Unbelievably tolerant and willing to go that extra mile to help someone out. Anthony is super personable and has done more for me ( someone he doesnt know closely) than any mechanic Ive ever dealt with. Im grateful that this team takes into account the circumstances involved with every situation and help out wherever they can. When I first came here I received 4 new tires serviced to my vehicle. I was impressed with the quality and professionalism. This was in September 2020. I went back here last week for an oil change. That was it. No one was friendly at all and everyone seemed to be having a bad day. I waited for about 45 minutes for my oil change. The man with the birthmark rung me up and couldnt even bother to hand me my car keys he just kind of dropped it on the clip board on top of my receipt. No one told me to have a good day. Its already difficult getting into the area with the heavy traffic and traffic light right next to it. I had to turn all the way back after driving down the road because they didnt even bother to put my next oil change sticker on my windshield. The hassle of having to get back in from the opposite side of the road was stressful. At least the young woman offered to put the sticker in my car. I declined and just did it myself. Again, no sorry for the trouble or have a nice day. All it takes is one bad experience. I wont be coming back here again. I mentioned this place to the other nurses and doctors I work with but I will now mention my 2nd visit experience.

We brought both of our vehicles in for wheels and tires. We had Anthony and his team do a few other mechanic services while he had them as well. They not only asked us what our needs and wants were, but they went above and beyond our expectations for customer service and work performed! We are very happy with the whole experience and definitely will be highly recommending them to friends and family!

I had a wonderful experience here, came in for a front end alignment as people told me this is where I should go. And they were right, they beat everyone in town on the price, and was quick and courteous. I recommend them to everybody.

I went to other mechanics and they were not able to diagnose what was wrong with my a/c in my truck. They diagnosed it in a few minutes. They repaired it timely and were extremely polite. I will be a return customer.

Took my vehicle in because it had strange noise coming from the front end, the manager Anthony took the vehicle in and did a complete check on the vehicle and found the problem very quickly, it was repaired in a timely manner, they are the only ones who touch my vehicle from now on!

Bought a brand new tire. it blew out within about 2 weeks on a road with NO CURBS. You can see that it blew out the sidewall. NO SCREWS or NAILS, but they still claim I definitely hit something, without even looking. And they wont even do anything about it, except tell me I definitely hit something (I didnt).I missed seeing my family for thanksgiving out of town because this was the night before. Not to mention that the first time I called about it, they told me they would call me back in 15 minutes and just never called back at all. I never write reviews at all, but this aggravated the hell out of me. I wont be going back here, as I dont like throwing money away.

I was in the Ocala area on vacation and ended up with a piece of steel in the sidewall of my truck tire. The gentlemen who work here gave me a no nonsense breakdown of my options. Thankfully, they did not attempt to sell me something that I did not need. In the end, I chose to drive home the 200+ miles and deal with the situation when I got there. I want to thank the guys who work here for their professionalism. If Im in need of car service next time Im in the Ocala area I know where to go.

A family member recommended this place, and they are now my mechanics. First, they had my truck in twice within a week or two; both times were for the same issue, and they dealt very fairly with me. Both times they got me back on the road FAST. Like, same day. Second, my cousin took my recommendation and brought his truck in. It was making a weird noise, so we dropped it off and came back later that day. They hadnt found anything after half an hour or so of looking, listening, and driving. Finding nothing, they waived their diagnostic fee, and won a couple of dedicated customers.

TERRIBLE!!!! took my car there just to have them look at it to do an alignment...then they said they needed special parts and tools and refused to do it...but about 5 days later my front bearing went out..the one that they looked at for the alignment...found that they had not tightened it correctly and caused it to fail...this is an $800 repair...thanks a lot losers they also lost my lug nut caps and left greasy fingerprints all over the wheel and fender DONT GO THERE!!!!!
