During a stressful situation after totaling my car on Hwy 301 coming back into belleview, vehicles were not merging over into the left lane to clear space between traffic and our safety. Big oak towing came and put their truck and lights (after dark) behind us so we had some protection and the traffic had awareness. Soon after seeing how distressed my friends and I were to get my car onto A uhaul car dolly and worried for our safety and security. The driver of big oak towing, requested to take my car home, free of charge because he didn’t want to see any of us hurt ourselves. That man was an outstanding blessing in the absolute time of need. I could never thank him enough!

I can not say enough good things about the men who assisted us last night when we were involved in a serious wreck on I75. Our car was totaled and we were 350 miles from home and it was 10 at night by the time we could leave the scene. One of the drivers took me and my little dog to their office to wait in comfort for my husband to be done at the scene and when he was done the other driver brought him back to the office. The owner himself drove us to a hotel that he knew accepted dogs! That is really going above and beyond. They told us where to go for a rental in the morning and even offered to come in in the morning to let us collect our belongings in our totaled car. They were an enormous help to us when we had no idea what to do. I highly recommend this company for you towing needs.

I was stuck on the side of the road I had run out of gas. A nice tow truck driver did me a huge favor and went and got gas for me so that I could move on. Thank you so much for your generosity

I had a auto accident, they were called to tow. Google has the wrong directions to their place. Several attempts have been made to get Google to correct it. They are located next to 723 Northwest 30th AvenueOcala, Florida 34475-5605. This address is A-1 Bail Bonds. You can talk to them, they will gladly help you they are also Big Oak! Everyone there is sweet and kind!I never felt more comfortable with people.

We were from out of town and got into a total loss accident on I 75 in Ocala, we were an hour away from any friends or family that could help us. DO NOT USE THIS TOWING SERVICE!...... Damage free?..... absolutely not!..... more like free damages....My car was towed by this company 2 nights ago and yesterday when I went to pick up my scratch free 2013 Lincoln MKZ I noticed that my back bumper was seperated from the rest of the car with a few scratches and scuffs and also heavy grease smeared on my leather seat and door panel...... I called John the owner of the company and informed him what I noticed and he said, to bring it by this morning and hell give me his opinion on it....... Went by there and he said that hes not taking responsibility for the damges done to my car bc he said, What IF..... it was already there?, And asked how could he know? I ageed with him and I said John I know your position as a business owner and I can respect that..... however I am business man myself. I do in home sales where I only wear business attire not greasy clothes. I also use this vehicle specifically for business purposes only. Therfore if I bumped into something I would know as well as all of my customers....I HAVE A BACK UP CAMERA JOHN!...... He then told me what do u want me to do.... get a rag and whipe down your car? No John what I would like for you to do is simply fix whats wrong with my car..... not to talk disrespectfully to me while insinuating that I was just trying to get out of my tow bill! John I make more money in 3 hours than you make in an entire month...... I do not scam people and would not be trying to avoid paying a bill that rightfully he deserves. However my experience with this company was absolutely not professional by any means and their sign should read Free Damage towing not.... damage free towing

Im verry unhappy with big oak my car broke down and i called for a tow and thay sugested there shop now i dont no ocala so i agreed. when thay suposted to fix the car it onley made it 1/4 mile from the shop and broke down again .so far iv wated 5 days for them to fix the car and every day thay tell me tomorrow. with hotel and repars iv spent $1400 for them to do nothing.now thay wont even let me get my stuff out of my car so i can cut my losses.this is a big rip off and it just isant right to do to somone just cuz there from out of town.matb someone will resd this befor going there and change there mind so it dosent hapen to them thay should be called big joke

Just seen a car fall off the back off the tow truck pulling into easy street called the office and they didnt care the car got added damage when the bumper got ripped off
