. I loved the speedy service and the way Jace worked with me on my payments. We had a great client/mechanic thing going on. My last vehicle I got done by them for some strange odd reason was overly expensive and the killer part was; everything that Im paying for,still Til this DAY is not working as I type this message. Im not going to go into the bad blood between myself and this place but just know, if you know nothing about cars or BUSINESS LAW, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE ...P.s.By the way you better off threatening me with court and not sheriffs thats the right way to do it ijs...

This is a garage with lots of false promises and nonprofessional employees. To be a shop that is certified in foreign cars, they know nothing about a bmw, mercedes or even a Chevrolet Tahoe as much as I can tell. they destroyed my bodywork on my vehicle along with I was promised a quick fix, as in 3 -4 days and they kept it 21 weeks and I couldnt even drive it off the lot!! not to mention a 2100,00$ bill. which an alternator & hood latch was ALL it needed as far as I knew. far to much to mention,. but my advice is never use this garage to fix your vehicle!it is not worth it, it will cost you a whole lot more when you get it back, promise. non trustworthy owners.

I was referred to them through the MaxCare program for my Air conditioner in my 2013 Nissan Sentra. The Crew went above and beyond any expectations I had, and I will be coming to them for all future repairs. Gidget and Jase are very honest and upfront about everything.

Work is done quickly, done right and you dont have to worry about them trying to rip you off. I give Dyersburg Automotive my highest recommendation. I wont take my truck anywhere else.
